目的探讨患者共同参与模式对改善心理性勃起功能障碍(ED)患者社会支持、自我效能、应对方式、病耻感的效果。方法选取2021年7月至12月南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院男科诊治的60例心理性ED患者作为研究对象。随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用男科常规教育疏导方式干预,观察组在常规教育疏导基础上采用共同参与模式干预。比较两组干预前后病耻感、社会支持、自我效能、应对方式得分。结果干预后,观察组社会支持、自我效能、积极应对方式得分均高于干预前,且均高于对照组;观察组病耻感、消极应对方式得分均低于干预前,且均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患者共同参与模式可以提高心理性ED患者的社会支持、自我效能,改善应对方式,降低病耻感。

We review in this article our recent simulation works on modeling peptide T-jump and thermal unfolding Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and two-dimensional infrared(2DIR) spectra. The theoretical and computational techniques used,including Markov state model(MSM), integrated tempering sampling(ITS) and nonlinear exciton propagation(NEP), are first briefly introduced. The protocols for simulating the thermal unfolding as well as T-jump unfolding are then summarized in details. The simulated spectral features, such as the intensity and ellipticity, are demonstrated to agree well with the experimental observations.

The progressive degradation in the trabecular meshwork(TM)is related to age-related ocular diseases like primary open-angle ***,the molecular basis and biological significance of the aging process in TM have not been fully ***,we established a dynamic single-cell transcriptomic landscape of aged macaque TM,wherein we classified the outflow tissue into 12 cell subtypes and identified mitochondrial dysfunction as a prominent feature of TM ***,we divided TM cells into 13 clusters and performed an in-depth analysis on cluster O,which had the highest aging score and the most significant changes in cell proportions between the two ***,we found that the APOE gene was an important differentially expressed gene in cluster O during the aging process,highlighting the close relationship between cell migration and extracellular matrix regulation,and TM *** work further demonstrated that silencing the APOE gene could increase migration and reduce apoptosis by releasing the inhibition on the PI3K-AKT pathway and downregulating the expression of extracellular matrix components,thereby increasing the aqueous outflow rate and maintaining intraocular pressure within the normal *** work provides valuable insights for future clinical diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma.

＜正＞We carried out series of spectral modeling based on the molecular dynamics simulation to help understanding the dynamic events in the ionic solution systems. By calculating different ionic solution spectra based on the same simulation trajectory ensemble, they achieved a better understanding of the underlying physics. Simulation suggests that ion pairing is the reason of various spectroscopic features.

Van der Waals heterostructures composed of two-dimensional transition-metal dichalcogenides layers show great potential for atomically thin optoelectronic and photovoltaic applications. However, the carrier transport dynamics in optoelectronic devices are still puzzled. Recently, the energy-state-resolved ultrafast visible/infrared microspectroscopy has been creatively introduced to study charge transfer in 2 D heterostructures van der Waals surfaces. And the experimental infrared spectrum can be accurately analysis by theoretical simulation, thus promoted the understanding of carrier transport dynamics. Cooperated with experimental measurements, we have studied the charge transfer dynamics in atomically thins 2 D WS2/MoS2 and Graphene/MoSe2 heterostructures. Based on first principle calculation, we numerically simulated the charge transfer excitons across van der Waals surfaces. The Schr?dinger equation with simplified Coulomb potential introduced in our simulation was solved by using the finite element method, and exciton binding energy was perfectly consistent with experimental value.

目的探讨蛋白质磷酸酶4催化亚基(protein phosphatase 4 catalytic subunit,PP4C)对乙型肝炎病毒X蛋白(hepatitis B virus X protein,HBx)在蛋白质水平的调控及生物学功能的影响,为乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)相关性肝癌提供潜在治疗靶点。方法通过免疫共沉淀(co-immunopreciptation,Co-IP)与GST pull-down试验验证HBx与PP4C在体内与体外的相互作用。采用Lipofectamine 3000试剂转染PP4C过表达真核质粒检测PP4C对HBx在蛋白质水平的影响,并用蛋白质合成抑制剂环己酮亚胺(cycloheximide,CHX)处理过表达PP4C的肝癌细胞,Western blot检测HBx半衰期变化。磷酸化试验检测PP4C对HBx磷酸化水平的影响。CCK8增殖、细胞划痕、Matrigel侵袭小室试验检测PP4C对HBx生物学功能的影响。结果Co-IP与GST pull-down试验证实HBx与PP4C在肝癌细胞内存在相互作用,在体外也存在相互作用。肝癌细胞中过表达PP4C可提高HBx蛋白水平,并明显延长HBx半衰期。磷酸化试验证实在肝癌细胞中过表达PP4C可降低HBx丝氨酸磷酸化水平。PP4C过表达对肝癌细胞的增殖没有影响,但是促进肝癌细胞的迁移与侵袭能力。结论HBx与PP4C的相互作用可提高HBx稳定性,最终促进肝癌细胞的迁移与侵袭,其机制与PP4C降低HBx丝氨酸磷酸化水平有关。本研究为发现HBx致病新机制提供理论依据,以PP4C和HBx蛋白相互作用为靶标,有望为HBV感染相关肝脏疾病的治疗提供有益思路。

目的探讨勃起功能障碍(ED)患者病耻感、负性心理和社会支持的现状及其相关性。方法采用方便抽样法选择2020年8月至2021年2月南京某三甲医院160例ED患者作为研究对象,采用基本情况表、90项症状清单(SCL-90)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、社会影响量表(SIS)对其进行调查研究。结果ED患者病耻感处于中等偏上水平,总分为(57.27±11.96)分,社会排斥、经济歧视、内在羞耻感维度得分高于国内常模(P<0.001);社会支持总分及其各维度得分均低于国内常模(P<0.001);患者负性心理阳性因子总检出率为55.9%,t检验SCL-90各因子阳性对患者病耻感的影响具有统计学意义;Pearson相关性分析结果显示,病耻感总得分及各维度得分与患者心理状况呈显著正相关(P<0.001),与社会支持呈显著负相关(P<0.001);线性逐步回归分析主观支持、对支持的利用度、精神病性因子对患者病耻感有显著影响(P<0.001)。结论男性ED患者病耻感处于中等偏上水平,应在临床护理中增加对ED患者负性心理情绪疏导护理,提高社会支持,从而降低患者病耻感,促进家庭和谐,提高生活质量。

The rural social space quality is an important indicator to measure the living standard and thinking ideas and so forth of rural residents in a certain *** this paper,213 administrative villages in Longxi County of the Loess Hilly Area,China are taken as evaluation units to construct the evaluation model of the rural social space *** paper deeply analyzed the variation patterns and their formation mechanism of the rural social space quality at a village scale,and proposed a governance model based on the rural social space *** results show that:(1)the social space quality levels of individual administrative villages show a gradually decreasing trend from the township seats to *** eastern part of Longxi County has a relatively high education level and living standard,and the western part has a relatively high population stability level and income level.(2)The rural social space quality is mainly in a ring structure,supplemented by the interlaced *** core area is the towns and their surrounding areas,while the transition area,marginal area,and other areas are expanded around the core area.(3)Social forces and spatial effects jointly shape the variation of the rural social space *** organizations provide a driving force for the allocation of elements,and interweaving with the spatial effects lead to the differences in the social space quality.(4)The governance models of the rural social space quality are constructed based on the principles of retaining the rural“people”,optimizing the rural“land”,and developing the rural“industry”,so as to improve the rural centripetal force,core force,inner thrust,and source power.
