In this paper a fuzzy transportation problem under a fuzzy environment is solved using octagonal fuzzy *** transportation problem is significant and has been widely studied in the field of applied mathematics to solve a system of linear equations in many applications in *** of concurrent linear equations play a vital major role in operational *** main perspective of this research paper is to find out the minimum amount of transportation cost of some supplies through a capacitated network formerly the availability and the demand notes are octagonal fuzzy *** fuzzy numbers are used and showed a membership *** illustrate this method,a fuzzy transportation problem is solved by using octagonal fuzzy numbers using the ranking *** is shown that it is the best optimal solution and it is demonstrated with a numerical example.

Osteoarthritis（OA）is a degenerative joint disorder commonly encountered in clinical practice,and is the leading cause of disability in elderly *** to the poor self-healing capacity of articular cartilage and lack of specific diagnostic biomarkers,OA is a challenging disease with limited treatment *** pharmacologic therapies such as acetaminophen,non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,and opioids are effective in relieving pain but are incapable of reversing cartilage damage and are frequently associated with adverse *** research focuses on the development of new OA drugs（such as sprifermin/recombinant human fibroblast growth factor-18,tanezumab/monoclonal antibody againstβ-nerve growth factor）,which aims for more effectiveness and less incidence of adverse effects than the traditional ***,regenerative therapies（such as autologous chondrocyte implantation（ACI）,new generation of matrix-induced ACI,cell-free scaffolds,induced pluripotent stem cells（iPS cells or iPSCs）,and endogenous cell homing）are also emerging as promising alternatives as they have potential to enhance cartilage repair,and ultimately restore healthy ***,despite currently available therapies and research advances,there remain unmet medical needs in the treatment of *** review highlights current research progress on pharmacologic and regenerative therapies for OA including key advances and potential limitations.

We report the high speed scanning submicronic microscopy （SSM） using a low cost polymer microlens integrated at the extremity of an optical fiber. These microlenses are fabricated by a free-radical photopolymerization method. Using a polymer microlens with a radius of curvature of 250 nm, a sub-micrometric gold pattern is imaged experimentally by SSM. Different distances between the tip and the sample are used with a high scanning speed of 200 cm/s. In particular, metallic absorption contrasts are described with an optical spatial resolution of 250 nm at the wavelength of 532 nm. Moreover, finite-difference time-domain （FDTD） simulations concerning the focal lengths of microlenses with different geometries and heights support the experimental data.

A nonlinear propagation of cylindrical and spherical modified ion-acoustic(m IA) waves in an unmagnetized,collisionless, relativistic, degenerate multi-species plasma has been investigated theoretically. This plasma system is assumed to contain non-relativistic degenerate light ions, both non-relativistic and ultra-relativistic degenerate electron and positron fluids, and arbitrarily charged static heavy ions. The restoring force is provided by the degenerate pressures of the electrons and positrons, whereas the inertia is provided by the mass of ions. The arbitrarily charged static heavy ions participate only in maintaining the quasi-neutrality condition at equilibrium. The modified Burgers(m B) equation is derived by using reductive perturbation technique and numerically analyzed to identify the basic features of m IA shock structures. The basic characteristics of m IA shock waves are found to be significantly modified by the effects of degenerate pressures of electron, positron, and ion fluids, their number densities, and various charge state of heavy ions. The implications of our results to dense plasmas in astrophysical compact objects(e.g., non-rotating white dwarfs,neutron stars, etc.) are briefly discussed.

The study presented in this paper is in continuation with the paper published by the authors on parallel fuzzy proportional plus fuzzy integral plus fuzzy derivative （FP ＋ FI ＋ FD） controller. It addresses the stability analysis of parallel FP ＋ FI ＋ FD controller. The famous＂small gain theorem＂ is used to study the bounded-input and bounded-output （BIBO） stability of the fuzzy controller. Sufficient BIBO-stability conditions are developed for parallel FP ＋ FI ＋ FD controller. FP ＋ FI ＋ FD controller is derived from the conventional parallel proportional plus integral plus derivative （PID） controller. The parallel FP ＋ FI ＋ FD controller is actually a nonlinear controller with variable gains. It shows much better set-point tracking, disturbance rejection and noise suppression for nonlinear processes as compared to conventional PID controller.

This study introduces the new results of a novel low-cost digital zenith camera system operated in Turkey that uses astronomical and geodetic ***,it is possible to determine deflections of the vertical(DoV)components by using a vast amount of information gathered from geo-referenced star images,tilt measurements,and Global Navigation Satellite System *** new design of an astro-geodetic camera system is used for calculating DoV components with 12 independent solutions on a test station in Istanbul,and additional observations were performed to investigate the external accuracy of the system on a test network.A specific leveling method is developed to align system toward the zenithal *** final results of the observations on a test station located in Istanbul indicate that the accuracy of the system is about±0.19 arc-seconds in latitude and±0.28 arc-seconds in longitude *** system has been further tested on a network with 4 control points that have averagely 20 km *** the test network,the root mean square of the average value of the vertical deflections is calculated as±0.36 ***,DoV components are compared with the values that are calculated using global geopotential models.

This study of Mikasa City in 2001, which analyzed N flow between N production and N load in seven agricultural and settlement subsystems, i.e., paddy, onion, wheat, vegetable, dairy, chicken, and citizen subsystems, aimed to compare N flow in each subsystem, to determine the main sources of the N load, and to evaluate the influence of agricultural production and food consumption on N cycling in a rural area. The results showed that in Mikasa city, 38.5% of the N load came from point sources and the remainder from non-point sources with intensive vegetable farming imparting a serious N load. Because of the internal N cycling in the dairy subsystem, chemical fertilizer application was reduced by 70.2%, and 23.72 Mg manure N was recycled to the field; therefore, the N utilization efficiency was raised from 18.1% to 35.1%. If all the manure N in the chicken subsystem was recycled, chemical fertilizer application would be reduced by 8.1% from the present level, and the point sources of N pollution would be reduced by 20.8%.

During liver resection surgery for cancer or liver transplantation,the liver is subject to ischaemia (reduction in blood flow) followed by reperfusion (restoration of blood flow),which results in liver injury [ischemiareperfusion (Ir) or Ir injury]. Modulation of Ir injury can be achieved in various ways. These include hypothermia,ischaemic preconditioning (IPC) (brief cycles of ischaemia followed by reperfusion of the organ before the prolonged period of ischaemia i.e. a conditioning response),ischaemic postconditioning (conditioning after the prolonged period of ischaemia but before the reperfusion),pharmacological agents to decrease Ir injury,genetic modulation of Ir injury,and machine perfusion (pulsatile perfusion). Hypothermia decreases the metabolic functions and the oxygen consumption of organs. Static cold storage in University of Wisconsin solution reduces Ir injury and has prolonged organ storage and improved the function of transplanted grafts. There is currently no evidence for any clinical advantage in the use of alternate solutions for static cold storage. Although experimental data from animal models suggest that IPC,ischaemic postconditioning,various pharma-cological agents,gene therapy,and machine perfusion decrease Ir injury,none of these interventions can be recommended in clinical practice. This is because of the lack of randomized controlled trials assessing the safety and efficacy of ischaemic postconditioning,gene therapy,and machine perfusion. randomized controlled trials and systematic reviews of randomized controlled trials assessing the safety and efficacy of IPC and various pharmacological agents have demonstrated biochemical or histological improvements but this has not translated to clinical benefit. Further well designed randomized controlled trials are necessary to assess the various new protective strategies in liver resection.
