Transformers have been widely studied in many natural language processing (NLP) tasks, which can capture the dependency from the whole sentence with a high parallelizability thanks to the multi-head attention and the position-wise feed-forward network. However, the above two components of transformers are position-independent, which causes transformers to be weak in modeling sentence structures. Existing studies commonly utilized positional encoding or mask strategies for capturing the structural information of sentences. In this paper, we aim at strengthening the ability of transformers on modeling the linear structure of sentences from three aspects, containing the absolute position of tokens, the relative distance, and the direction between tokens. We propose a novel bidirectional Transformer with absolute-position aware relative position encoding (BiAR-Transformer) that combines the positional encoding and the mask strategy together. We model the relative distance between tokens along with the absolute position of tokens by a novel absolute-position aware relative position encoding. Meanwhile, we apply a bidirectional mask strategy for modeling the direction between tokens. Experimental results on the natural language inference, paraphrase identification, sentiment classification and machine translation tasks show that BiAR-Transformer achieves superior performance than other strong baselines.

A coordination nanosheet composed of[Fe(tpy)_(2)]^(2+)(tpy=2,2':6',2''-terpyridine)units,showing reversible electrochromism at the ligand-based cathodic potential,has been prepared through a liquid/liquid interfacial synthesis.The noble metal-free nanosheet exhibited a CO evolution rate of 114.3 mmol·g−1·h−1 with the selectivity up to 99.3%under visible light irradiation in the presence of water,which is in the front rank of heterogeneous catalysis for CO_(2) photoreduction.Such robust photocatalytic performance is due to efficient ligand-based electron transfer through long-livedπradical anion tpy·−with a lifetime more than 25 min,as evidenced by in situ electron paramagnetic resonance(EPR)and ultraviolet-visible-near infrared(UV-vis-NIR)spectroscopy studies.Fe(II)cation in[Fe(tpy)_(2)]^(2+)mainly contributes to enhancing reduction potentials of ligand and stabilizingπradical anion tpy·−.This ligand-based electron transfer with the aid of metal cation represents a promising strategy for selective CO_(2) photoreduction,especially towards gaining CO from CO_(2).

《设计》:2019年,“双高计划”开启了高职院校发展的新阶段,请您从自己的专业角度就以上内容和大家分享一下您对“双高计划”的理解和分析,以及院校面临的机遇与挑战。刘珽:“双高计划”将促进艺术设计类职教形成品牌,提升国际竞争力。近年来,随着文创产业的蓬勃发展,设计师已成为一个比较热门的职业,越来越受到社会的关注。高职艺术设计类专业是培养设计师的主要渠道之一,这类专业越来越受到学生和家长的青睐,现已发展为全国专业布点数多、在校学生量大、招生就业两旺的专业。但由于我国艺术设计教育起步较晚,特别是高职艺术设计教育的发展只有短短二十余年,还存在区域发展不均衡、品牌效应不突出、国际影响力不明显等问题,亟需具有示范作用的“领头羊”带动艺术设计职业教育高质量发展。2019年教育部启动了“双高计划”第一轮建设,56所高职学校入选高水平学校建设项目,141所高职学校入选高水平专业群建设项目。其中艺术设计类专业群有7个,分别是广东轻工职业技术学院的产品艺术设计专业群,广州番禺职业技术学院的艺术设计专业群,上海工艺美术职业学院的工艺美术品设计专业群、产品艺术设计专业群,湖南工艺美术职业学院的刺绣设计与工艺专业群,苏州工艺美术职业技术学院的工艺美术品设计专业群,青岛职业技术学院的服装与服饰设计专业群。

Sugarcane is a major food and bioenergy crop globally.It pro-duces~80%of sugar consumed worldwide,with Brazil and India together accounting for 61%of world sugarcane produc-tion in 2021[1].Globally,sugarcane is the 5th largest crop by production value and acreage,and it is also the second largest bioenergy crop[1,2].Modern sugarcane is an interspecific hybrid(Saccharum species hybrid)of wild progenitor species Saccharum officinarum(2n=80;x=10)andSaccharumspon-taneum(2n=40 to 130;x=8)[3].This genetically complex polyploid crop with varied chromosome numbers(100 to 130)has one of the largest genomes(~10 kb)among plants,making sugarcane breeding considerably slow and challenging.

The relapse of methamphetamine (meth) is associated with decision-making dysfunction. The present study aims to investigate theimpact of different emotions on the decision-making behavior of meth users. We used 2 (gender: male, female) × 3 (emotion:positive, negative, neutral) × 5 (block: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5) mixed experiment design. The study involved 168 meth users who weredivided into three groups: positive emotion, negative emotion and neutral emotion group, and tested by the emotional IowaGambling Task (IGT). The IGT performance of male users exhibited a decreasing trend from Block 1 to Block 3. Female methusers in positive emotion had the best performance in IGT than females in the other two groups. In positive emotion, the IGTperformance of female meth users was significantly better than that of men. Female meth users in positive emotion had betterdecision-making than those in negative or neutral emotion. Female meth users in positive emotion had better decision-makingperformance than males in positive emotion. In negative and neutral emotions, there was no significant gender difference indecision-making.

