Energy storage power plants are critical in balancing power supply and ***,the scheduling of these plants faces significant challenges,including high network transmission costs and inefficient inter-device energy *** tackle these challenges,this study proposes an optimal scheduling model for energy storage power plants based on edge computing and the improved whale optimization algorithm(IWOA).The proposed model designs an edge computing framework,transferring a large share of data processing and storage tasks to the network *** architecture effectively reduces transmission costs by minimizing data travel *** addition,the model considers demand response strategies and builds an objective function based on the minimization of the sum of electricity purchase cost and operation *** IWOA enhances the optimization process by utilizing adaptive weight adjustments and an optimal neighborhood perturbation strategy,preventing the algorithm from converging to suboptimal *** results demonstrate that the proposed scheduling model maximizes the flexibility of the energy storage plant,facilitating efficient charging and *** successfully achieves peak shaving and valley filling for both electrical and heat loads,promoting the effective utilization of renewable energy *** edge-computing framework significantly reduces transmission delays between energy ***,IWOA outperforms traditional algorithms in optimizing the objective function.

The Mg−Al composite rods of aluminum core-reinforced magnesium alloy were prepared by the extrusion−shear(ES)process,and the microstructure,deformation mechanism,and mechanical properties of the Mg−Al composite rods were investigated at different extrusion temperatures and shear *** experimental results show that the proportion of dynamic recrystallization(DRX)and texture for Al and Mg alloys are controlled by the combination of temperature and shear *** texture type of the Al alloys exhibits slight variations at different *** the increase of temperature,the DRX behavior of Mg alloy shifts from discontinuous DRX(DDRX),continuous DRX(CDRX),and twin-induced DRX(TDRX)dominant to CDRX,the dislocation density in Mg alloy grains decreases significantly,and the average value of Schmid factor(SF)of the basalslip system *** particular,partial grains exhibit a distinct dominant slip system at 390℃.The hardness and thickness of the bonding layer,as well as the yield strength and elongation of the Mg alloy,reach their maximum at 360℃as a result of the intricate influence of the combined temperature and shear stress.

Periodontitis， a persistent inflammatory condition， targets the gums and periodontal structures， negatively impacting health. Systemic and local antimicrobials are often used to treat periodontitis， but they may lead to adverse effects such as drug resistance and ecological imbalance. As natural water-soluble pigment， anthocyanins has been reported to be an effective antiinflammatory， antiobesity， anticancer， antimicrobial and so on. The purpose of the study was to elucidate the anti-inflammatory effects and potential molecular mechanisms of purple rice bran anthocyanins (PRBA) on RAW264.7 cells induced by lipopolysaccharide from Porphyromonas gingivalis (Pg-LPS). The results indicated that PRBA inhibited the expression of iNOS and COX-2 in RAW264.7 cells， reduced the level of NO， TNF-α， and IL-6， while increasing the expression of Arg-1 and the production of IL-10 in RAW264.7 cells. Among them， cyanidin-3-glucoside and peonidin-3-glucoside， the two main anthocyanin glycosides in PRBA， also had the same effect. RNA-seq results revealed that there were 1，840 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) after PRBA treatment， with 1263 upregulated and 577 downregulated. Western blot also confirmed that PRBA significantly inhibited the activation of NF-κB and AP-1 in RAW264.7 cells. In summary， these findings suggested that PRBA inhibited the expression of proinflammatory cytokines in RAW264.7 cells induced by Pg-LPS through the NF-κB and AP-1 pathways， which providing its potential application in the treatment of periodontitis for anti-inflammatory effects.

Objective To explore and quantify the association of hot night exposure during the sperm development period(0–90 lag days)with semen *** A total of 6,640 male sperm donors from 6 human sperm banks in China during 2014–2020 were recruited in this multicenter *** indices(i.e.,hot night excess[HNE]and hot night duration[HND])were used to estimate the heat intensity and duration during *** mixed models were used to examine the association between hot nights and semen quality *** The exposure-response relationship revealed that HNE and HND during 0–90 days before semen collection had a significantly inverse association with sperm ***,a 1°C increase in HNE was associated with decreased sperm progressive motility of 0.0090(95%confidence interval[CI]:–0.0147,–0.0033)and decreased total motility of 0.0094(95%CI:–0.0160,–0.0029).HND was significantly associated with reduced sperm progressive motility and total motility of 0.0021(95%CI:–0.0040,–0.0003)and 0.0023(95%CI:–0.0043,–0.0002),*** results were observed at different temperature thresholds on hot *** Our findings highlight the need to mitigate nocturnal heat exposure during spermatogenesis to maintain optimal semen quality.

Liquid metal(LM)has attracted immense interest as a novel catalyst in the past few years for its distinctive physicochemical properties,encompassing superior electrical and thermal conductivities,as well as exceptional fluidity characteristics at low temperatures[1].In contrast to conventional solid heterogeneous catalysts,the fluidic characteristics of liquid metal catalysts enhance the interaction between catalysts and reactants,boosting mass transfer at the reaction interface.

The Xing'an-Mongolian orogenic belt is an important Ag-Pb-Zn metallogenic province in China. The study on the genesis of the newly discovered Cuiluan hydrothermal vein-type Ag-Pb-Zn deposit located in the Lesser Xing'an Range， within the eastern of Xing'an-Mongolian orogenic belt， is pivotal in understanding the metallogenic mechanism and regularity of Ag-Pb-Zn deposits in this region. This study utilizes pyrite trace elements and sulfur isotopic geochemistry， and mercury isotope of rocks and ores to constrain the genesis of the Cuiluan deposit. Pyrite geochemical data show that Ag exists in the form of galena inclusions (Ag++(Bi3+， Sb3+) ? Pb2+) in the polymetallic sulfide stage， and independent Ag-bearing minerals （matildite and gustavite） precipitate during the main mineralization stage. The small varied δ34S values （3.24‰ - 4.94‰） of pyrites from four hydrothermal stages are within the range of magmatic S isotopes， indicating that the ore-forming fluid of the Cuiluan deposit mainly originated from the magma. The Δ199Hg values of the ores are close to 0‰， which are consistent with the Δ199Hg values of mantle， further indicating that the ore-forming materials came from the lithospheric mantle. Combined with the regional tectonic evolution， we conclude that the plate subduction of Paleo-oceans in NE China triggered the partial melting of metasomatized mantle. The mantle-derived magma rose along the deep fractures and evolved ore-forming fluids， and finally caused the formation of Cuiluan quartz vein-type Ag-Pb-Zn deposit in the shallow crust. Accompany with previous documents， we infer that the fractures in the large-scale “Granite Sea” in the Lesser Xing'an Range may have significant potential for vein-type Ag-Pb-Zn exploration.
