在扬子克拉通东南缘的江山-绍兴结合带沿线多处出露新元古代深成杂岩,以往被认为是沿扬子克拉通和华夏地块碰撞缝合带侵入的板内型深成岩类。本文选择其中的浙江金华罗店中酸性深成杂岩进行了系统的岩石学、年代学和地球化学研究,提出它们属TTG岩石组合,包括英云闪长岩-奥长花岗岩-花岗闪长岩组合(T1T2G1)和二长花岗岩-花岗岩组合(G2QM)两类,普遍以明显富集Rb、Ba、K、Pb等大离子亲石元素而强烈亏损Nb、Ta、Ti、P等高场强元素为特征,δCe为弱负异常或无异常,属典型的弧岩浆岩类。T1T2G1组合富钠贫钾,εNd(t)值=+2.6^+9.4,Mg#值为41.5~63.1,推断由玄武质俯冲板片脱水部分熔融而成,并受到地幔楔橄榄岩熔体的混染。G2QM组合与T1T2G1组合地球化学特征类似,但又明显富K2O(2.75%~5.08%)、LILE和LREE,低Mg#值(27.2~52.31)和εNd(t)值(+1.7^+2.0),应是T1T2G1源区继续部分熔融的产物,可能未受到明显的地幔楔橄榄岩混染。测得花岗闪长岩(G1)锆石SHRIMP U-Pb年龄为841±10Ma,奥长花岗岩(T2)锆石LA-ICPMS U-Pb年龄为793±13Ma,前人报道之花岗岩(G2)年龄为832±44Ma,结合上述地球化学特征,说明T1T2G1和G2QM组合是由新元古代古华南洋向扬子东南缘持续俯冲形成的。综合区域地质资料及前人研究结果,提出金华罗店与诸暨璜山、绍兴平水等地的深成杂岩共同构成了扬子克拉通东南缘一条长达200km的青白口纪(930~793Ma)陆缘弧型深成杂岩带,反映迟至793Ma前仍存在强烈的洋壳俯冲,扬子克拉通尚未与华夏地块发生碰撞拼合,且T1T2G1-G2QM组合的出现指示洋壳俯冲正处于早-中期阶段。

The relation between Diff（S^1）/S^1 and the space of univalent analytic functions on the disk is elucidated and shown to provide upper bounds for the volumes of exhaustive approximations to an analytic submanifold of an infinite-dimensional space. Metal halide perovskite nanocrystals(NCs)exhibit impressive optical and electronic properties,making them an important class of functional materials with promising applications in solar cells,light emitting diodes(LEDs),photodetectors,and *** addition to the widely studied 0-dimensional(0 D)metal halide perovskite NCs,such as nanocubes,low dimensional perovskites,such as 2 D all-inorganic perovskite(AIP)NCs,subsist with directionally relevant quantum *** anisotropic NCs have the propensity to exhibit interesting optoelectronic properties that are exceedingly difficult to introduce into 0 D systems,yet as of late are largely *** this review,we discuss the recent synthetic progress of 2 D all-inorganic metal halide perovskite NCs with ABX3 ***,we highlight the discrete composition control of the cations(A and B sites)and anions(X site)by dopant incorporation and alloying in 2 D metal halide perovskite *** will also discuss more complex perovskite crystal structures,such as Ruddlesden-Popper double perovskites,and compare these materials to 0 D perovskite ***,our work culminates in the future interests and perspectives of this field with a focus on the wide applicability of 2 D systems and the large variance in structure capable with discrete compositional tuning.

Genetic transformation is a useful technique to complement conventional breeding in crop improvement. Although carrot has been a model organism for in vitro embryogenesis study, genetic transformation of carrot is still lengthy and labor intensive. An efficient transformation and detection system is desirable. Direct infection of Agrobacterium to carrot calli has provided an easy way for carrot genetic transformation. To improve the efficiency of antibiotic selection in this method, we report the combined use of an improved green-fluorescent protein, referred to as smGFP, to establish a versatile selection method for carrot callus transformation system. By combining antibiotic selection with the bright fluorescence observed in the callus tissue, we were able to easily identify stable transformants in early stage of the transformation process. In addition to the GFP expression of the callus cells, the transgenic nature of callus cells was confirmed with Southern and western analysis. we found we can link the simplicity of carrot-callus-cell transformation, early detection of stable transformants with antibiotic selection, visualization of GFP fluorescence, and molecular analysis （Southern and western） of callus tissue （non-photosynthetic tissue） to provide a more efficient way in identifying stable transformants at early stage of carrot transformation.

The polymerization of n-butyl methacrylate was investigated using the Atom Transfer Radical Polymerization technique with CuBr and CuCl/N,N,N',N',N'-pentamethyldiethylenetriamine catalytic systems. Various combinations of catalyst systems and initiators were utilized in order to optimize the polymerization conditions and to obtain well-defined polymers (i.e. controlled molecular weights and low polydispersities). It has been found that the optimal initiator for this system is a chlorine-based initiator, when the catalyst used is a salt in conjunction with the N,N,N',N',N'- pentamethyldiethylenetriamine ligand. Bromine-based initiators tend to result in large amounts of initial termination, leading to polymers with less than ideal chain end functionality, even if CuCl is used as the species to invoke the halogen exchange. Additionally, the effects of the polymerization temperature, species and the initiator structure were determined.

A discontinuous Galerkin finite element method is used to approximate solutions to a classical traffic flow PDE. This PDE is used to model the biological process of transcription; the process of transferring genetic information from DNA either to mRNA or to rRNA. The transcription process is punctuated by short, frequent RNAP pauses which are incorporated into the model as traffic lights. These pauses cause a delay in the average transcription process. The DG solution of the nonlinear model is used to calculate the delay and to determine the effect of the pauses on the average transcription time. Numerical error measurements between the DG solution and the true solution （derived by the method of characteristics） are given for a simple model problem. It shows an excellent agreement in a neighborhood away from the shocks as well as C9（Ax） convergence for the delay calculation. Preliminary parameter studies indicate that in a system with multiple pauses both the location and time duration of the pauses can significantly affect the average delay experienced by an RNAP.
