In this study,online water-soluble inorganic ions were detected to deduce the formation mechanism of secondary inorganic aerosol in Xianyang,China during *** dominant inorganic ions of sulfate(SO_(4)^(2-)),nitrate(NO_(3)^(-)),and ammonium(NH_(4)^(+))(the sum of those is abbreviated as SNA)accounted for 17%,21%,and 12% of PM_(2.5)mass,*** the air quality deteriorated from excellent to poor grades,the precursor gas sulfur dioxide(SO_(2))of SO_(4)^(2-)increased and then decreased with a fluctuation,while nitrogen dioxide(NO_(2))and ammonia(NH_(3)),precursors of NO_(3)^(-)and NH_(4)^(+),and SNA show increasing *** factors including boundary layer height(BLH),temperature,and wind speed also show decline trends,except relative humidity(RH).Meanwhile,the secondary conversion ratio shows a remarkable increasing trend,indicating that there was a strong secondary *** the perspective of chemical mechanisms,RH is positively correlated with sulfur oxidation ratios(SOR),nitrogen oxidation ratios(NOR),and ammonia conversion ratios,representing that the increase of humidity could promote the generation of ***,SOR and NOR were also positively related to the *** the one hand,the low wind speed and BLH led to the accumulation of *** the other hand,the increases of RH and ammonia promoted more formations of SNA and PM_(2.5).The results advance our identification of the contributors to the haze episodes and assist to establish more efficient emission controls in Xianyang,in addition to other cities with similar emission and geographical characteristics.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the mechanism of the protective effect of modified Pulsatilla decoction (加味白头翁汤， MPD) on the mechanical barrier of the ulcerative colitis (UC) intestinal epithelium in vitro and in ***: We established an intestinal epithelial crypt cell line-6 cell barrier injury model by using lipopolysaccharide (LPS). The model was then treated with p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase-myosin light chain kinase (p38MAPK-MLCK) pathway inhibitors， p38MAPK-MLCK pathway silencing genes (si-p38MAPK， si-NF-κB， and si-MLCK)， and MPD respectively. Transepithelial electronic resistance (TEER) measurements and permeability assays were performed to assess barrier function. Immunofluorescence staining of tight junctions (TJ) was performed. In in vivo experiment， dextran sodium sulfate-induced colitis rat model was conducted to evaluate the effect of MPD and mesalazine on UC. The rats were scored using the disease activity index based on their clinical symptoms. Transmission electron microscopy and hematoxylin-eosin staining were used to examine morphological changes in UC rats. Western blotting and real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction were performed to examine the gene and protein expression of significant differential molecules. RESULTS: In in vitro study， LPS-induced intestinal barrier dysfunction was inhibited by p38MAPK-MLCK pathway inhibitors and p38MAPK-MLCK pathway gene silencing. Silencing of p38MAPK-MLCK pathway genes decreased TJ expression. MPD treatment partly restored the LPS-induced decreased in TEER and increase in permeability. MPD increased the gene and protein expression of TJ， while down-regulated the LPS-induced high expression of p-p38MAPK and p-MLC. In UC model rats， MPD could ameliorate body weight loss and disease activity index， relieve colonic pathology， up-regulate TJ expression as well as decrease the expression of p-p38MAPK and p-MLC in UC rat colonic mucosal tissue. 20世纪前半叶民族学集共时与历时于一身的研究方法对中华民族建设具有独特的理论意义。其中的历史叙述既对阐述中华民族建设的合法性意义至关重要,事实上又可能对中华民族建设起到反作用。如何在研究方法上调和这一矛盾是值得思考的问题。鉴于此,文章以马长寿的神话研究为分析对象,试图揭示他如何通过理解民族迁徙、族际互动的历程解释文化混融的机制。文章的目的一方面在于展示马长寿具体研究中方法使用的内在逻辑,另一方面更在于揭示此方法对理解民国时期民族学论证多元民族与一体国族相互兼容的意义。

跨国绅士化是由高端跨国移民所引起的社会空间重构现象,强调跨国高端移民与原住低收入居民之间的互动、演替和博弈,具有较强的阶层性、社会性和政治性。文章选取广州远景路韩国人聚居区作为研究案例,对跨国绅士化的发展特征、形成机制和社会效应进行了深入分析。研究发现:(1)跨国绅士化的发展经历了萌芽、发育、发展和延续4个阶段,每个阶段在人口构成、空间形态、资本来源上都有显著变化;(2)跨国绅士化是由地方政府、开发商、跨国绅士化群体以及当地居民形成的复杂协同机制共同推动发生的,但地方政府占据了绝对主导地位;(3)跨国绅士化带来了诸如阶层与族裔的演替、生活方式改变、文化割裂与社会区隔等显著社会空间效应,但其结果的积极性和消极性显示出多元性和复杂性特征。

