耐盐瓜胶合成及其溶胀性能研究

针对瓜胶原粉抗盐性差的问题,通过化学改性制得耐盐瓜胶,并用红外光谱仪对产物进行了结构表征。进一步考察了相对分子质量、粒径、搅拌转速、温度、盐离子等对其溶胀性能影响。结果表明:制备的耐盐瓜胶相对分子质量越小、粒径越小,速溶性能越好;相对分子质量和粒径过小均会导致耐盐瓜胶增黏性降低。搅拌速度和温度增加均有助于溶解。一价离子相对于二价离子对耐盐瓜胶的溶胀增黏性影响较小,SEM观测不同盐溶液中耐盐瓜胶分子的构型有差别。合成的耐盐瓜胶具有一定的耐盐性,速溶性较好,可适用于海上连续混配液需求。

结合深煤层大规模压裂开发工艺要求,研发了一套一体化变黏压裂液体系,该压裂液体系由乳液稠化剂、多功能添加剂等组成,可通过调整乳液稠化剂的浓度实时调整为低黏-中黏-高黏滑溜水体系。实验测试表明,该压裂液体系在速溶、增黏、降阻、耐剪切性等方面表现优异:速溶时间20~30 s;在剪切速率为1 s^(-1)→1000 s^(-1)→1 s^(-1)下表观黏度基本不变;流动剪切下降阻率>70%且变化不大。此外,该体系具有较低的表面张力和较好的防膨性能,表现为对煤岩具有较小的岩心伤害率。配合体积改造压裂工艺,在在鄂尔多斯盆地深煤层压裂开发中得到规模化应用,增产效果良好。

Presently,integrating multi-omics information into a prediction model has become a ameliorate strategy for genomic selection to improve genomic prediction ***,we set the genomic and transcriptomic data as the training population data,using BSLMM,TWAS,and eQTL mapping to prescreen features according to |β_(b)|>0,top 1%of phenotypic variation explained(PVE),expression-associated single nucleotide polymorphisms(eSNPs),and egenes(false discovery rate(FDR)<0.01),where these loci were set as extra fixed effects(named GBLUP-Fix)and random effects(GFBLUP)to improve the prediction accuracy in the validation population,*** results suggested that both GBLUP-Fix and GFBLUP models could improve the accuracy of longissimus dorsi muscle(LDM),water holding capacity(WHC),shear force(SF),and pH in Huaxi cattle on average from 2.14 to 8.69%,especially the improvement of GFBLUP-TWAS over GBLUP was 13.66%for *** methods also captured more genetic variance than *** study confirmed that multi-omics-assisted large-effects loci prescreening could improve the accuracyofgenomic prediction.

The position decoding accuracy and the spatial resolution of positron emission tomography detectors are greatly influenced by the performance of the two-dimensional position map,including the gain uniformity of photomultiplier tube (PMT),the baseline offset of the PMT signals and the accuracy of analogue to digital converter (ADC).In this work,a PMT-quadrant sharing detector was *** data acquisition platforms are employed to conduct the influence factors on the two-dimensional position map performances,one was that the waveforms of the PMT signals were scanned by the sequence acquisition mode based on the oscilloscope of LeCroy waveRunner 204MXi-A,and another was a self-developed high speed ADC data acquisition *** show that the event decoding positions were concentrated on the PMT with higher gain,the position map was distorted at the baseline offset of signal,and the cross-line artifacts were caused by the insufficient ADC sampling bit for a larger size position *** the parameters need be adjusted properly to stabilize a real system,and the flexible oscilloscope platform can be used to design the detector block and the other platform with high ADC ***,the electrical circuit with a proper ADC accuracy adjusts the PMT gains and baseline offsets.

远距离、大范围、快速检测放射源对国土安全具有重要意义,γ相机可以远距离提取放射性物质位置、强度以及类别等信息,是一种有效的检测工具。由于探测器面积小,且编码孔径的视场(Field of View,FOV)有限,当前编码孔径γ相机的探测效率普遍低。本研究提出一种基于国产的滨松BHP6601型临床单光子发射计算机断层成像(Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography,SPECT)探头的大面积高灵敏度编码孔径γ成像系统研制方案。该探头的固有分辨率为3.55 mm,有效探测面积为510 mm×390 mm,可用于提高辐射成像系统的空间角度分辨率和灵敏度。本研究根据此探测器规格,设计采用修正均匀冗余阵列(Modified Uniformly Redundant Arrays,MURA)编码嵌套模式的编码板,其中心基本单元阵列大小23×23,每个单位孔径大小为22.1 mm×17 mm。成像系统无伪影视场在X方向上和Y方向上分别为57.32°和47.3°;空间角度分辨率在X和Y方向上分别为2.94°和2.28°。采用该方案的γ成像系统对18 m处3.7×107 Bq 137Cs单点源进行测试,采集时间1 s即可精准定位;若对于4 m处的1.11×106 Bq 137Cs定位,采集时间仅需要2 s。仿真测试结果表明:该系统对于远距离或低活度的放射源能快速清晰定位。

