胶质母细胞瘤术后表观弥散系数预测放射治疗疗效和无进展生存期的研究

目的早期预测肿瘤放射治疗的反应和无进展生存期(Time-to-progression,TTP)对胶质母细胞瘤术后辅助治疗方案的优化至关重要。本研究对胶质母细胞瘤术后放射治疗前、放射治疗中弥散加权成像的变化与放射治疗的疗效TTP进行对照研究,评价表观弥散系数(apparent diffusion coefficient,ADC)在预测其疗效和TTP中的作用。方法回顾性分析19例术后证实为胶质母细胞瘤患者弥散成像的变化与放射治疗疗效、TTP。测量放射治疗前1周内、放射治疗中(放射剂量达30Gy)残存肿瘤及瘤周组织的ADC值,根据放射治疗结束后4周与放射治疗前的MR图像显示肿瘤大小的变化将放射治疗疗效分为4组:CR(complete resolution),PR(partial response),SD(stable disease),PD(progressive disease),对ADC与放射治疗疗效和TTP进行对照研究。结果CR组残存肿瘤的ADC值放射治疗中明显高于治疗前,而PD组残存肿瘤的ADC值放射治疗前后没有明显变化。PD组瘤周组织的ADC值放射治疗中明显增高。残存肿瘤放射治疗中与治疗前ADC的变化和TTP之间的相关系数是0.099,P值是0.622,瘤周组织ADC的变化与TTP之间的相关系数是0.352,P值是0.036。结论胶质母细胞瘤术后残存肿瘤及瘤周组织的ADC值能预测其放射治疗的疗效和TTP。

目的:探讨抑郁症与精神分裂症患者纹状体功能连接特点及其与临床症状的相关性。方法:纳入2015年3月至2019年2月于武汉大学人民医院精神卫生中心就诊的抑郁症患者(抑郁症组,n=36)和精神分裂症患者(精神分裂症组,n=36),以及性别、年龄及受教育程度与患者组相匹配的健康对照者(对照组,n=36)进行HAMD 17、HAMA和PANSS评估以及静息态功能磁共振成像(resting-state functional magenetic resonance imaging,rs-fMRI)扫描,计算3组局部一致性(regional homogeneity,ReHo)值及比率低频振幅(fractional amplitude of low frequency fluctuation,fALFF)值,基于方差分析结果将异常脑区进行叠加得到重叠脑区;最后以重叠脑区作为感兴趣区域(region of interest,ROI)进行全脑功能连接分析,采用Pearson相关分析异常脑区的功能连接值与抑郁症及精神分裂症患者临床症状的相关性。结果:3组ReHo值存在差异的脑区为左侧纹状体延伸至脑岛及罗兰岛盖(AlphaSim校正,P99);3组fALFF值存在差异的脑区为左侧顶上回及双侧脑岛延伸至纹状体(AlphaSim校正,P90),3组ReHo及fALFF值存在差异的脑区叠加后交集的脑区为左侧纹状体;以重叠脑区作为感兴趣区域进行全脑功能连接分析显示,3组左侧纹状体与左侧颞下回存在功能连接异常(AlphaSim校正,P42);事后两两比较显示,与对照组(0.24±0.03)比较,抑郁症组(0.15±0.02)与精神分裂症组(0.09±0.01)左侧壳核与颞下回功能连接均减弱;而精神分裂症组较抑郁症组左侧壳核与颞下回功能连接减弱更为显著(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示左侧颞下回功能连接值与抑郁症组HAMD 17评分无相关(r=-0.02,P=0.93);与精神分裂症组PANSS阳性评分呈负相关(r=-0.40,P=0.02)。结论:抑郁症及精神分裂症患者均存在纹状体异常功能连接的特点,且左侧纹状体与左侧颞下回功能连接异常与精神分裂症阳性症状密切相关。纹状体脑功能活动及其与颞下回功能连接异常在抑郁症与精神分裂症的病理机制中可能发挥重要作用。

Acute pancreatitis is a common systemic inflammatory disease, manifested by a spectrum of severity, ranging from mild in the majority of patients to severe acute pancreatitis. Patients with severe acute pancreatitis suffer from severe local and systemic complications and organ failure, leading to a poor prognosis. The early recognition of the severe condition is important to improve prognosis. Obesity has risen in tandem with an increase in the severity of acute pancreatitis in recent years. Studies have revealed that adipose tissue, particularly visceral adipose tissue is associated with the prognosis of acute pancreatitis. This review discussed the role of visceral adipose tissue in obese patients with acute pancreatitis and explored the possible mechanism involved.

