Sulphamic acid （H2NSO3H） was found to be an efficient catalyst for the multicomponent condensation reaction of β-naphthol, aromatic aldehydes and urea or amides to afford the corresponding α-amidoalkyl-β-naphthols in good yields. The remarkable features of this new procedure are high conversions, short reaction time, clean reaction profiles and simple experimental and work-up procedures.

Visual cryptographic scheme is specially designed for secret image sharing in the form of shadow *** basic idea of visual cryptography is to construct two or more secret shares from the original image in the form of chaotic *** this paper,a novel secret image communication scheme based on visual cryptography and Tetrolet tiling patterns is *** proposed image communication scheme will break the secret image into more shadow images based on the Tetrolet tiling *** secret image is divided into 4×4 blocks of tetrominoes and employs the concept of visual cryptography to hide the secret *** main feature of the proposed scheme is the selection of random blocks to apply the tetrolet tilling patterns from the fundamental tetrolet pattern *** procedure is used to perform both tetrolet transform and the scheme of visual ***,the experimental results showcase the proposed scheme is an extraordinary approach to transfer the secret image and reconstruct the secret image with high visual quality in the receiver end.

Patients with Alzheimer’s disease(AD)have progressive memory loss,inability to reason,and display anxiety that accelerates disease *** points to two deficits:1)the brain fails to respond to insulin that regulates the formation of neuron connections required to store memories,and 2)deficits arise in the brain’s endogenous cannabinoid signaling that regulates mood and prevents anxiety(Aso and Ferrer,2014).In addition,leptin signaling,important in regulating hypothalamic synaptic plasticity and cognitive function is also affected in AD(McGregor and Harvey,2018).

Elesclomol (ELC) is an anticancer drug inducing mitochondria cytotoxicity through reactive oxygen ***,for the first time,we encapsulate the poorly water soluble ELC in monoolein-based cubosomes stabilized with Pluronic *** uptake and nanocarrier accumulation close to the mitochondria with sub-micrometer distance is identified via three-dimensional (3D) confocal microscopy and edge-to-edge compartment *** monitor the therapeutic effect of the ELC nanocarrier,we apply for the first time,label-free time-lapse multi-photon fluorescence lifetime imaging microscopy (MP-FLIM) to track NAD(P)H cofactors with sub-cellular resolution on live cells exposed to an anticancer *** in vitro cytotoxicity is verified when loading the pre-complexed ELC with copper (ELC-Cu).Importantly,for equivalent copper concentration,cubosomes loaded with ELC-Cu show higher cytotoxicity compared to the free *** novel nanocarrier shows promising features for systemic ELC-Cu administration,and furthermore we establish the MP-FLIM technique for the assessment of anticancer drug delivery systems.

Ischemic brain injury triggers an inflammatory response. tissue but can also exacerbate brain injury. Microglia are This response is necessary to clear damaged brain the innate immune cells of the brain that execute this critical function. In healthy brain, microglia perform a housekeeping function, pruning unused syn- apses between neurons. However, microglia become activated to an inflammatory phenotype upon brain injury. Interferon regulatory factors modulate microglial activation and their production of inflammatory cytokines. This review briefly discusses recent findings pertaining to these regulatory mechanisms in the context of stroke recovery.

Four new eremophilane type sesquiterpenes were isolated from the roots of Cacalia roborowskii (Maxim) Ling. Their structures were established as 8-oxo-eremophila-6, 9-dien-12-oic acid (1), 3 beta-acetoxyl-8-oxo-eremophila-6, 9-dien-12-oic acid (2), 3 beta-angeloyoxyl-8-oxo-eremophilad, 9-dien-12-oic acid (3) and 3 beta-(2-methylbutyryloxyl)-8-oxo-eremophilia-6,9-dien-12-oic acid (4) by means of 1D and 2D NMr spectroscopy.

Differently substituted benzimidazoles have been synthesized in very good yields in solvent-free conditions from o-phenylenediamine and aldehydes in the presence of BF3·OEt2 as a catalyst. The method is applicable to aromatic, unsaturated and aliphatic aldehydes and to substituted o-phenylenediamines without significant differences.

In this paper,we study a theory of gravity called mimetic f(r,T)in the presence of swampland dS *** this purpose,we introduce several inflation solutions of the Hubble parameter H(N)from f(r,T)=r+δT gravity model,in which r is ricci scalar,and T denotes the trace of the energy–momentum ***,δand N are the free parameter and a number of e-fold,*** we calculate quantities such as potential,Lagrange multiplier,slow-roll,and some cosmological parameters such as nsand *** we challenge the mentioned inflationary model from the swampland dS *** discuss the stability of the model and investigate the compatibility or incompatibility of this inflationary scenario with the latest Planck observable data.
