Conducting scientific drilling on subglacial lakes and obtaining samples of subglacial lake water holds great significance in unraveling the formation and evolution of Antarctic subglacial lakes and early Earth's life *** various approaches to access and directly sample subglacial water and sediments,clean access and exploration of subglacial lakes remain *** address this concern,Jilin University has developed the RECoverable Autonomous Sonde(RECAS)*** technology enables sampling and in-situ detection of subglacial lake water while being isolated from the surface,thus minimizing the risk of *** tests,including downward and upward drilling,long-running,remote-control,and cold-environment assessments,were conducted to validate the sonde's principle and *** the 38th Chinese National Antarctic Research Expedition,CHINARE(2021–2022 season),the RECAS prototype underwent testing on the flank region of Dalk glacier,10 km from Zhongshan Station in *** boreholes with depths of 200.3,183.2,and 133.5 m were successfully drilled,with the refrozen meltwater sealing the boreholes during the *** 600 mL of melted water samples were collected from each *** the drilling tests,all systems of the RECAS prototype performed within the expected ranges.

目的探讨营养包作为6~24月龄婴幼儿辅食补充剂,对婴幼儿唾液中分泌型免疫球蛋白A含量的影响。方法选择营养包干预地区和其临近未干预地区的婴幼儿,进行早期儿童营养干预与非干预人群营养健康状况的长期队列观察。干预组婴幼儿在6~24月龄期间每日辅食中添加一袋营养包,对照组不服用营养包,此外同时为对照组和干预组提供科学健康喂养指导。在2018年至2020年连续3年的监测中,收集婴幼儿唾液并检测其唾液中免疫球蛋白A含量,并对婴幼儿唾液中免疫球蛋白A的含量变化情况进行比较和分析。结果本研究婴幼儿唾液中的免疫球蛋白A含量随着月龄的增加呈增加的趋势,干预组和对照组婴幼儿在2018年基线阶段的免疫球蛋白A含量没有显著性差异。2019年和2020年干预组婴幼儿唾液中的免疫球蛋白A含量均高于地域邻近的对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论营养包干预能够提升婴幼儿唾液中免疫球蛋白A水平,增强婴幼儿免疫力。

Effect of Mo and cold forging deformation on strength and ductility of cobalt-based alloy L605

Mo element was added to cobalt-based alloy L605,and cold forging deformation was *** effects of the addition and cold forging deformation on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy were studied by thermodynamic calculation,electron backscatter diffraction,transmission electron microscopy,and X-ray *** stacking fault energy(SFE)of the alloy decreased after the addition,and the formation of stacking faults and intersections were promoted to improve the strength and *** tensile strength of the alloy with Mo increased from 1190 to 1702 MPa after 24%cold deformation,producing significant work *** strengthening mechanism is strain-induced martensitic transformation(SIMT)and deformation *** alloy,combined with Mo and after 24%deformation,had both high strength and ductility in comparison with the original cobalt-based alloy *** is attributed to the lower SFE which caused the increase in stacking fault *** the tensile process,theε-hcp phase was easily generated at the stacking fault to reduce the stress concentration and increase the *** SIMT by adjusting the density of stacking faults can improve the mechanical properties of cobalt-based ***ε-hcp phase,the interaction between deformation twins and dislocations,and the interaction between e-hcp phases during cold forging deformation caused local stress concentration,lowering ductility and toughness.

Developing luminescent metal-organic frameworks（MOFs） capable of high-efficiency Fe3+sensing has aroused great attraction in the fields of biology,chemistry,***,previous solvothermal methods are limited by organic solvent usage,time consuming,high pressure,and high-energy ***,we propose the waste-toMOF strategy towards the scale-up production of La-MOF nanoparticles through the ball milling of recycled poly（-ethylene terephthalate）(PET) bottles and La（NO3）3·*** goes on alkaline hydrolysis to form 1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid sodium salt（Na2BDC） and ethylene glycol by ball ***,BDC reacts with La3+to form *** as-prepared La-MOF crystal nanoparticles possess a rod-like morphology with the size of few hundred ***,La-MOF nanoparticles display high selectivity and sensitivity for Fe3+*** quenching constant and limit of detection are 5.29×10～3(mol·L-1)-1and 0.147 μmol·L-1,respectively,thus surpassing many advanced Fe3+*** to the result of density functional theory,the high Fe3+detection performance of La-MOF is related to the complexing of Fe3+with La-MOF,which leads to the gradual dissociation of the coordination bond between terephthalic acid and La3+.It is anticipated that the mechanochemistry milling-based wasteto-MOF strategy provides a new platform for the massive production of functional MOFs in a green manner.

