Spatiotemporal variation and evaluation of agriculture green development: a case study of Hainan Province, China

The realization of green and sustainable development of agriculture is the common pursuit all over the world. Agriculture green development(AGD)program has been proposed as a sustainable development strategy in China,but insufficient is known about the quantitative evaluation of spatiotemporal variation in AGD at the regional scale. This study aimed to assess spatiotemporal patterns in AGD at the county/city-based regional level. For this purpose, a systematic index evaluation system was developed to assess the performance of socioeconomic, food production and environmental components in a key economic region(Hainan Province) of China. Hainan improved its AGD index(representing the overall performance toward achieving AGD) from 38.8 in 1988 to 40.9 in 2019. The socioeconomic development and agricultural productivity have improved with time;environmental quality declined due to overuse of chemicals from 1988 to 2013, but steadily improved after 2013, indicating positive effects of reducing chemical input. There was a higher AGD index in the coastal vs. central regions and the southern vs. northern regions. Scenarios featuring improved nutrient management or optimized diet structure and reduced waste improved economic benefits and social productivity while concurrently reducing environmental degradation. These results provide new insights for the future development of green and sustainable agriculture and formulation of agricultural policies in Hainan Province of China and even other developing countries that are facing or will soon face similar challenges.

Lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)featuring a Ni-rich cathode exhibit increased specific capacity,but the establishment of a stable interphase through the implementation of a functional electrolyte strategy remains *** when the battery is operated under high temperature,the trace water present in the electrolyte will accelerate the hydrolysis of the electrolyte and the resulting HF will further erode the *** order to enhance the long-term cycling performance of graphite/LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)(NCM811)LIBs,herein,Tolylene-2,4-diisocyanate(TDI)additive containing lone-pair electrons is employed to formulate a novel bifunctional electrolyte aimed at eliminating H_(2)O/HF generated at elevated *** 1000 cycles at 25℃,the battery incorporating the TDI-containing electrolyte exhibits an impressive capacity retention of 94%at 1 *** contrast,the battery utilizing the blank electrolyte has a lower capacity retention of only 78%.Furthermore,after undergoing 550 cycles at 1 C under45℃,the inclusion of TDI results in a notable enhancement of capacity,increasing it from 68%to 80%.This indicates TDI has a favorable influence on the cycling performance of LIBs,especially at elevated *** analysis of the film formation mechanism suggests that the lone pair of electrons of the isocyanate group in TDI play a crucial role in inhibiting the generation of H_(2)O and HF,which leads to the formation of a thin and dense *** existence of this interphase is thought to substantially enhance the cycling performance of the *** work not only improves the performance of graphite/NCM811 batteries at room temperature and high temperature by eliminating H_(2)O/HF but also presents a novel strategy for advancing functional electrolyte development.

Acoustically actuated magnetoelectric(ME)antenna based on the efficient oscillation of magnetic dipoles has recently been considered as a promising solution for portable very-low-frequency ***,the severe nonlinear dynamic behavior in the case of strong-field excitation results in insufficient radiation capability and poor communication performance for a conventional ME *** this work,we propose to suppress the nonlinearity of an ME antenna by neutralizing the spring-hardening effect in amorphous Metglas and the spring-softening effect in piezoelectric ceramics through an ME multilayered transmitter(ME-MLTx)*** a driving voltage of 50 V_(pp)at the resonance frequency of 21.2 kHz,a magnetic flux density as high as 108 fT at a distance of 100 m is produced from a single *** addition,ME-MLTx performs a decreased mechanical quality factor(Q_(m))less than 40.65,and,thus,a broadened bandwidth of 500 Hz is ***,a communication link transmitting binary American Standard Code for Information Interchange-coded message is built,which allows for an error-free communication with a distance of 18 m and a data rate of 300 bit/s in the presence of heavy environment *** communication distance can be further estimated over 100 m when using a femtotesla-class-inductive magnetic field *** obtained results are believed to bring ME antennas one step closer to being applicable in very-low-frequency communications.

Astrocytes are the most abundant glial cells in the central nervous system;they participate in crucial biological processes,maintain brain structure,and regulate nervous system *** are cell-derived extracellular vesicles containing various bioactive molecules including proteins,peptides,nucleotides,and lipids secreted from their cellular *** evidence shows that exosomes participate in a communication network in the nervous system,in which astrocyte-derived exosomes play important *** this review,we have summarized the effects of exosomes targeting astrocytes and the astrocyte-derived exosomes targeting other cell types in the central nervous *** also discuss the potential research directions of the exosome-based communication network in the nervous *** exosome-based intercellular communication focused on astrocytes is of great significance to the biological and/or pathological processes in different conditions in the *** strategies may be developed for the diagnosis and treatment of neurological disorders by focusing on astrocytes as the central cells and utilizing exosomes as communication mediators.

Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of personalized 3D-printed rehabilitation orthotics in the postoperative recovery of jaw ***:Relevant data were collected from 42 patients with jaw fractures treated at our hospital between October 2017 and May *** were randomly divided into a traditional group(n=17)and a modified group(n=25).The traditional group received standard rehabilitation methods,while the modified group used personalized 3D-printed rehabilitation orthotics combined with improved rehabilitation *** temporomandibular disability index(TDI),quality of life scores,postoperative recovery excellence rate,and mouth opening were compared between the two groups at different follow-up times(before rehabilitation,and at 1 week,3 months,and 6 months post-surgery).Results:At 1 week,3 months,and 6 months post-surgery,the TDI in both the traditional and modified groups was significantly lower than before rehabilitation,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).At 3 and 6 months post-surgery,the TDI in the modified group was lower than in the traditional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).At 3 and 6 months post-surgery,pain,appearance,activity,recreation,work,chewing,swallowing,speech,shoulder function,and total quality of life scores in both groups were higher than before rehabilitation,with the modified group showing significantly higher scores in pain,appearance,chewing,swallowing,and total quality of life(P<0.05).Compared to before rehabilitation,mouth opening significantly improved in both groups at 3 and 6 months post-surgery,with the modified group showing significantly greater improvement(P<0.05).Conclusion:Personalized 3D-printed rehabilitation orthotics are highly effective in the postoperative recovery of jaw *** can improve patients’quality of life after surgery,enhance the excellent rate of postoperative recovery,and increase mouth opening.

近年来,随着美国在亚太地区的战略布局调整,中美竞争在东亚地区已经成为定势。在此背景下,东亚民众如何看待日益崛起的中国?“亚洲晴雨表”项目在2010~2020年间实施的民意调查为动态检验东亚民众眼中的中国提供了充沛的数据。对三轮调查数据的动态分析表明,这十年间,中国在东亚地区的影响力总体而言稳步上升,但是民众对此的评价却略趋消极,这体现出东亚民众对中国在东亚地区影响力的关注与担忧。从微观心理层面看,如果民众在政治认知和文化价值观上与中国主流观念的差异加大,则他们对中国的地区影响力的关注更高,评价亦更消极。从宏观国际环境层面看,特朗普就任美国总统及其推出的“印太战略”对东亚地区格局产生了巨大冲击,各国民众对中国影响力的态度也产生了分化。理解影响中国地区影响力的因素,对中国准确把握地区局势发展,在中美竞争背景下进一步扩大自身国际影响力、提高国际形象有着重要的意义。
