iTRAQ-based proteomics reveals the mechanism of action of Yinlai decoction in treating pneumonia in mice consuming a high-calorie diet

Objective:To uncover the underlying mechanisms of action of the Yinlai decoction on high-calorie dietinduced pneumonia through proteomics ***:Based on the Gene Expression Omnibus(GEO)database,lung tissue samples from normal and high-fat diet(HFD)fed mice in the GSE16377 dataset were selected as test cohorts to identify differentially expressed genes and conduct bioinformatics *** the animal experiments,mice were randomly divided into the control(N),high-calorie diet pneumonia(M),and Yinlai decoction treatment(Y)*** in the M group received high-calorie feed and a 0.5 mg/mL lipopolysaccharide solution spray for 30 min for 3 *** mice in the Y group were intragastrically administered 2 mL/10 g Yinlai decoction twice daily for 3 *** evaluation of the lung tissue was *** expressed proteins(DEPs)in the lung tissue were identified using quantitative proteomics and bioinformatics *** drug-target relationships between Yinlai decoction and core DEPs in the lung tissue were verified using AutoDock Vina and Molecular Graphics Laboratory(MGL)*** were verified by western ***:GEO data mining showed that an HFD altered oxidative phosphorylation in mouse lung *** Yinlai decoction alleviated pathological damage to lung tissue and pneumonia in mice that were fed a high-calorie diet.A total of 47 DEPs were identified between the Y and M *** analysis revealed their association with energy metabolism pathways such as the tricarboxylic acid cycle(TCA)and oxidative *** protein-protein interaction network revealed that Atp5a1,Pdha1,and Sdha were the target proteins mediating the therapeutic effects of Yinlai *** docking results suggested that the mechanism of the therapeutic effect of Yinlai decoction involves the binding of brassinolide,praeruptorin B,chrysoeriol,and other components in Yinlai decoction to ***:The Yinlai decoction allevia

A High-Order Direct Discontinuous Galerkin Method for Variable Density Incompressible Flows

In this work,we develop a novel high-order discontinuous Galerkin(DG)method for solving the incompressible Navier-Stokes equations with variable *** incompressibility constraint at cell interfaces is relaxed by an artificial compressibility ***,since the hyperbolic nature of the governing equations is recovered,the simple and robust Harten-Lax-van Leer(HLL)flux is applied to discrete the inviscid term of the variable density incompressible Navier-Stokes *** viscous term is discretized by the direct DG(DDG)method,the construction of which was initially inspired by the weak solution of a scalar diffusion *** addition,in order to eliminate the spurious oscillations around sharp density gradients,a local slope limiting operator is also applied during the highly stratified flow *** convergence property and performance of the present high-order DDG method are well demonstrated by several benchmark and challenging numerical test *** to its advantages of simplicity and robustness in implementation,the present method offers an effective approach for simulating the variable density incompressible flows.

Waves Induced by the Appearance of Single-Point Heat Source in Constant Flow

Heating or cooling one-dimensional inviscid compressible flow can be modeled by the Euler equations with energy sources.A tricky situation is the sudden appearance of a single-point energy source *** source is discontinuous in both the time and space directions,and results in multiple discontinuous waves in the *** establish a mathematical model of the generalized Riemann problem of the Euler equations with source *** on the double CRPs coupling method proposed by the authors,we determine the wave patterns of the ***,we prove the existence and uniqueness of solutions to both"heat removal"problem and"heat addition"*** results provide a theoretical explanation for the effect of instantaneous addition or removal of heat on the fluid.

Linearized Double-Shock Approximate Riemann Solver for Augmented Linear Elastic Solid

In this work,in order to capture discontinuities correctly in linear elastic solid,augmented internal energy is defined according to the first law of thermodynamics and Hooke’s *** non-conservative linear elastic system is then rewritten into a conservative form with the help of an augmented total energy *** find that the non-physical oscillations occur to the popular HLL and HLLC approximate Riemann solvers when directly applied to simulate the augmented linear elastic *** analyze the intrinsic reason by defining a discrepancy factor which can be used to estimate the difference of the total stress across a contact discontinuity,where it is physically required to be *** discover that non-physical oscillations inevitably appear in the vicinity of the contact discontinuity if this factor is away from zero for an approximate Riemann problem *** order to overcome this difficulty,we propose an approximate Riemann solver based on the linearized double-shock *** analysis and numerical results show that in comparison to the HLL and HLLC approximate Riemann solvers,the present linearized double-shock Riemann solver can eliminate the non-physical oscillations effectively.