Rockburst criterion and evaluation method for potential rockburst pit depth considering excavation damage effect

Excavation-induced disturbances in deep tunnels will lead to deterioration of rock properties and formation of excavation damaged zone(EDZ).This excavation damage effect may affect the potential rockburst pit *** two diversion tunnels of Jinping II hydropower station for example,the relationship between rockburst pit depth and excavation damage effect is first *** results indicate that the rockburst pit depth in tunnels with severe damage to rock masses is relatively ***,the excavation-induced damage effect is characterized by disturbance factor D based on the Hoek-Brown criterion and wave velocity *** is found that the EDZ could be further divided into a high-damage zone(HDZ)with D=1 and weak-damage zone(WDZ),and D decays from one to zero *** this,a quantitative evaluation method for potential rockburst pit depth is established by presenting a three-element rockburst criterion considering rock strength,geostress and disturbance *** evaluation results obtained by this method match well with actual *** addition,the weakening of rock mass strength promotes the formation and expansion of potential rockburst *** potential rockburst pit depth is positively correlated with HDZ and WDZ depths,and the HDZ depth has a significant contribution to the potential rockburst pit depth.

为了建立一种快速鉴别检测猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)变异毒株的病原学方法和掌握洛阳市PEDV变异毒株的流行规律,试验根据GenBank中PEDV变异毒株的特异性序列设计引物,通过优化退火温度、模板添加量、引物添加量建立PEDV变异毒株一步法RT-PCR鉴别检测方法,并分析了该方法的特异性、敏感性和重复性;同时应用该方法检测采集自洛阳市的251份临床样品,并对不同地区、不同年份、不同养殖模式的检测结果进行比较分析。结果表明:优化后的退火温度为51℃,模板添加量为5μL,引物添加量为0.5μL;该方法对PEDV变异毒株能够扩增出550 bp特异性条带,而检测的PEDV经典毒株、猪传染性胃肠炎病毒(TGEV)、猪轮状病毒(RV)、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)、猪瘟病毒(CSFV)、猪细小病毒(PPV)、猪伪狂犬病病毒(PRV)、猪圆环病毒2型(PCV-2)均为阴性;对PEDV变异毒株RNA的最低检测限达到0.74 ng,对3份PEDV变异毒株阳性病料和3份PEDV变异毒株阴性病料重复检测3次的结果完全一致;检测采集于洛阳市251份临床样品的平均阳性率为29.48%,其中不同地区阳性率介于13.33%~44.44%之间,2018—2022年阳性率介于28.30%~31.58%之间,散养户和规模化猪场的阳性率分别为38.24%和19.13%。说明试验建立的PEDV变异毒株一步法RT-PCR鉴别检测方法特异、敏感、稳定、准确,洛阳市PEDV变异毒株的流行特点为个别地区较严重的情况、近几年流行率基本持平、散养户流行情况较规模化猪场严重。

In this work,we study a k-Cardinality Constrained Regularized Submodular Maximization(k-CCRSM)problem,in which the objective utility is expressed as the difference between a non-negative submodular and a modular *** multiplicative approximation algorithm exists for the regularized model,and most works have focused on designing weak approximation algorithms for this *** this study,we consider the k-CCRSM problem in a streaming fashion,wherein the elements are assumed to be visited individually and cannot be entirely stored in *** propose two multipass streaming algorithms with theoretical guarantees for the above problem,wherein submodular terms are monotonic and nonmonotonic.

Large low-field reversible magnetocaloric effect in K_(3)Gd(PO_(4))_(2) at sub-Kelvin temperature

We synthesized a potassium gadolinium phosphate K3Gd(PO_(4))_(2)with monoclinic structure(P2_(1/m))by the high-temperature solid-state reaction *** lattice constants obtained by Rietveld refinements of XRD curve are a=0.7411 nm,b=0.5624 nm,and c=0.9433 *** and magnetocaloric properties of K_(3)Gd(PO_(4))_(2)were investigated in *** magnetic phase transition temperature of K3Gd(PO_(4))2 was determined by ultra-low temperature testing to be 0.58 K.K_(3)Gd(PO_(4))2 exhibits large magnetic entropy changes(-ΔSM).The maximum-ΔSM are 20.2 and 29.4 J/(kg·K)in the magnetic field variation(ΔH)of 1 and 2 T,respectively,which are larger than that of the commercial Gd_(3)Ga_(5)O_(12)(GGG).The maximum adiabatic temperature change(ΔT_(ad))reaches 5.91 K under a magnetic field change(ΔH)of 1 T.K_(3)Gd(PO_(4))_(2)is a potential magnetic refrigeration material for obtaining sub-Kelvin temperatures.
