Sirtuin 3(SIRT3)is a deacetylase that modulates proteins that control metabolism and protects against oxidative *** of SIRT3 activity has been proposed as a promising therapeutic target for ameliorating metabolic diseases and associated cardiac *** this study,we investigated the role of SIRT3 in inflammation and fibrosis in the heart using male mice with constitutive and systemic deletion of SIRT3 and human cardiac AC16 ***3 knockout mice showed cardiac fibrosis and inflammation that was characterized by augmented transcriptional activity of *** with this,SIRT3 overexpression in human and neonatal rat cardiomyocytes partially prevented the inflammatory and profibrotic response induced by TNF-α.Notably,these effects were associated with a decrease in the mRNA and protein levels of FOS and the DNA-binding activity of ***,we demonstrated that SIRT3 inhibits FOS transcription through specific histone H3 lysine K27 deacetylation at its *** findings highlight an important function of SIRT3 in mediating the often intricate profibrotic and proinflammatory responses of cardiac cells through the modulation of the FOS/AP-1 *** fibrosis and inflammation are crucial in the progression of cardiac hypertrophy,heart failure,and diabetic cardiomyopathy,our results point to SIRT3 as a potential target for treating these diseases.

腹部手术后脂肪坏死:FDG-PET/CT的识别缺陷

目的旨在描述腹部手术后病人术后脂肪坏死的FDG-PET/CT结果 ,并评估病灶大小随时间变化和FDG摄取情况。方法对2007年1月—2016年1月期间FDG-PET/CT报告中含有术语"脂肪坏死"的病人资料进行回顾性分析,纳入符合先前有腹部手术及影像诊断为脂肪坏死的病人。结果共44例病人,其中男30例,平均年龄（68.4±11.0）岁,剖腹手术37例（84.1%）,腹腔镜手术3例（6.8%）,未知4例（9.1%）。所有病灶CT表现为边界清楚的环状高密度,中心为不均匀的脂肪密度。部位分别为腹膜（34例,77%）、网膜脂肪（19例,43%）、皮下脂肪（8例,18%）、腹膜后（2例,5%）。病灶平均长轴为（33.6±24.9）mm（13.0～140.0 mm）。平均最大标化摄取值(SUVmax):2.6±1.1（0.6～5.1）。连续CT扫描（34例）显示病灶尺寸减小（P=0.022）,连续FDG-PET/CT（24例）显示FDG-活性无显著变化（P=0.110）。平均SUVmax与手术时间（P=0.558）或病灶大小（P=0.259）无关。结论手术后脂肪坏死的典型CT特征可能表现为FDG摄取增加,而后续成像扫描的随访中显示病灶大小或FDG摄取并无增加。此特征可以避免将其误诊为复发性癌症。