Groundwater is of vital importance to many aspects of ecosystem services,especially in the central and northern Shaanxi Provence,China,-an area covered by loess deposits and short of water resources.We studied the solute geochemistry and water quality of groundwater in this area to improve the understanding of hydrogeochemical processes in loess deposits area.The results showed that the average pH of groundwaters was 8.03±0.36(1 SD)with large ranges(324-83,379 mg/L)of the total dissolved solids(TDS).The cations and anions followed the order of Na^+>Ca^2+>Mg^2+>K^+>SiO2 and HCO3>Cl^->SO4^2->F^->NO3^-.Most groundwater samples show the HCO3^--Na^+-Ca^2+water type and a small number of samples the Na^+-Cl^-type.Irrigation water quality assessments showed that 40%of the groundwater has good water quality,42%moderate water quality,and 18%(the upper reaches of Wuding River and Wei River)poor water quality with very high salinity.About 40%of groundwater samples were not suitable for drinking due to the high TDS,fluoride,sulfide,and chloride.Gibbs plot and stoichiometry analysis showed that carbonate weathering is the main source of groundwater chemistry in central Shaanxi Province while evaporite dissolution dominates in northern Shaanxi Provence.The loess weathering significantly influences the dissolved solutes of groundwater in the Loess Plateau.The ion-exchange between Mg^2+and Ca^2+in groundwater and Na^+in clay minerals and the deposition of carbonate minerals increased Na^+but decreased the Ca^2+in groundwater.Our research results improve our understanding of hydrogeochemical processes that affect the solutes chemistry of groundwater in the loess area and provide essential data to the global groundwater database.

Flexible piezoelectrics realise the conversion between mechanical movements and electrical power by conformally attaching onto curvilinear surfaces,which are promising for energy harvesting of biomedical devices due to their sustainable body movements and/or deformations.Developing secondary functions of flexible piezoelectric energy harvesters is becoming increasingly significant in recent years via aiming at issues that cannot be addressed or mitigated by merely increasing piezoelectric efficiencies.These issues include loose interfacial contact and pucker generation by stretching,power shortage or instability induced by inadequate mechanical energy,and premature function degeneration or failure caused by fatigue fracture after cyclic deformations.Herein,the expedient secondary functions of flexible piezoelectrics to mitigate above issues are reviewed,including stretchability,hybrid energy harvesting,and self-healing.Efforts have been devoted to understanding the state-of-the-art strategies and their mechanisms of achieving secondary functions based on piezoelectric fundamentals.The link between structural characteristic and function performance is unravelled by providing insights into carefully selected progresses.The remaining challenges of developing secondary functions are proposed in the end with corresponding outlooks.The current work hopes to help and inspire future research in this promising field focusing on developing the secondary functions of flexible piezoelectric energy harvesters.

No consistent variation was found in soil respiration Q10 under various O2 conditions.Substrate C quality had a strong effect on Q10 in oxic soils.N limitation had a large impact on Q10 in soils under O2 limitation.Current studies on the temperature sensitivity(Q10)of soil organic matter(SOM)decomposition mainly focus on aerobic conditions.However,varia-tions and determinants of Q10 in oxygen(O2)-deprived soils remain unclear.Here we incubated three grassland soils under oxic,suboxic,and anoxic conditions subjected to varying temperatures to compare variations in Q10 in relation to changing substrates.No consistent variation was found in Q10 under various O2 conditions.Further analysis of edaphic properties demon-strated that substrate carbon quality showed a strong influence on Q10 in oxic soils,whereas nitrogen limitation played a more important role in suboxic and anoxic soils.These results suggest that substrate carbon quality and nitrogen limitation may play roles of varying importance in determining the temperature sensitivity of SOM decomposition under various O2 conditions.

DNA double-strand breaks（DSBs）,which arise following exposure to a number of endogenous and exogenous agents,can be repaired by either the homologous recombination（HR）or non-homologous end-joining（NHEJ） pathways in eukaryotic cells.A vital step in HR repair is DNA end resection,which generates a long 30single-stranded DNA（ss DNA） tail that can invade the homologous DNA strand.The generation of 30 ss DNA is not only essential for HR repair,but also promotes activation of the ataxia telangiectasia and Rad3-related protein（ATR）.Multiple factors,including the MRN/X complex,C-terminal-binding protein interacting protein（Ct IP）/Sae2,exonuclease 1（EXO1）,Bloom syndrome protein（BLM）/Sgs1,DNA2 nuclease/helicase,and several chromatin remodelers,cooperate to complete the process of end resection.Here we review the basic machinery involved in DNA end resection in eukaryotic cells.
