Objective To study the change of diastolic cardiac function in diabetic patients and to determine the diagnostic value of plasma brain natriuretic peptide （BNP） and atria natriuretic peptide （ANP） for diastolic heart failure in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Twelve healthy subjects and seventy-one diabetic patients were included in the study. Plasma BNP and ANP were measured with immtmoradiometic assay. Results Plasma levels of BNP and ANP increased significantly with increased severity of diastolic heart dysfunction. The ratio of E/A had significant negative correlation with the plasma levels ofBNP （r=0.669,P〈0.001） and ANP （r=0.579, P〈0.01）. AUC of ANP and BNP in ROC model was 91.9% and 65.3%, respectively. Conclusions The plasma level of BNP might be a valuable predictor for differential diagnosis of diastolic cardiac function in diabetic patients.

Given the booming of internet usage in its domain, Chinese on-line shopping business is not growing proportionately. The absence of a market mechanism based on trust among suppliers and customers is to blame, although other factors as well holding the responsibility. Beginning with an introduction to the theory of ＂lemons＂, this paper reviews the status quo of trust in the Chinese cyber market, from the perspective of legislation, regulation and institution. It also prescribes several possible micro-solutions.

By the reality of investment in China, a fished inv es tment model is obtained and modified by Hicks multiplicator-accelerator model. It preferable explains the status quo of investment in China. In China, The valu e of investment in period t is not only having relation to the investment of per iod t-1 and Gross Domestic Products of period t-1 (as the model of Hicks and S amuelson described) but also having some relation to the investment of period t -*** is the reason that the model of Hicks or Samuelson can’t use in China d irectly. Then the model is analyzed by VAR(Vector Autoregressive) system. The VA R is a new model of macro-economics measurement. The advantage of VAR is that i t is avoid some complex problems as measuring off the endogenous variable and ex ogenous variable and the identifiability of model. It is composed of some dynami c equations. And it regards all the variables in equations as endogenous variabl es. By using statistical data in China a model about Gross Domestic Product and Investment is obtained and a forecasting is designed. The correlation is cal culated using Matlab. The results of the correlation of Gross Domestic Products, Investment and Consumption can analyze the rationality of policy of country and forecast the trend of economics. And it is profitable for exactly understand th e circumstance of investment. The shortage of this paper is that the gross of st atistical data is too small, only the data after the year of 1978 is available.

卡洛芬注射液辅助治疗牛细菌性呼吸疾病的疗效研究

为评价卡洛芬注射液与泰拉霉素注射液联用治疗牛呼吸道疾病(bovine respiratory disease,BRD)的效果,并确定合理的给药剂量,试验选择64头患呼吸道疾病的牛,随机分为A、B两组,每组32头,其中A组皮下注射给予泰拉霉素注射液(推荐剂量2.5 mg/kg·bw),同时肌内注射给予卡洛芬注射液(II期临床试验确认剂量1.4 mg/kg·bw);B组只皮下注射给予泰拉霉素注射液(推荐剂量2.5 mg/kg·bw)。所有试验牛各种药均只给予1次。试验期间观察记录各组牛的临床症状,并对其进行评分;通过对各试验牛的炎症因子、致病菌、特定病原抗原/抗体的检测,评价卡洛芬注射液对牛呼吸道疾病的辅助治疗效果。试验结果显示,相比于单独使用泰拉霉素注射液,卡洛芬注射液与泰拉霉素注射液联用治疗BRD可以在更短时间内消除牛体内病原菌感染带来的炎症反应;泰拉霉素注射液单独使用或与卡洛芬注射液联用治疗BRD,给药3 d病牛的血清PCT浓度均明显下降(P<0.05),但两药联用的下降速度更加显著(P<0.05)。结果表明,临床上推荐卡洛芬注射液与泰拉霉素注射液联用,皮下注射,一次量为1.4 mg/kg·bw,可有效辅助治疗牛呼吸道疾病。

