Chinese forest musk deer(FMD),an endangered species,have exhibited low reproductive rates even in captivity due to stress *** revealed the presence of di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(DEHP),an environmental endocrine disruptor,in the serum and skin of captive *** FMDs with maslinic acid(MA)has been observed to alleviate the stress response and improve reproductive rates,although the precise molecular mechanisms remain ***,this study aims to investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying the alleviation of DEHP-induced oxidative stress and cell apoptosis in primary peritubular myoid cells(PMCs)through MA *** PMCs were isolated and exposed to DEHP in *** results demonstrated that DEHP significantly suppressed antioxidant levels and promoted cell apoptosis in primary ***,interfering with the expression of PRDX6 was found to induce excessive reactive oxygen species(ROS)production and cell apoptosis in primary *** with MA significantly upregulated the expression of PRDX6,thereby attenuating DEHP-induced oxidative stress and cell apoptosis in primary *** findings provide a theoretical foundation for mitigating stress levels and enhancing reproductive capacity of in captive FMDs.

为了满足钢铁企业对数据中心热管理的要求,针对不同的服务器负载方案进行模拟研究,考虑了4类服务器功率负载方案(均匀、离散、分段和集群),共研究了11组服务器负载算例.结果表明:均匀和集中下层的负载方案散热效果较好,在集中下层的负载方案中,热通道内冷热气流掺混均匀,气流组织最佳.同时,提出了基于活动服务器温度平均的负载优化措施,改善后的集中下层负载方案表现较好,节能潜力较大.

Probability-Based Analyses of the Snap-Through in Cage-Shaped Mesostructures Under Out-of-Plane Compressions

Three-dimensional(3D)mesostructures with distinct compressive deformation behaviors and tunable mechanical responses have gained increasing interest in recent years.3D cage-shaped mesostructures are representative framework structures widely exploited in 3D flexible electronics,owing to their unique cellular geometry and unusual mechanical *** snap-through behavior of cage-shaped mesostructures could potentially result in the performance degradation of electronics,while it could also be harnessed to design reconfigurable *** to the complicated deformation modes and random characteristics in experiments,the snap-through behavior of cage-shaped mesostructures remains largely unexplored,espe-cially in terms of probability-based *** this work,we present a systematic study on the configuration evolution and snap-through of 3D cage-shaped mesostructures under out-of-plane *** and computational studies show the existence of two distinct deformation modes associated with the snap-through,which is controlled by the energy barrier based on the energetic *** diagrams of the deformation modes decode how key geometric parameters and assembly strain affect the *** experiments based on periodic arrays(10 × 10)of mesostructures provided a large amount of deformation data,allowing for statistical analyses of the snap-through *** results provide new insights and useful guidelines for the design of 3D reconfigurable devices and multistable metamaterials based on 3D cage-shaped mesostructures.

Background The musk glands of adult male Chinese forest musk deer(Moschus berezovskii Flerov,1929)(FMD),which are considered as special skin glands,secrete a mixture of sebum,lipids,and proteins into the musk ***,these components form musk,which plays an important role in attracting females during the breeding ***,the relationship between the musk glands and skin of Chinese FMD remains ***,the musk gland and skin of Chinese FMD were examined using histological analysis and RNA sequencing(RNA-seq),and the expression of key regulatory genes was evaluated to determine whether the musk gland is derived from the *** A comparative analysis of musk gland anatomy between juvenile and adult Chinese FMD was ***,based on the anatomical structure of the musk gland,skin tissues from the abdomen and back as well as musk gland tissues were obtained from three juvenile *** tissues were used for RNA-seq,hematoxylin-eosin(HE)staining,immunohistochemistry(IHC),western blot(WB),and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)*** Anatomical analysis showed that only adult male FMD had a complete glandular organ and musk pod,while juvenile FMD did not have any well-developed musk *** data revealed that 88.24%of genes were co-expressed in the skin and musk gland *** Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)signaling pathway analysis found that the genes co-expressed in the abdomen skin,back skin,and musk gland were enriched in biological development,endocrine system,lipid metabolism,and other *** Ontology(GO)enrichment analysis indicated that the genes expressed in these tissues were enriched in biological processes such as multicellular development and cell ***,the Metascape predictive analysis tool demonstrated that genes expressed in musk glands were skin ***-PCR and WB revealed that sex-determining region Y-box protein 9(Sox9),Caveoli

