Anthocyanins are secondary metabolites in land plants that contribute to the colors of leaves and flowers,and are nutritionally valuable components of the human *** DFR gene plays an important role in the anthocyanin biosynthetic *** this study,we investigated the regulation of DFR expression and in different Malus crabapple cultivars that show distinct patterns of leaf coloration,and how it influences leaf anthocyanin accumulation and ***,we studied the ever-red leaved cultivar‘Royalty’,the ever-green leaved cultivar‘Flame’and the spring-red leaved cultivar‘Radiant’.RT-PCR analysis showed that the expression of McDFR1 correlated with the expression of a MYB transcription factor,McMYB10,and with anthocyanin *** isolated five McDFR1 promoter fragments from the three cultivars and identified four different fragments(F1–4)that were present either in several cultivars,or only in *** one-hybrid and electrophoretic mobility shift assay analyses showed that McMYB10 could bind to all the McDFR1 promoters,except *** F1,F2 and F3 fragments did not affect McMYB10 binding to the McDFR1 promoters;however,we found evidence that the F4 fragment suppressed binding,and that the MYBGAHV amino-acid sequence maybe an important cis-element for McMYB10 protein *** information has potential value for strategies to modify plant color through genetic transformation.

In this study,a natural cotton thread immunoassay device combined with gold nanorod（GNR） reporter probe is developed for the rapid,sensitive and quantitative electrochemical determination of human ferritin,a lung cancer related *** ferritin as an analyte and a pair of monoclonal antibodies are used to demonstrate the proof-of-concept on the cotton thread immunoassay *** enhancement of the sensitivity is achieved by using gold nanorod as an electroactive report probe compared with a traditional gold nanoparticle（GNP） report *** device was capable of measuring 1.58 ng/mL ferritin in 30 min by anodic stripping voltammetry（ASV） testing,which meet the requirement for clinical diagnosis.

The crystallization process of Fe78ZrTBls （at%） amorphous ribbon was investigated by Xray diffraction （XRD）, differential scanning calorimetry and scanning electron microscopy （SEM）. The fully amorphous structure of asquenched （Aq） ribbons was confirmed by XRD pattern. The saturation magnetization （Ms） and Curie tem perature of the Aq ribbon were measured as 124.3 （***）＆g and 305 ℃ with vibrating sample magnetometer （VSM）, respectively. When the ribbons was annealed at 550 ℃ near the first onset temperature （Txl = 564.9 ℃）, the Ms was increased by 17 %, which was caused by the formation of a dual phase structure. The isothermal crystallization kinetics and crystallization mechanism of primary ctFe phase in the dual phase structure were studied by Arrhenius and JohnsonMehlAvramiKolmogorov equations respectively. The results showed that the crystallization of Fe phase was a diffusioncontrolled surface nucleation growth process, and the nucleation rate decreased with longer crystallization time.

OBJECTIVE To assess the feasibility and safety of the minimalistic approach to left atrial appendage occlusion(LAAO) guided by cardiac computed tomography angiography(CCTA).METHODS Ninety consecutive patients who underwent LAAO, with or without CCTA-guided, were matched(1:2). Each step of the LAAO procedure in the computed tomography(CT) guidance group(CT group) was directed by preprocedural CT planning. In the control group, LAAO was performed using the standard method. All patients were followed up for 12 months, and device surveillance was conducted using *** A total of 90 patients were included in the analysis, with 30 patients in the CT group and 60 matched patients in the control group. All patients were successfully implanted with Watchman devices. The mean ages for the CT group and the control group were 70.0 ± 9.4 years and 68.4 ± 11.9 years(P = 0.52), respectively. The procedure duration(45.6 ± 10.7 min vs. 58.8 ± 13.0 min,P < 0.001) and hospital stay(7.5 ± 2.4 day vs. 9.6 ± 2.8 day, P = 0.001) in the CT group was significantly shorter compared to the control group. However, the total radiation dose was higher in the CT group compared to the control group(904.9 ± 348.0 m Gy vs.711.9 ± 211.2 m Gy, P = 0.002). There were no significant differences in periprocedural pericardial effusion(3.3% vs. 6.3%, P = 0.8) between the two groups. The rate of postprocedural adverse events(13.3% vs. 18.3%, P = 0.55) were comparable between both groups at 12 months *** CCTA is capable of detailed LAAO procedure planning. Minimalistic LAAO with preprocedural CCTA planning was feasible and safe, with shortened procedure time and acceptable increased radiation and contras consumption. For patients with contraindications to general anesthesia and/or transesophageal echocardiography, this promising method may be an alternative to conventional LAAO.