Amplifying the intrinsic wettability of substrate material by changing the solid/liquid contact area is considered to be the main mechanism for controlling the wettability of rough or structured *** theoretical analysis and experimental exploration,we have found that in addition to this wettability structure amplification effect,the surface structure also simultaneously controls surface wettability by regulating the wetting state via changing the threshold Young angles of the Cassie-Baxter and Wenzel wetting *** wetting state regulation effect provides us with an alternative strategy to overcome the inherent limitation in surface chemistry by tailoring surface *** wetting state regulation effect created by multi-scale hierarchical structures is quite significant and plays is a crucial role in promoting the superhydrophobicity,superhydrophilicity and the transition between these two extreme wetting properties,as well as stabilizing the Cassie-Baxter superhydrophobic state on the fabricated lotus-like hierarchically structured Cu surface and the natural lotus leaf.

Chemical short-range orders(CSROs),as the built-in sub-nanoscale entities in a high-/medium-entropy alloy(H/MEA),have aroused an ever-increasing *** multi-principal elements in an H/MEA to form a complex concentrated solution,a variety of sub-systems of species exist to induce the metastable ordered compounds as candidates for ultimate *** issues remain pending on the origin of CSROs as to how to judge if CSRO will form in an H/MEA and particularly,what kind of CSROs would be stably produced if there were multiple ***,the first-principles method,along with the proposed local formation energy calculation in allusion to the atomic-scale chemical heterogeneities,is used to predict the CSRO formation based on the mechanical stability,thermodynamic formation energy,and electronic *** simulations are detailed in an equiatomic ternary VCoNi MEA with three kinds of potential compounds,i.e.,L1_(1),L1_(2),and B2,in the face-centered cubic *** turns out that L1_(1)is stable but hard to grow up so as to become the final CSRO.L1_(1)is further predicted as CSROs in CrCoNi,but unable to form in FeCoNi and CrMnFeCoNi *** predictions are consistent with the experimental *** findings shed light on understanding the formation of *** method is applicable to other H/MEAs to design and tailor CSROs by tuning chemical species/contents and thermal processing for high performance.

Heavy particulate matter (PM) pollution and high energy consumption are the bottlenecks of hydrometallurgy, especially in the electrolysis process. Therefore, an urgent need is to explore PM reduction methods with production performance co-benefits. This study presents three PM reduction methods based on controlling operating parameters, i.e., lowering electrolyte temperature, H2SO4 concentration, and current density of the cathode. The optimized conditions were also investigated using the response surface methodology to balance the PM reduction effect and Zn production. The results showed that lowering electrolyte temperature is the most efficient, with an 89.0% reduction in the PM generation flux (GFPM). Reducing H2SO4 concentration led to the minimum side effects on the current efficiency of Zn deposition (CEZn) or power consumption (PC). With the premise of non-deteriorating CEZn and PC, GFPM can be reduced by 86.3% at the optimal condition (electrolyte temperature = 295 K, H2SO4 = 110 g/L, current density = 373 A/m^(2)). In addition, the reduction mechanism was elucidated by comprehensively analyzing bubble characteristics, electrochemical reactions, and surface tension. Results showed that lower electrolyte temperature inhibited the oxygen evolution reaction (OER) and compressed gas volume. Lower H2SO4 concentration inhibited the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) and reduced electrolyte surface tension. Lower current density inhibited both OER and HER by decreasing the reaction current. The inhibited gas evolutions reduced the microbubbles’ number and size, thereby reducing GFPM. These results may provide energy-efficient PM reduction methods and theoretical hints of exploring cleaner PM reduction approaches for industrial electrolysis.