As a valid tool for solving ground state problems,imaginary time evolution(ITE)is widely used in physical and chemical *** ITE-based algorithms in their quantum counterpart have recently been proposed and applied to some real *** experimentally realize the variational-based quantum imaginary time evolution(QITE)algorithm to simulate the ground state energy of hydrogen(H_2)and lithium hydride(Li H)molecules in a superconducting qubit *** H_2 molecule is directly simulated using the 3-qubit circuit with unitary-coupled clusters(UCC)*** also combine QITE with the cluster mean-field(CMF)method to obtain an effective *** Li H molecule is correspondingly simulated using the 3-qubit circuit with hardware-efficient *** comparison,the Li H molecule is also directly simulated using the 4-qubit circuit with UCC ansatz at the equilibrium *** the experimental results show a convergence within 4 iterations,with high-fidelity ground state energy *** a more complex system in the future,the CMF may allow further grouping of interactions to obtain an effective Hamiltonian,then the hybrid QITE algorithm can possibly simulate a relatively large-scale system with fewer qubits.

Development of miniaturized three-dimensional(3 D)fliers with integrated functional components has important implications to a diverse range of engineering *** the various active and passive miniaturized 3 D fliers reported previously,a class of 3 D electronic fliers inspired by wind-dispersed seeds show promising potentials,owing to the lightweight and noiseless features,aside from the stable rotational fall associated with a low falling *** on-demand shape-morphing capabilities are essential for those 3 D electronic fliers,the realization of such miniaturized systems remains very challenging,due to the lack of fast-response 3 D actuators that can be seamlessly integrated with 3 D electronic *** we develop a type of morphable3 D mesofliers with shape memory polymer(SMP)-based electrothermal actuators,capable of large degree of actuation deformations,with a fast response(e.g.,~1 s).Integration of functional components,including sensors,controllers,and chip batteries,enables development of intelligent 3 D mesoflier systems that can achieve the on-demand unfolding,triggered by the processing of real-time sensed information(e.g.,acceleration and humidity data).Such intelligent electronic mesofliers are capable of both the low-air-drag rising and the low-velocity falling,and thereby,can be used to measure the humidity fields in a wide 3 D space by simple hand throwing,according to our *** developed electronic mesofliers can also be integrated with other types of physical/chemical sensors for uses in different application scenarios.

We consider Shor's quantum factoring algorithm in the setting of noisy quantum gates. Under a generic model of random noise for(controlled) rotation gates, we prove that the algorithm does not factor integers of the form pq when the noise exceeds a vanishingly small level in terms of n—the number of bits of the integer to be factored, where p and q are from a well-defined set of primes of positive density. We further prove that with probability 1-o(1) over random prime pairs(p, q), Shor's factoring algorithm does not factor numbers of the form pq, with the same level of random noise present.

In analyzing the complex interaction between the wellbore and the reservoir formation,the hydromechanical properties of the region proximal to the wellbore,referred to as the“wellbore skin zone”,play a pivotal role in determining flow dynamics and the resulting formation *** models of the wellbore skin zone generally assume a constant permeability throughout,resulting in a sharp permeability discontinuity at the skin-reservoir *** paper introduces a model for a wellbore with a continuously graded skin zone of finite thickness within a poroelastic *** solutions are derived using the Laplace transform method,addressing both positive and negative skin *** results are presented to illustrate the effects of graded permeability/skin zone thickness on pore pressures and stresses around a *** results highlight a distinct divergence in stress and pore pressure fields when comparing wellbores with negative skin zones to those with positive skin zones or no skin at all.
