Integrated optical chips have already been established for application in optical *** also offer interesting future perspectives for integrated quantum optics on a *** present,however,they are mostly fabricated using essentially planar fabrication approaches like electron-beam lithography or UV optical *** further design options would arise if one had complete fabrication freedom in regard to the third dimension normal to the chip without having to give up the virtues and the know-how of existing planar fabrication *** a step in this direction,we here use three-dimensional dip-in direct-laser-writing optical lithography to fabricate three-dimensional polymeric functional devices on pre-fabricated planar optical chips containing Si3N4 waveguides as well as grating couplers made by standard electron-beam *** first example is a polymeric dielectric rectangular-shaped waveguide which is connected to Si3N4 waveguides and that is adiabatically twisted along its axis to achieve geometrical rotation of linear polarization on the *** rotator’s broadband performance at around 1550 nm wavelength is verified by polarization-dependent grating *** polarization rotation on the optical chip cannot easily be achieved by other *** second example is a whispering-gallery-mode optical resonator connected to Si_(3)N_(4) waveguides on the chip via polymeric *** mechanically connecting the latter to the disk,we can control the coupling to the resonator and,at the same time,guarantee mechanical stability of the three-dimensional architecture on the chip.

Decomposition dynamics of coarse woody debris of three important central European tree species

Background： Coarse woody debris （CWD） is an important element of forest structure that needs to be considered when managing forests for biodiversity, carbon storage or bioenergy. To manage it effectively dynamics of CWD decomposition should be known. Methods： Using a chronosequence approach, we assessed the decomposition rates of downed CWD of Fagus sylvatica, Picea obies and Pinus sylvestfis, which was sampled from three different years of tree fall and three different initial diameter classes （〉10 - ≤20 cm, 〉20 - ≤40 cm, 〉40 cm）. Samples originating from wind throws in 1999 were collected along a temperature and precipitation gradient. Based on the decay class and associated wood densities, log volumes were converted into CWD mass and C content. Log fragmentation was assessed over one year for log segments of intermediate diameters （〉20 - 40 cm） after 8 and 18 years of decomposition. Results： Significantly higher decomposition constants （k） were found in logs of F. sylvotica （0.054 year^-1） than in P. abies （0.033 year^-1） and P. sylvestris （0.032 year^-1）. However, mass loss of P. sylvestris occurred mainly in sapwood and hence k for the whole wood may be overestimated. Decomposition rates generally decreased with increasing log diameter class except for smaller dimensions in P. obies. About 74 % of the variation in mass remaining could be explained by decomposition time （27 %）, tree species （11%）, diameter （17 %）, the interactive effects between tree species and diameter （4 %） as well as between decomposition time and tree species （3 %） and a random factor （site and tree; 9.5 %）, whereas temperature explained only 2 %. Wood fragmentation may play a more important role than previously thought. Here, between 14 % and 30 % of the decomposition rates （for the first 18 years） were attributable to this process. Fungi play vital roles in the decomposition of deadwood due to their secretion of various enzymes that break down plant cell-wall *** compositions of woodinhabiting fungal(WIF)communities change over the course of the decomposition process as the remaining mass of wood decreases and both abiotic and biotic conditions of the wood significantly *** is currently not resolved which substrate-related factors govern these changes in WIF communities and whether such changes influence the deadwood decomposition *** we report a study on fungal richness and community structure in deadwood of Norway spruce and European beech in temperate forest ecosystems using 454 *** aims were to disentangle the factors that correspond to WIF community composition and to investigate the links between fungal richness,taxonomically-resolved fungal identity,and microbial-mediated ecosystem functions and processes by analyzing physico-chemical wood properties,lignin-modifying enzyme activities and wood decomposition *** fungal richness,we found significant differences in community structure between deadwood of different tree *** composition of WIF communities was related to the physico-chemical properties of the deadwood *** rates and the activities of ligninmodifying enzymes were controlled by the succession of the fungal communities and competition scenarios rather than fungal OTU *** results provide further insights into links between fungal community structure and microbialmediated ecosystem functions and processes.

Quantum dots are finding increasing commercial success in LED *** they have been used for several years in remote off-chip architectures for display applications,it is shown for the first time to our knowledge that quantum dots can withstand the demands of the on-chip architecture and therefore are capable of being used as a direct phosphor replacement in both lighting and display *** is well known that,to achieve improved color metrics in lighting as well as increased gamut in display technologies,it is highly desirable to utilize a downconverter with a narrow emission linewidth as well as a precisely tunable *** paper will discuss the results of on-chip use of quantum dots in a lighting product,and explore the opportunities and practical limits for improvement of various lighting and display metrics by use of this unique downconverter technology.