以广州五山高校周边地区为例，结合列斐伏尔空间生产与德赛图日常生活实践理论，从空间三元辩证动态关系的角度阐释高校周边公共空间生产过程，探讨微观层面权力—空间规训与生活主体反规训的运作，进而揭示日常生活视角下高校周边公共空间生产机制。研究发现：(1)高校周边公共空间作为过渡区域，其空间生产过程受到来自高校与城市两方影响；(2)高校周边空间表征集中于政府主导的文化与城市属性定位，表征空间体现在高校周边多元生活主体的空间想象中，而空间实践包含了主流空间实践与日常生活实践，成为空间表征与表征空间的各自支持与桥梁，三元辩证互动形成空间生产机制；(3)高校周边公共空间生产中存在贯穿的二元张力，在微观空间中具体体现为城市、学校与生活主体之间以规训、抵制为主要方式的空间政治，疫情放大了其中的权力关系与日常生活的创造性。研究尝试将社会维度的微观视角带入当前城市空间重构当中，特别是高校周边这一特殊社会空间，为顺利实施高质量城市更新提供科学依据与经验借鉴。

为了提高无人机遥感对冬小麦叶面积指数(leaf area index,LAI)反演模型的精度与泛化能力,该研究利用无人机搭载多光谱相机获取不同氮素处理和不同复种方式的冬小麦生长实测数据,结合PROSAIL辐射传输模型生成包含机理信息的模拟数据,基于不同组合方式建立了5种LAI反演混合数据集,结合多种机器学习方法,以期构建经验与机理相结合的LAI高精度反演模型。由于LAI反演受近红外波段(near infrared,NIR)反射率影响大,该研究筛选7种与NIR波段相关的植被指数提取冬小麦光谱特征,构建与混合数据集LAI的相关系数矩阵,进一步探究不同光谱特征对冬小麦LAI的影响程度。在此基础上,采用具有代表性和普适性的4种机器学习方法,即贝叶斯岭回归模型、线性回归模型、弹性网络模型和支持向量回归模型,构建不同冬小麦LAI反演模型,用以评估基于半经验半机理数据反演冬小麦LAI的可行性,进一步探索其对不同氮素水平和复种方式的冬小麦长势评估能力。结果表明:1)筛选的与NIR波段相关的植被指数与冬小麦LAI之间存在较强的相关性,其中归一化差异植被指数、增强植被指数、归一化差异红边指数、比值植被指数、红边叶绿素植被指数、土壤调节植被指数与LAI呈正相关,结构不敏感色素植被指数与LAI呈负相关;2)辐射传输模型中体现了冬小麦LAI影响太阳光线传播的机理,结果表明,与实测数据混合建立的模型,具有较强的鲁棒性和泛化能力。相比于其他3种模型,支持向量回归模型在各种数据组合下均取得了较好的LAI预测性能,在C1、C2、C3、C4这4种训练-测试组合的训练集中R^(2)依次为0.86、0.87、0.88、0.91,RMSE依次为0.47、0.45、0.45、0.41;在测试集的R^(2)依次为0.85、0.19、0.89、0.87,RMSE依次为0.45、1.31、0.49、0.50;3)使用支持向量机生成试验区LAI反演图,对4种氮素水平和2种复种方式的冬小麦长势评估,结果表明,适当的施加氮素处理能提高冬小麦LAI值,麦-豆复种方式下的冬小麦LAI值普遍高于麦-玉复种的LAI值。该研究为冬小麦LAI的反演提供了一种有效的方法,并为高效评估冬小麦长势研究提供了参考。

Soybean(Glycine max)stands as a globally significant agricultural crop,and the comprehensive assembly of its genome is of paramount importance for unraveling its biological characteristics and evolutionary ***,previous soybean genome assemblies have harbored gaps and incompleteness,which have constrained in-depth investigations into ***,we present Telomere-to-Telomere(T2T)assembly of the Chinese soybean cultivar Zhonghuang 13(ZH13)genome,termed ZH13-T2T,utilizing PacBio Hifi and ONT ultralong *** employed a multi-assembler approach,integrating Hifiasm,NextDenovo,and Canu,to minimize biases and enhance assembly *** assembly spans 1,015,024,879 bp,effectively resolving all 393 gaps that previously plagued the reference *** annotation efforts identified 50,564 high-confidence protein-coding genes,707 of which are ***13-T2T revealed longer chromosomes,421 not-aligned regions(NARs),112 structure variations(SVs),and a substantial expansion of repetitive element compared to earlier ***,we identified 25.67 Mb of tandem repeats,an enrichment of 5S and 48S rDNAs,and characterized their genotypic *** summary,we deliver the first complete Chinese soybean cultivar T2T *** comprehensive annotation,along with precise centromere and telomere characterization,as well as insights into structural variations,further enhance our understanding of soybean genetics and evolution.