Coal direct liquefaction technology is a crucial contemporary coal chemical technology for efficient and clean use of coal resources. The development of direct coal liquefaction technology and the promotion of alternative energy sources are important measures to guarantee energy security and economic security. However, several challenges need to be addressed, including low conversion rate, inadequate oil yield, significant coking, demanding reaction conditions, and high energy consumption. Extensive research has been conducted on these issues, but further exploration is required in certain aspects such as pyrolysis of macromolecules during the liquefaction process, hydrogen activation, catalysts' performance and stability, solvent hydrogenation, as well as interactions between free radicals to understand their mechanisms better. This paper presents a comprehensive analysis of the design strategy for efficient catalysts in coal liquefaction, encompassing the mechanism of coal liquefaction, catalyst construction,and enhancement of catalytic conversion efficiency. It serves as a comprehensive guide for further research endeavors. Firstly, it systematically summarizes the conversion mechanism of direct coal liquefaction, provides detailed descriptions of various catalyst design strategies, and especially outlines the catalytic mechanism. Furthermore, it addresses the challenges and prospects associated with constructing efficient catalysts for direct coal liquefaction based on an understanding of their action mechanisms.

Customized design of well-defined cathode structures with abundant adsorption sites and rapid diffusion dynamics,holds great promise in filling capacity gap of carbonaceous cathodes towards high-performance Zn-ion hybrid supercapacitors(ZHC).Herein,we fabricate a series of dynamics-oriented hierarchical porous carbons derived from the unique organic-inorganic interpenetrating polymer *** interpenetrating polymer networks are obtained through physically knitting polyferric chloride(PFC)network into the highly crosslinked resorcinol-formaldehyde(RF)*** of covalent bonding,physical interpenetrating force in such RF-PFC networks efficiently relieves the RF skeleton shrinkage upon ***,the in-situ PFC network sacrifices as a structure-directing agent to suppress the macrophase separation,and correspondingly 3D hierarchical porous structure with plentiful ion-diffusion channels(pore volume of 1.35 cm^(3)/g)is generated in the representative HPC_(4) via nanospace occupation and swelling *** removal of Fe fillers leaves behind a large accessible specific surface area of 1550 m^(2)/g for enhanced Zn-ion *** used as the cathode for ZHC,HPC_(4) demonstrates a remarkable electrochemical performance with a specific capacity of 215.1 mAh/g at 0.5 A/g and a high Zn^(2+)ion diffusion coefficient of 11.1×10^(-18)cm^(2)/*** ZHC device yields 117.0 Wh/kg energy output at a power density of 272.1 W/kg,coupled with good cycle lifespan(100,000 cycles@10 A/g).This work inspires innovative insights to accelerate Zn diffusion dynamics by structure elaboration towards high-capacity cathode materials.

BACKGROUND Owing to the absence of specific symptoms in early-stage gastric cancer,most patients are diagnosed at intermediate or advanced *** a result,treatment often shifts from surgery to other therapies,with chemotherapy and targeted therapies being the primary options for advanced gastric cancer treatment.A total of 116 patients with advanced gastric cancer,admitted from January 2021 to December 2023,were selected and divided into two groups of 58 each using the random number table *** control group received FOLFOX4 chemothe-rapy(oxaliplatin+calcium+folinate+5-fluorouracil)combined with intravenous *** observation group received the same treatment as the control group,supplemented by oral administration of Senqi Shiyiwei *** groups underwent treatment cycles of 3 weeks,with a minimum of two *** therapeutic efficacy,immune mechanisms,and treatment-related toxicity and side effects were compared between the *** objective remission rate in the observation group(55.17%)was higher than that of the control group(36.21%)(Pting was lower in observed group(P0.05).CONCLUSION Adjuvant therapy with Shenqixian granules may enhance the efficacy of simudizumab combined with FOLFOX4 chemotherapy in advanced gastric cancer and the immune function by increasing immune cell counts,making it a valuable option in clinical treatment.

目的探讨IL-37通过促进巨噬细胞M2型极化在缺氧/复氧(hypoxia/reoxygenation,H/R)诱导的肝细胞损伤中的保护作用及其相关分子机制。方法实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)和Western blot检测在不同极化类型的人单核巨噬细胞THP-1中IL-37 mRNA和蛋白质水平。通过慢病毒转染构建稳定过表达IL-37的细胞株,qRT-PCR检测CD206、CD86、ARG1和iNOS mRNA水平,流式细胞术检测CD163、CD86蛋白质水平。通过Transwell法将THP-1细胞与人肝细胞L02细胞共培养并构建H/R模型,CCK-8法及流式细胞术检测L02细胞存活率及凋亡率,ELISA检测细胞培养液中谷丙转氨酶(alanine transaminase,ALT)和谷草转氨酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)含量,HE染色观察细胞形态变化。Western blot检测THP-1细胞中STAT6及其磷酸化水平。结果 M2型巨噬细胞中IL-37 mRNA及蛋白质水平上调。IL-37促进巨噬细胞M2型极化。IL-37诱导的M2型巨噬细胞与L02细胞共培养,在H/R状态下显著提高肝细胞存活率(P=0.015),并降低细胞凋亡率和ALT、AST水平(P<0.001),减轻细胞损伤。Western blot提示过表达IL-37的THP-1细胞中STAT6蛋白质磷酸化水平上调(P<0.01)。结论 IL-37能促进巨噬细胞M2型极化,并对H/R诱导的肝细胞损伤有保护作用,其机制可能与STAT6信号通路有关。