卡洛芬注射液对靶动物奶牛安全性试验研究

为研究卡洛芬注射液对靶动物奶牛的安全性,将20头健康奶牛随机分为4组,每组5头,各组试验奶牛分别按0、1倍推荐剂量(1.4 mg/kg B.W.)、3倍推荐剂量(4.2 mg/kg B.W.)、5倍推荐剂量(7.0 mg/kg B.W.)单剂量皮下注射卡洛芬注射液,连续给药3 d。试验期间观察记录各组奶牛的饮食、精神、粪便情况及试验前后的体重变化,测定给药前、给药后第1天及给药后第3天各组奶牛的血液生理生化指标,同时在给药后第3 d进行剖检,测定脏器指数,观察病理及组织学变化。结果显示,卡洛芬注射液各剂量组奶牛的临床体征、血液生理生化指标、剖检及组织显微结构等均未见明显异常,未出现中毒症状及死亡。与对照组相比,3倍剂量组和5倍剂量组血液生理指标中血小板平均宽度差异显著(P<0.05),5倍剂量组血液生化指标白蛋白数量明显增加(P<0􀆰05),但所有指标均在正常范围内波动。结果表明,卡洛芬注射液在临床上推荐以1.4 mg/kg B.W.给药对靶动物奶牛是安全的。

In wireless communication environment, the time-varying channel and angular spreads caused by multipath fading and the mobility of Mobile Stations (MS) degrade the performance of the conventional Direction-Of-Arrival (DOA) tracking algorithms. On the other hand, although the DOA estimation methods based on the Maximum Likelihood (ML) principle have higher resolution than the beamforming and the subspace based methods, prohibitively heavy computation limits their practical applications. This letter first proposes a new suboptimal DOA estimation algorithm that combines the advantages of the lower complexity of subspace algorithm and the high accuracy of ML based algo- rithms, and then proposes a Kalman filtering based tracking algorithm to model the dynamic property of directional changes for mobile terminals in such a way that the association between the estimates made at different time points is maintained. At each stage during tracking process, the current suboptimal estimates of DOA are treated as measurements, predicted and updated via a Kalman state equation, hence adaptive tracking of moving MS can be carried out without the need to perform unduly heavy computations. Computer simulation results show that this proposed algorithm has better per- formance of DOA estimation and tracking of MS than the conventional ML or subspace based algo- rithms in terms of accuracy and robustness.

Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury(CIRI) refers to a pathological phenomenon that aggravates the injury after the restoration of blood perfusion and oxygen supply to the cerebral ischemia-induced tissues and organs, with a relatively high incidence. The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) believes that Qi deficiency and blood stasis are the cause of CIRI. Therefore, Chinese medicine for tonifying Qi and activating blood is regarded as an important choice for the treatment of CIRI. In recent years, it has been found that many Chinese herbal medical ingredients and compound Chinese medicine(CCM) have significant anti-CIRI effects, and their mechanisms of action mainly include improving brain blood supply, neuroprotection, regulating signal pathways such as TLR4/HO-1/Bcl-2, protecting mitochondrial function, regulating related protein levels, and regulating oxidative molecule levels. This article summarizes and introduces the pharmacological mechanisms of Tonifying-Qi and activating-blood Chinese medicine and CCM which have the function of anti-CIRI. Our goal is to provide effective reference for further researches on the cerebral protection of related TCMs or compounds and their clinical application.

Natural killer （NK） cells are a major component of the host innate immune defense against various pathogens. Several viruses, including hepatitis C virus （HCV）, have developed strategies to evade the NK-cell response. In our study, we found HCV infection could trigger DNA damage response by both ataxia telangiectasia mutated （ATM） and ATM- and Rad3-related （ATR） pathways. Recent reports had revealed that NKG2D ligands （NK cell- activating ligands） were upregulated when a major DNA damage checkpoint pathway was activated. However, here we found that DNA damage response was activated but NKG2D ligands were downregulated upon HCV infection. Further studies showed that the protease NS3/4A of HCV which had been shown relation with immune invasion contributed to the reduced expression of NKG2D ligands. These findings provide a novel insight into the mechanisms evolved by HCV to escape from the NK cell response. Cellular ＆ Molecular Immunology. 2008;5（6）： 475-478.
