The improved microstructure and enhanced elevated temperature mechanical properties of Ti-44Al-5Nb-(Mo,V,B)alloys were obtained by vacuum arc re-melting(VAR)and primary annealing heat treatment(HT)of 1260℃/6 h/Furnace cooling(FC).The phase transformation,microstructure evolution and tensile properties for as-cast and HTed alloys were investigated.Results indicate that three main phase transformation points are determined,T_(eut)=1164.3℃,T_(γsolv)=1268.3℃and T_(βtrans)=1382.8℃.There are coarse lamellar colonies(300μm in length)and neighbor reticular B2 andγgrain(3-5μm)in as-cast alloy,while lamellar colonies are markedly refined and multi-oriented(20-50μm)as well as the volume fraction and grain sizes of equiaxedγand B2 phases(about 15μm)significantly increase in as-HTed alloy.Phase transformations involvingα+γ→α+γ+β/B2 and discontinuousγcoarsening contribute to the above characteristics.Borides(1-3μm)act as nucleation sites forβ_(eutectic) and produce massiveβgrains with different orientations,thus effectively refining the lamellar colonies and forming homogeneous multi-phase microstructure.Tensile curves show both the alloys exhibit suitable performance at 800℃.As-cast alloy shows a higher ultimate tensile stress of 647 MPa,while a better total elongation of more than 41%is obtained for as-HTed alloy.The mechanical properties improvement is mainly attributed to fine,multi-oriented lamellar colonies,coordinated deformation of homogeneous multi-phase microstructure and borides within lamellar interface preventing crack propagation.

Early detection of small faults in closed-loop systems is a challenging issue in the fault diagnosis literature.The effect of faults in closed-loop systems will be obscured by a robust feedback control,especially when the controller is coupled with nonlinear uncertainty.In this paper,an approach for rapid detection for small faults in a class of closed-loop uncertain systems is proposed based on the deterministic learning（DL） theory.First,two types of neural networks are constructed.One is embedded in the controller,another one is embedded in state estimator.Through DL,learning the unknown system dynamics（including fault dynamics） contained in the control signal and state signal can be achieved.Second,a bank of estimators are constructed by using the learned knowledge.The effect of feedback control can be compensated by using the learned knowledge,giving the diagnosis scheme an advantage to be sensitive to small faults.A rigorous analysis of the performance of the detection scheme is also given.Application to a practical system is presented.It is illustrated how a fault in a ocean surface vessel can be detected by using the developed methodology.

In this paper, a fault diagnosis approach is proposed for power systems based on deterministic learning（DL） theory.First, a learning estimator is constructed to obtain knowledge of the fault dynamics in the power networks. Based on DL, local accurate approximations of the unknown fault functions are achieved. Second, a distributed fault diagnosis scheme is designed to monitor the power systems. The knowledge of the fault dynamics is used to detect the occurrence of a fault. Simulation studies are included to demonstrate the effectiveness of the approach.

In this paper, a rapid detection and isolation scheme for oscillation faults in a distributed nonlinear system is proposed based on a recent result on deterministic learning （DL） theory. The distributed nonlinear system considered is modeled as a set of interconnected subsystems. Firstly, a local learning and merging method based on DL is proposed to obtain knowledge of the unknown interconnections and the fault functions. Secondly, by utilizing learned knowledge, a bank of consensus-based dynamical estimators are constructed for each subsystem, and average 1 norms of the residuals are generated to make the detection and isolation decisions. Thirdly, a rigorous analysis for characterizing the detection and isolation capabilities of the proposed scheme is given. The attraction of the intelligence fault diagnosis approach is to give a fast response to faults by using the learned knowledge and processing huge data in a dynamical and distributed manner. Simulation studies are included to demonstrate the effectiveness of the approach.

