The focus of this paper is on two novel linearized Crank-Nicolson schemes with nonconforming quadrilateral finite element methods(FEMs)for the nonlinear coupled Schrodinger-Helmholtz *** L^(2) and H^(1) estimates of orders O(h^(2)+τ^(2))and O(h^(2)+τ^(2))are derived respectively without any grid-ratio condition through the following two *** is that a time-discrete system is introduced to split the error into the temporal error and the spatial error,which leads to optimal temporal error estimates of order O(τ^(2))in L^(2) and the broken H^(1)-norms,as well as the uniform boundness of numerical solutions in L^(∞) *** other is that a novel projection is utilized,which can iron out the difficulty of the existence of the consistency *** leads to derive optimal spatial error estimates of orders O(h^(2))in L^(2)-norm and O(h)in the broken H^(1)-norm under the H^(2) regularity of the solutions for the time-discrete *** last,two numerical examples are provided to confirm the theoretical ***,h is the subdivision parameter,and τ is the time step.

Autogenous bone grafts have long been considered the“gold standard”and most effective material in bone regeneration procedures.[1]Autogenous bone grafts are used to repair bone defects caused by nonunion,infection,tumor resection,and spinal and joint fusion.[2]It has been reported that more than 200,000 autologous bone grafts are performed in the United States each year.[3]Although there are no specific statistics on the annual number of bone grafts performed in China,autologous bone grafting is the most common surgical technique in *** iliac crest remains the most common donor site,along with the fibula,ribs,tibial metaphysis,proximal humerus,distal radius,and greater trochanter.[4,5]Various bone-graft options provide different amounts and qualities of cortical,cancellous,and corticocancellous bone.[6,7]Autogenous bone graft is osteogenic,histocompatible,provides structural support.

Combining the detached eddy simulation(DES)method and Ffowcs Williams-Hawkings(FW-H)equation,the effect of bogie cavity end wall inclination on the flow field and aerodynamic noise in the bogie region is numerically ***,the simulation is conducted based on a simplified cavity-bogie model,including five cases with different inclination angles of the front and rear walls of the *** comparing and analyzing the flow field and acoustic results of the five cases,the influence of the regularity and mechanism of the bogie cavity end wall inclination on the flow field and the aerodynamic noise of the bogie region are ***,the noise reduction strategy determined by the results of the simplified cavity-bogie model is applied to a three-car marshaling train model to verify its effectiveness when applied to the real *** results reveal that the forward inclination of the cavity front wall enlarges the influence area of shear vortex structures formed at the leading edge of the cavity and intensifies the interaction between the vortex structures and the front wheelset,frontmotor,and front gearbox,resulting in the increase of the aerodynamic noise generated by the bogie *** backward inclination of the cavity rear wall is conducive to guiding the vortex structures flow out of the cavity and weakening the interaction between the shear vortex structures and the cavity rear wall,leading to the reduction of the aerodynamic noise generated by the bogie *** the rear end wall of the foremost bogie cavity of the head car is a feasible aerodynamic noise reduction measure for high-speed trains.

Oceanic intraplate volcanoes with linear age progressions are usually accepted to be derived from melting of an upwelling mantle *** seamount groups in NW Pacific,however,show complex age-distance relationships that are difficult to explain using the classic“mantle plume hypothesis”,and thus their origins are *** this study,we present ^(40)Ar-^(39)Ar age,geochemical,and Sr-Nd-Pb-Hf isotopic data of lavas from Hemler,Vlinder,and Il’ichev seamounts in NW Pacific,to elucidate their petrogenesis and geodynamic *** lavas from Hemler,Vlinder,and Il’ichev seamounts are classified as alkali basalt,basanite/nephelinite,and *** with Mg O>8 wt.%exhibit high contents of CaO,FeO^(T),and TiO_(2),similar to the composition of melts formed from reaction between carbonated eclogite-derived melts and fertile *** lavas have elevated Zr/Hf ratios(40.6-45.2)and negative Zr and Hf anomalies,indicating the presence of a carbonate component in the mantle *** are enriched in incompatible trace elements and have enriched mantle 1(EM1)-like SrNd-Pb-Hf isotopic *** isotopic compositions of Vlinder,Il’ichev basanite,and Hemler lavas in this study are similar to the Rarotonga *** occurring at the same seamount,the Il’ichev alkali basalts display more depleted SrNd-Hf isotopic compositions compared to Il’ichev *** to plate tectonic reconstruction results,the ages of Hemler(100.1 Ma),Vlinder pre-(100.2 Ma)and post-shield(87.5 Ma),and Il’ichev(56.4 Ma)lavas clearly deviate from the Macdonald,Arago,Rarotonga,and Samoa hotspot tracks,indicating that they cannot directly originate from mantle *** propose that in the mid-Cretaceous,when the Pacific plate passed over Rarotonga hotspot,melting of Rarotonga plume formed the Vlinder(main-shield stage),Pako,and Ioah *** Rarotonga(and possibly Samoa)plume materials would have been dispersed into the surrounding asthenosphere by mantle conve

