Phototherapy, including photodynamic therapy(PDT) and photothermal therapy (PTT), is a promisingmethod of tumor treatment, which has the advantages ofstrong specificity and small side effects. However, PDT willaggravate the hypoxic environment in tumor cells, and PTTwill lead to heat-resistant reaction, both of which will make theorganism quickly produce heat shock proteins (HSPs) toprotect itself, thus seriously hindering the therapeuticefficiency of phototherapy. As a natural HSPs inhibitor,quercetin (QR) provides a feasible way to solve this ***, a kind of metal organic framework (MOF), Fe-TCPP(FT), was used as a delivery material and photosensitizer tobuild a chemo-phototherapy platform, and QR was used as achemotherapy drug and HSPs inhibitor. On this basis, the nanoparticles (NPs) were modified with PEG-CPP30 (a cellpenetratingpeptide that specifically recognizes human breast cancer MCF-7 cells), which showed excellent targetingcapacity and biocompatibility. The combination of chemotherapy and phototherapy significantly improved the anti-cancereffect. At the same time, NPs also showed prominent anti-HSPs effect. The effective connection of the two played acomplementary role in the process of tumor treatment, which provided a new strategy for the accurate and efficienttreatment of tumors in the future.

Aiming at handling complicated maneuvers or other unpredicted emergencies for hypersonic glide vehicle tracking,three coupled dynamic models of state estimation based on the priori information between guidance variables and aerodynamics are presented. Firstly, the aerodynamic acceleration acting on the target is analyzed to reveal the essence of the target’s *** three coupled structures for modeling aerodynamic parameters are developed by different ideas: the spiral model with a harmonic oscillator, the bank model with trigonometric functions of the bank angle and the guide model with the changing rule of guidance variables. Meanwhile, the comparison discussion is concluded to show the novelty and advantage of these ***, a performance assessment in different simulation cases is presented and detailed analysis is revealed. The results show that the proposed models perform excellent properties. Moreover, the guide model produces the best tracking performance and the bank model shows the second; however, the spiral model does not outperform the maneuvering reentry vehicle(MaRV) model markedly.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the protective effect and possible mechanism of sodium Danshensu(SDSS)against pressure injury caused by ischemia/reperfusion(I/R)***:Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into five groups of eight rats each:control group,model group,10 mg/kg SDSS-treated group,20 mg/kg SDSS-treated group,and 40 mg/kg SDSS-treated *** used two round ferrite magnetic plates of 15 mm diameter and 3 mm thickness to establish stage 2 pressure injury model *** rat was subjected to five cycles of ischemia and reperfusion to induce pressure *** cycle consisted of 2 h of ischemia and 0.5 h of reperfusion,which meant that each cycle included2 h of pressure and 0.5 h of pressure *** outline of the wound was delineated by butter paper and marker pen,and histopathological changes were observed by hematoxylin and eosin *** addition,the number of apoptotic cells and the activity of caspase-3 were assessed by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated nick end labeling and caspase-3 assay kits,*** expression of apoptosis-regulatory proteins and inflammatory mediators was investigated by enzyme-linked immunosorbent ***:Results showed that treatment with SDSS for 7 d after establishing the pressure injury model remarkably improved the healing rate of the *** also inhibited the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,myeloperoxidase,and intercellular cell adhesion molecule-1;decreased the number of apoptotic cells;increased the ratio of B-cell lymphoma-2(Bcl-2)/Bcl-2-associated X(Bax);and regulated the expression and activity of ***:Our results suggest that SDSS exhibits a treatment efficacy for pressure injury caused by I/R injury possibly by inhibiting apoptosis and inflammatory response.

Aim at handling complicated maneuvers or other unpredicted emergencies, an estimation method of aerodynamic parameter via the Cubature Kalman Filter/Smoother（CKF/S） is proposed for maneuvering reentry vehicle（MaRV） tracking. The aerodynamic model is deduced in order to define the aerodynamic parameter at first. Secondly, the statistical properties of aerodynamic parameters are described by first-order Markov processes, the random processes are carefully chosen and tuned for filtering. Meanwhile,the state model is achieved by augmented these parameters into state vector. Then, the CKF/S is introduced to deal with estimation of aerodynamic parameters. Particularly, a fixed interval（FI） CKS, which carries on forward filtering firstly and then backward smoothing in an interval of fixed time series, is applied to this problem. A comparative performance assessment of three estimation algorithms is presented. The results show that the FI-CKS performs better than the CKF. Moreover, it can achieve a better real-time character compared with the CKS.