Solution Remapping Method with Lower Bound Preservation for Navier-Stokes Equations in Aerodynamic Shape Optimization

It is found that the solution remapping technique proposed in[***.,2020,13(4)]and[***.,2021,87(3):1-26]does not work out for the Navier-Stokes equations with a high Reynolds *** shape deformations usually reach several boundary layer mesh sizes for viscous flow,which far exceed one-layer mesh that the original method can *** direct application to Navier-Stokes equations can result in the unphysical pressures in remapped solutions,even though the conservative variables are within the reasonable *** this work,a new solution remapping technique with lower bound preservation is proposed to construct initial values for the new shapes,and the global minimum density and pressure of the current shape which serve as lower bounds of the corresponding variables are used to constrain the remapped *** solution distribution provided by the present method is proven to be acceptable as an initial value for the new *** numerical experiments show that the present technique can substantially accelerate the flow convergence for large deformation problemswith 70%-80%CPU time reduction in the viscous airfoil drag minimization.

A DDG Method with a Residual-Based Artificial Viscosity for the Transonic/Supersonic Compressible Flow

In this work,a direct discontinuous Galerkin(DDG)method with artificial viscosity is developed to solve the compressible Navier-Stokes equations for simulating the transonic or supersonic flow,where the DDG approach is used to discretize viscous and heat fluxes.A strong residual-based artificial viscosity(AV)technique is proposed to be applied in the DDG framework to handle shock waves and layer structures appearing in transonic or supersonic flow,which promotes convergence and ***,the AV term is added to classical BR2 methods for comparison.A number of 2-D and 3-D benchmarks such as airfoils,wings,and a full aircraft are presented to assess the performance of the DDG framework with the strong residualbased AV term for solving the two dimensional and three dimensional Navier-Stokes *** proposed framework provides an alternative robust and efficient approach for numerically simulating the multi-dimensional compressible Navier-Stokes equations for transonic or supersonic flow.

膜系是全身膜状结构及其附属组织共同构成的多层次复杂系统,根据其是否与外界相通,可分为外通性膜系与内通性膜系。外通性膜系具有屏障保护功能,是与外界环境物质、信息和能量交换的重要结构;内通性膜系具有联络协调的功能,是机体各脏腑器官之间物质、信息和能量交换的重要结构。基于膜系理论,可指导临床膜系疾病的治疗。外通性膜系是重要的祛邪途径,临床可采用汗、吐、下等方法,通过调畅外通性膜系的气津输布,以祛邪而出。内通性膜系是疾病传变的重要途径,其常见病理为气机郁滞、水液代谢异常等,可通过调理膜系气津输布治疗疾病。调畅膜系气津输布时,应重点关注少阳与中焦气机,以恢复全身气机升降出入。全身膜系起源于肾,在膜系疾病早期注重顾护肾膜,可先安未受邪之地;在疾病中晚期调补肾阴肾阳,可治疾病之本,顾护正气。

A Cell-Centered Lagrangian Scheme with an Elastic-Perfectly Plastic Solid Riemann Solver for Wave Propagations in Solids

A cell-centered Lagrangian scheme is developed for the numerical simula-tion of wave propagations in one dimensional(1D)elastic-plasticﬂ*** classical elastic-plastic material model initially proposed by Wilkins is *** linear elas-tic model(Hooke’s Law),perfectly plastic model and von Mises yield criterion are used to describe the constitutive relationship of elastic-plastic *** second-order ex-tension of this scheme is achieved by a linear reconstruction *** numer-ical tests are simulated to check the capability of this scheme in capturing nonlinear elastic-plastic *** with the well-developed operator splitting method used in simulating elastic-plasticﬂow,this scheme is more accurate due to the con-sideration of a list of 64 different types of the nonlinear elastic-plastic waves when constructing the elastic-perfectly plastic Riemann *** numerical simulations of typical examples show competitive results.