目的探讨单孔胸腔镜手术治疗肺隔离症的可行性和安全性。方法回顾性分析2015年1月~2022年1月单孔胸腔镜手术治疗66例肺隔离症资料。左下肺叶内型42例,右下肺叶内型22例,左胸叶外型2例。均有明确异常体循环来源的供血血管,来源于胸降主动脉63例,腹主动脉2例,右后纵隔肋间动脉1例。手术采用腋中线第5或6肋间2~3 cm切口,行病变肺叶切除、肺段切除或病变楔形切除。结果62例单孔胸腔镜完成手术,中转开胸4例。行肺叶切除54例,肺段切除8例,病灶楔形切除2例,叶外型隔离肺切除2例。手术时间(84.8±25.7)min,术中出血量(64.4±39.1)ml。无严重并发症及死亡。中位随访时间52(4~86)个月,无再发肺部感染、咯血,复查胸部CT无肺不张、液气胸。结论单孔胸腔镜肺隔离症切除手术安全、可行。

为系统地分析我国盾构掘进姿态控制技术的研究进展,基于知网检索到的32篇相关文献,总结盾构掘进姿态的主要表征参数和影响因素,并以盾构液压推进系统为例论述其控制原理。同时,结合盾构姿态智能控制的部分案例,总结PID控制、自适应控制、模糊控制、基于神经网络的控制和基于智能算法的控制等技术的优劣势及应用场景。基于以上分析,对盾构姿态控制技术的发展方向进行展望。研究发现:1)盾构掘进姿态的影响因素主要包括几何参数、地层参数和盾构掘进参数。2)由于盾构推进系统需要同时完成盾构向前推进和姿态调整等复杂任务,因此该系统的参数对盾构姿态有着很大的影响,是姿态控制的关键因素之一。3)相较于传统PID控制方法,智能控制方法与PID控制的结合可以提高系统的响应速度、精度、适应能力和鲁棒性。4)未来研究可以围绕基于多源数据融合的控制算法、构建数据-机制混合驱动的控制技术以及加强控制技术在实际工程中的实用性等方面展开,实现更精准、更高效的盾构掘进姿态控制。

针对材料中残余应力无损检测的问题,提出一种基于相位-频率关系测量超声信号传播时间的方法,并以声弹性理论为基础,采用纵波和横波相结合的测量模式,建立残余应力的超声测量方法。该超声测量方法应用于焊接接头的残余应力测量,不仅能够表征两轴方向上的残余应力,而且还适用于短距离声时的精确测量,测量精度达到9 mm试样距离上0.3 ns的分辨率(加载应力为20 MPa)。制作16Mn钢材料的焊接接头,并采用所提出的超声测量方法对焊接接头的残余应力分布进行测量。同时,采用理论计算、X射线衍射技术等分别对16Mn钢材料的声弹性参数及焊接接头残余应力分布进行验证测量。研究结果表明基于相位-频率精确测量声时的残余应力超声测量方法具有较高的应力分辨率和较好的测量稳定性,可适用于焊接接头两轴方向上的残余应力表征。

因其低成本和高的储锂能力,Fe_(2)O_(3)作为一种极具潜力的锂离子电池负极材料而受到广泛的关注。采用水热法一步合成Fe_(2)O_(3),并应用在锂离子电池负极材料。采用XRD、SEM和TEM对样品的晶型与形貌进行分析,表明合成样品为树枝状Fe_(2)O_(3)单晶。在电池的电化学测试中,树枝状Fe_(2)O_(3)单晶电极表现出优异的循环稳定性(在100 mA/g下循环50次后为866.5 mAh/g)、良好的倍率性能(1 A/g充放电时的比容量保持为862.5 mAh/g)和高导电性。树枝状Fe_(2)O_(3)单晶电极良好的电化学性能可能源于单晶的高导电性、三维树枝状结构大的表面积和更多电化学活性位点。

轮式里程计在复杂不平的地形和光滑的地面上性能较差,传统的激光扫描匹配方法并不总是正确地建立点云之间的对应关系,容易出现点与点之间的异常关联,导致定位精度较差。针对这一问题,提出一种基于方向端点的激光扫描匹配方法。首先,从环境中提取直线端点作为特征点,通过端点间的特征匹配得到相邻时刻移动机器人的相对位姿关系。基于端点的匹配方法在特征点较少时有可能会产生误匹配,为进一步提高匹配精度,利用端点的方向剔除误匹配的特征点。在此基础之上,利用迭代最近邻法进一步优化方向端点的匹配结果,得到更加精准的移动机器人位姿。实验结果表明,所提方法在7 m×7 m的室内光滑地面环境中,能够达到0.12 m的平均定位误差以及1.18°的平均角度误差,与传统的激光扫描匹配方法相比精度更高。