研究医学生物图像的快速分割问题。针对传统图像分割算法效率低、分割不准确的缺陷,提出一种利用水平集自动演化获得最优图像分割的方法。首先,定义水平集方程,并针对方程中不同分量进行分析,确定以图像灰度为依据的最优化算法;然后通过对差分方程的离散化,定义最优化算法的求解步骤,并使得该最优化计算方法能并行化处理。该方法可以有效地对医学图像进行分割,尤其适合并行化GPU处理,在确保图像分割质量的前提下,极大地提高了运算效率。

某夕卡岩型多金属硫化矿有价矿物为白钨矿的矿石,同时含有大量被Fe~(2+)完全类质同象的透辉石和钙铝榴石等脉石矿物。矿石原矿含钨0.19%、铜0.15%、硫1.35%,根据该矿石的性质特点,进行了大量药剂制度和选矿工艺试验研究,确定了最佳的选矿工艺流程。采用"浮—磁—浮"原则工艺流程选别,脱除产率2.78%的硫化物,其中富集铜品位4.61%、回收率86.26%;继续脱除产率46.76%磁性矿物后,非磁性产品产率只占50.46%,但该低品位白钨矿能得到很好的试验效果,钨精矿中钨品位71.66%、回收率75.95%,实现了对该低品位白钨矿的综合回收利用。

RPS21在肝细胞癌中的表达及与免疫浸润和预后的关系研究

目的研究RPS21在肝细胞癌(HCC)中的表达及与免疫浸润和预后的关系。方法回顾性分析2018年8月至2022年12月108例HCC患者资料。通过免疫组织化学法(IHC)和逆转录定量聚合酶链反应(RT-qPCR)法检测HCC组织及相应的癌旁正常组织(距癌组织边缘>5cm)中RPS21蛋白及mRNA的表达情况。数据应用SPSS20.0软件处理。采用χ^(2)检验或秩和检验分析RPS21与临床病理特征的关系,利用Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析RPS21表达与预后的关系,采用Spearman秩相关分析RPS21与免疫浸润水平的相关性。P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果IHC及RT-qPCR结果显示,HCC组织中RPS21蛋白的阳性表达率显著高于癌旁正常组织(84.3%vs.27.8%,P<0.05),且与癌旁正常组织相比,RPS21mRNA在HCC组织中表达显著上调[(10.1±1.1)vs.(5.5±0.8),P<0.05)]。RPS21高表达与TMN分期及Edmondson分级显著相关(P<0.05)。Spearman秩相关分析显示,HCC中RPS21表达与CD4^(+)肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞(CD4^(+)TLs)、CD8^(+)肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞(CD8^(+)TILs)、Foxp3^(+)调节性T淋巴细胞(Foxp3^(+)Trges)、CD11c^(+)树突状细胞(CD11e^(+)DCs)及CD163^(+)肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(CD163^(+)TAMs)的浸润数目呈正相关(P<0.05)。中位随访时间33个月,通过Kaplan-Meier分析显示,RPS21高表达组的患者累积总生存率及累积无病生存率显著低于RPS21低表达组(65.4%vs.81.5%,61.7%vs.77.8%),差异均有统计学意义(P=0.041、0.044)。结论RPS21在HCC组织中呈高表达,且RPS21高表达与HCC的TMN分期、Edmond-son分级、免疫浸润及预后密切相关。RPS21可能参与了HCC的发生和发展,同时也可能参免疫调节。

以过硫酸钠(Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8))为氧化剂,研究了次级铜精矿中钼和硅的碱浸行为。探讨了搅拌速度、Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8)和氢氧化钠的初始浓度、浸出时间、温度和液固比(L/S)等因素对次级铜精矿中钼和硅浸出行为的影响。结果表明,次级铜精矿的氧化碱浸优化条件为:搅拌速度500 r/min、温度50℃、NaOH初始浓度2.0 mol/L、Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8)初始浓度0.5 mol/L、液固比(mL/g)10、浸出时间3.0 h。在此条件下可获得合格铜精矿,次级铜精矿中钼浸出率达到96.85%,硅浸出率为28.87%,可实现高选择性分离浸出钼,铝和锌基本脱除,硅和硫部分脱除的目的。