The fate of riverine sulfate ion (SO_(4)^(2-)) and its environmental effects in arid environment are difficult to evaluate due to its complicated sources and strongly coupled behaviors with water cycle which is significantly modified by *** understand the sulfur cycle in aquatic systems in arid environment,the chemical and sulfur and oxygen isotopic compositions (δ^(34)S_(SO4)and δ^(18)O_(SO4)) of major rivers around the Badain Jaran Desert,northwestern China,were *** rivers had averaged SO_(4)^(2-)content at 1336μmol/L,over 10times higher than the global *** δ^(34)S_(SO4)and δ^(18)O_(SO4)values ranged from-5.3‰to+11.8‰and+1.6‰to+12.8‰,*** end-member analysis and the inverse model showed that riverine sulfate was mainly derived from evaporites dissolution (0-87%),sulfide oxidation (13%-100%) and precipitation (0-33%),indicating heterogeneity in sulfur sources and behaviors along the river drainage with the lithology variations and climate *** isotopic tools combining with hydro-chemistry compositions could be applied to reveal sulfur cycle in arid *** on the calculation,sulfide oxidation plays the primary role in the headwater and upstream in the Qilian-Mountains area,where sulfide is widely *** the proportion of evaporites dissolution contributing to riverine sulfate is much higher in downstream in a drier ***,less precipitation and higher temperature can lead to more intensive evaporation,affecting the process of sulfide oxidation and enhancing the rates of evaporites dissolution and sulfate precipitation in the basin.

Traditional asphalt concrete(AC)and stone matrix asphalt(SMA),which are used as thin asphalt overlays,are common maintenance strategies to enhancing ride quality,skid resistance,and ***,several studies have used a novel asphalt mixture known as a high-friction thin overlay(HFTO)to improve surface ***,it remains uncertain whether the laboratory properties of HFTO differ significantly from those of conventional *** study aims to evaluate the laboratory properties of HFTO mixtures and compare them with those of AC and *** mixtures with nominal maximum size of 9.5 mm were produced in the laboratory,and performance tests were conducted,including wheel tracking test,low temperature flexural creep test,moisture susceptibility test,Cantabro Abrasion Test,Marshall Test,sand patch test,British pendulum test,and indoor tire-rollingdown *** results showed that the HFTO exhibited a lower tire/pavement noise than the AC and ***,HFTO had superior high-temperature stability,larger macro texture,and higher skid resistance in comparison to those of AC,but lower than those of ***,HFTO mixtures may be considered a suitable replacement for traditional AC mixtures in regions where skid resistance and noise reduction are concerns.

Chiral pollutants often pose significant differential environmental health *** this study,the biotransformation of chiral dinotefuran(DIN)and its enantioselective metabolic toxicity mechanisms have been systemically ***,reversedphase chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry was developed to quantify the content of DIN R/S chiral enantiomer with pg level sensitivity,revealing a lower elimination rate constant(K_(e))of S-DIN(0.730 h^(-1))than R-DIN(0.746 h^(-1)).Secondly,the interaction mechanism between DIN metabolism and important endogenous bioactive molecules,such as aldehyde oxidase(AOX)and neurotransmitters,was *** DIN nitro-group was converted into a guanidine group by the reducing site of nearby flavin adenine dinucleotide(FAD)in AOX with the preferred higher affinity of ***,the endogenous tryptophan(Trp)aldehyde metabolic intermediate,5-hydroxyindoleacetaldehyde(5-HIAL),provides a persistent electron donor for DIN reduction via the oxidation-catalyzed site in AOX,resulting in remarkable up-regulation of monoamine neurotransmitters such as serotonin and ***,the higher level of neurotransmitters further mediated dysregulation of oxylipin homeostasis via the serotonergic pathway,where S-DIN exhibited more pronounced liver lipid damage and environmental health risk with the accumulated lipid biomarkers,oxidized triglyceride(OxTG)and oxidized sphingomyelin(OxSM).This study elucidates the AOX-mediated enantioselectivity metabolic pathway of DIN,providing a new analytical method for chiral pollutants and paves the way for their health risk assessments.