OBJECTIVE:To observe the curative effect of an acupoint application with a Dingqi analgesic patch on moderate to severe pain caused by liver ***:Forty patients with moderate to severe pain caused by liver cancer were randomly divided intoatreatmentgroup(TG)andacontrolgroup(CG).Patients with moderate pain were given 100 mg qd of a sustainably released tablet of tramadol hydrochloride;patientswithseverepainweregiven4.2mg q3d of the fentanyl transdermal *** ashi points Ganshu(BL 18),Danshu(BL 19) and Qimen(LR 14) were chosen for the acupoint application *** patients were given a sham patch and TG patients were given a Dingqi analgesic patch.A visual analogue scale(VAS) was used before treatment and after 1,3,6,9 and 12 days of *** Karnofsky score was measured before treatment and after 12 days of *** main adverse reactions(***,constipation,dizziness and headache) were recorded after 6 and 12 days of *** skin side effects(*** irritation and allergic reactions) were ***:The VAS in TG was significantly lower than that in CG after 3,6,9 and 12 days of treatment(P0.05).CONCLUSION:The Dingqi analgesic patch can enhance the analgesic effect of tramadol and fentanyl.

However, in the study, research methods, main content, or in the theoretical basis and the theoretical system, there is a big difference between the Western industrial economics and the domestic industrial economics.

Adaptations to extreme environmental conditions are intriguing. Animal skin, which directly interacts with external environment, plays diverse and important roles in adaptive evolution. The thin and bare skin of amphibians is sensitive to external environmental conditions and, thus, it facilitates investigations into adaptations for living in extreme environments. Herein, we compare the structures of skin in four anuran species living at elevations ranging from 100 m to 4500 m to assess phenotypic innovations in the skin of Nanorana parkeri, which lives at extremely high elevations. Analyses reveal similar basic skin structures, but N. parkeri differs from the other species by having more epidermal capillaries and granular glands, which correlate highly with responses to hypoxia and/or ultraviolet(UV) radiation. further intraspecific comparisons from frogs taken at ~4500 m and ~2900 m reveal that all of the changes are fixed. Changes occurring only in the higher elevation population, such as possessing more skin pigments, may represent local adaptations to coldness and/or UV radiation. These results provide a morphological basis for understanding further the molecular adaptations of these frogs.

Meiosis produces the haploid gametes required by all sexually reproducing organisms,occurring in specific temperature ranges in different ***,how meiotic thermotolerance is regulated remains largely *** the model organism Caenorhabditis elegans,here,we identified the synaptonemal complex(SC)protein SYP-5 as a critical regulator of meiotic ***-5-null mutants maintained a high percentage of viable progeny at 20℃ but produced significantly fewer viable progeny at 25℃,a permissive temperature in wild-type *** analysis of meiotic events in the mutants revealed that while SC assembly and disassembly,as well as DNA double-strand break repair kinetics,were not affected by the elevated temperature,crossover designation,and bivalent formation were significantly *** severe homolog segregation errors were also observed at elevated temperature.A temperature switching assay revealed that late meiotic prophase events were not temperature-sensitive and that meiotic defects during pachytene stage were responsible for the reduced viability of syp-5 mutants at the elevated ***,SC polycomplex formation and hexanediol sensitivity analysis suggested that SYP-5 was required for the normal properties of the SC,and charge-interacting elements in SC components were involved in regulating meiotic ***,these findings provide a novel molecular mechanism for meiotic thermotolerance regulation.

An iron-based metal-organic framework nanoplatform for enhanced ferroptosis and oridonin delivery as a comprehensive antitumor strategy

Ferroptosis is a recently discovered pathway for regulated cell death ***,its efficacy is affected by limited iron content and intracellular ion ***,we designed a metalorganic framework(MOF)-based nanoplatform that incorporates calcium peroxide(CaO_(2))and oridonin(ORI).This platform can improve the tumor microenvironment and disrupt intracellular iron homeostasis,thereby enhancing ferroptosis *** cell membranes(FM)were used to modify nanoparticles(ORI@CaO_(2)@Fe-TCPP,NPs)to produce FM@ORI@CaO_(2)@Fe-TCPP(FM@NPs).The encapsulated ORI inhibited the HSPB1/PCBP1/IREB2 and FSP1/COQ10 pathways simultaneously,working in tandem with Fe^(3+) to induce *** therapy(PDT)guided by porphyrin(TCPP)significantly enhanced ferroptosis through excessive accumulation of reactive oxygen species(ROS).This selfamplifying strategy promoted robust ferroptosis,which could work synergistically with FM-mediated *** vivo experiments showed that FM@NPs inhibited 91.57%of melanoma cells within six days,a rate 5.6 times higher than chemotherapy ***@NPs were biodegraded and directly eliminated in the urine or faeces without substantial ***,this study demonstrated that combining immunotherapy with efficient ferroptosis induction through nanotechnology is a feasible and promising strategy for melanoma treatment.