In recent years,there has been extensive research on object detection methods applied to optical remote sensing images utilizing convolutional neural *** these efforts,the detection of small objects in remote sensing remains a formidable *** deep network structure will bring about the loss of object features,resulting in the loss of object features and the near elimination of some subtle features associated with small objects in deep ***,the features of small objects are susceptible to interference from background features contained within the image,leading to a decline in detection ***,the sensitivity of small objects to the bounding box perturbation further increases the detection *** this paper,we introduce a novel approach,Cross-Layer Fusion and Weighted Receptive Field-based YOLO(CAW-YOLO),specifically designed for small object detection in remote *** address feature loss in deep layers,we have devised a cross-layer attention fusion *** noise is effectively filtered through the incorporation of Bi-Level Routing Attention(BRA).To enhance the model’s capacity to perceive multi-scale objects,particularly small-scale objects,we introduce a weightedmulti-receptive field atrous spatial pyramid ***,wemitigate the sensitivity arising from bounding box perturbation by incorporating the joint Normalized Wasserstein Distance(NWD)and Efficient Intersection over Union(EIoU)*** efficacy of the proposedmodel in detecting small objects in remote sensing has been validated through experiments conducted on three publicly available *** experimental results unequivocally demonstrate the model’s pronounced advantages in small object detection for remote sensing,surpassing the performance of current mainstream models.

The real-time monitoring of the weld pool during deposition is important for automatic control in plasma arc additive *** obtain a high deposition accuracy,it is essential to maintain a stable weld pool *** this study,a novel passive visual method is proposed to measure the weld pool *** the proposed method,the image quality was improved by designing a special visual system that employed an endoscope and a *** also includes pixel brightness-based and gradient-based algorithms that can adaptively detect feature points at the boundary when the weld pool geometry *** algorithm can also be applied to materials with different solidification *** was performed to measure the real weld pool length in world coordinates,and outlier rejection was performed to increase the accuracy of the ***,tests were carried out on the intersection component,and the results showed that the proposed method performed well in tracking the changing weld pool length and was applicable to the real-time monitoring of different types of materials.

Traditional wireless sensor networks(WSNs)are typically deployed in remote and hostile environments for information *** wireless communication methods adopted by sensor nodes may make the network highly vulnerable to various *** encryption and authentication mechanisms cannot prevent attacks launched by internal malicious *** trust-based security mechanism is usually adopted to solve this problem in ***,the behavioral evidence used for trust estimation presents some uncertainties due to the open wireless medium and the inexpensive sensor ***,how to efficiently collect behavioral evidences are rarely *** address these issues,in this paper,we present a trust management mechanism based on fuzzy logic and a cloud ***,a type-II fuzzy logic system is used to preprocess the behavioral evidences and alleviate ***,the cloud model is introduced to estimate the trust values for sensor ***,a dynamic behavior monitoring protocol is proposed to provide a balance between energy conservation and safety *** results demonstrate that our trust management mechanism can effectively protect the network from internal malicious attacks while enhancing the energy efficiency of behavior monitoring.

There is a global need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions to limit the extent of climate change.A better understanding of how our own activities and lifestyle influence our energy use and carbon emissions can help us enable changes in activities that can lead to reductions in carbon *** we discuss an approach based on examining carbon emissions from the perspective of the unit C,where 1 C is the CO_(2)from food a person would on average eat every *** approach shows that total CO_(2)emissions in China,normalized by the population,is 22.5 C while carbon emissions for a person in the US is 43.9 C.A better appreciation of our own energy use can be obtained by calculating carbon emissions from our own activities in units of C,for example for driving a car gasoline or electric vehicle a certain number of kilometers,using electricity for our homes,and eating different *** this information,we can see how our carbon emissions compare to national averages in different countries and make decisions that could lower our personal CO_(2)emissions.

In the metal-based peroxymonosulfate(PMS)activation process,the sluggish surface redox cycle of metal ions generally hampered the efficiency of PMS activation for pollutant ***,Codoped CuWO 4/BN quantum dots(CW/Co/BNQDs)photocatalysts were developed to realize Cu^(2+)/Cu+and Co^(2+)/Co^(3+)dual ions redox cycles for PMS activation,which would facilitate the tetracycline(TC)***/4Co/2BNQDs could degrade 94.8%TC within 30 min in PMS/Vis system,and the apparent rate constant of CW/4Co/2BNQDs was 2.7 times and 1.2 times higher than those of CW and CW/4Co,*** improved TC degradation performance could be attributed to the synergetic effect between BNQDs and dual redox cycles.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)spectra of samples before and after the reaction demonstrated that BNQDs were beneficial for accelerating the Cu^(2+)/Cu+and Co^(2+)/Co^(3+)redox cycles in CW/4Co/2BNQDs,further boosting the activation of PMS in TC *** of different radical scavengers revealed that the SO_(4)^(·−)/·OH/h+/^(1)O_(2)reactive species participated in the PMS activation for the TC degradation *** possible TC degradation pathway and intermediate toxicity were detailed *** addition,CW/4Co/2BNQDs exhibited outstanding photocatalytic activity over five consecutive cycles,which illustrated that it was supposed to be a reliable PMS activator over antibiotic elimination for practical *** this work shed new light on constructing dual redox cycles for efficient PMS activation.
