The size distribution of airborne bacteria and human pathogenic bacteria in a commercial composting plant

Composting plants are regarded as one of the important sources of environmental ***,limitations in the size distribution of airborne bacteria have prevented our comprehensive understanding of their risk to human health and their dispersal *** this study,different sizes of airborne bacteria were collected using an eight-stage impactor from a full-scale composting ***-related abundance and communities of airborne bacteria as well as human pathogenic bacteria(HPB)were investigated using 16S rRNA gene sequencing coupled with droplet digital *** results indicate that the bacterial concentrations from the eight stages were approximately 10^(4)-105copies/m^(3).Although no statistical correlation was detected between the particle size and the Shannon index,the influence of size on bacterial lineages was observed in both composting and packaging *** airborne bacteria from different stages,the dominant phyla were Firmicutes,Proteobacteria,and Actinobacteria,and the dominant genera was *** out of eight HPB with a small geometric mean aerodynamic diameter had a high concentration in composting *** on diameters of 2.42 to 5.09μm,most HPB in the composting areas were expected to be deposited on the bronchus and secondary ***,in the packaging areas,the deposition of HPB(diameters 3.70 to 8.96μm)occurred in the upper part of the respiratory *** results on the size distribution,abundance,and diversity of these bacteria offer important information for the systematic evaluation of bacterial pathogenicity and the potential health impacts on workers in composting plants and the surrounding residents.

地下深层油藏是独特的缺氧环境,目前还没有直接的微生物学证据表明油藏中存在真正意义上的“本源微生物”,但经注水开发后的油藏中确实蕴藏着复杂的微生物区系.油藏性质决定了油藏厌氧微生物特殊的群落结构,而油藏微生物的作用也可以改变油藏的理化及地质学特性.油藏中厌氧微生物按生理类群主要可分为发酵细菌、硝酸盐还原菌、铁还原菌、硫酸盐还原菌和产甲烷古菌.本文综述了国内外近年来油藏微生物学的研究进展,简述了微生物分子生态学在油藏微生物学研究中的应用,并对当前的研究提出了一些思考.

Giant tunneling magnetoresistance(TMR)has always been a pursuit in the research of magnetic tunnel junctions(MTJ).Two-dimensional(2D)magnetic materials have been used to construct lateral MTJ with high *** we investigated the crystal structure and magnetic property of CrSI monolayer,and found that it is a ferromagnetic semiconductor with a Curie temperature of about 180 *** CrSI monolayer with Li adsorption(Li-CrSI)show ferromagnetic half-metallic with a high Curie temperature of 300 *** we designed a lateral Li CrSI/CrSI/Li-CrSI monolayer *** TMR of the MTJs along b transport direction is 3 orders of magnitude times larger than that of the a transport direction,which should result from the different spin filtering ability along the two *** TMR of b transport direction in the MTJ is 7.67×10^(14),which is significantly higher than that of any reported lateral MTJs based on 2D *** results provide a promising avenue for designing lateral MTJs with giant TMR and high Curie temperature.

Spatial confinement:An effective strategy to improve H_(2)O and SO_(2) resistance of the expandable graphite-modified TiO_(2)-supported Pt nanocatalysts for CO oxidation

The expandable graphite(EG)modified TiO_(2) nanocomposites were prepared by the high shearmethod using the TiO_(2) nanoparticles(NPs)and EG as precursors,in which the amount of EG doped in TiO_(2) was 10 wt.%.Followed by the impregnation method,adjusting the pH of the solution to 10,and using the electrostatic adsorption to achieve spatial confinement,the Pt elementswere mainly distributed on the exposed TiO_(2),thus generating the Pt/10EG-TiO_(2)-10 *** best CO oxidation activity with the excellent resistance to H_(2)O and SO_(2) was obtained over the Pt/10EG-TiO_(2)-10 catalyst:CO conversion after 36 hr of the reaction was ca.85%under the harsh condition of 10 vol.%H_(2)O and 100 ppm SO_(2) at a high gaseous hourly space velocity(GHSV)of 400,000 hr−*** properties of the catalystswere characterized by various *** results showed that the electrostatic adsorption,which riveted the Pt elements mainly on the exposed TiO_(2) of the support surface,reduced the dispersion of Pt NPs on EG and achieved the effective dispersion of Pt NPs,hence significantly improving CO oxidation activity over the Pt/10EG-TiO_(2)-10 *** 10 wt.%EG doped in TiO_(2) caused the TiO_(2) support to form a more hydrophobic surface,which reduced the adsorption of H_(2)O and SO_(2) on the catalyst,greatly inhibited deposition of the TiOSO4 and formation of the PtSO4 species as well as suppressed the oxidation of SO_(2),thus resulting in an improvement in the resistance to H_(2)O and SO_(2) of the Pt/10EG-TiO_(2)-10 catalyst.

An investigation on the wind profiles and gravity wave dynamics in MLT region based on the meteor radars from the Meridian Project

The meteor radar can detect the zenith angle,azimuth,radial velocity,and altitude of meteor trails so that one can invert the wind profiles in the mesosphere and low thermosphere(MLT)region,based on the Interferometric and Doppler *** this paper,the horizontal wind field,gravity wave(GW)disturbance variance,and GW fluxes are analyzed through the meteor radar observation from 2012−2022,at Mohe(53.5°N,122.4°E)and Zuoling(30.5°N,114.6°E)stations of the(Chinese)Meridian *** Lomb−Scargle periodogram method has been utilized to analyze the periodic variations for time series with observational data *** results show that the zonal winds at both stations are eastward dominated,while the meridional winds are southward *** variance of GW disturbances in the zonal and meridional directions increases gradually with height,and there is a strong pattern of annual *** zonal momentum flux of GW changes little with height,showing weak annual *** meridional GW flux varies gradually from northward to southward with height,and the annual periodicity is *** both stations,the maximum values of zonal and meridional wind occur close to the peak heights of GW flux,with opposite *** observational evidence is consistent with the filtering *** horizontal wind velocity,GW flux,and disturbance variance of the GW at Mohe are overall smaller than those at Zuoling,indicating weaker activities in the MLT at *** power spectral density(PSD)calculated by the Lomb−Scargle periodogram shows that there are 12-month period and 6-month period in horizontal wind field,GW disturbance variance and GW flux at both stations,and especially there is also a 4-month cycle in the disturbance *** PSD of the 12-month and 6-month cycles exhibits maximum values below 88 km and above 94 km.

为研究施用畜禽粪便有机肥农田土壤中抗生素抗性基因的分布状况,采集北京地区9个长期施用有机肥蔬菜基地的温室和大田土壤,对土壤中的抗生素耐药菌和18种抗性基因进行检测分析。结果表明,温室土壤中四环素耐药菌占总菌数的比例显著高于大田土壤(P0.05)。大田土壤和温室土壤中磺胺类抗性基因sulⅠ、sul2和四环素类抗性基因tet L的检出率均为100%。其他抗性基因,如四环素抗性基因tet A、tet A/P、tet C,红霉素抗性基因erm B,以及Ⅰ类整合子(intⅠ1),温室土壤的检出率均高于大田土壤,这可能与温室土壤有机肥施用量较大有关。

Ozonolysis of ketoprofen in polluted water:Reaction pathways,kinetics,removal efficiency,and health effects

Bond length and interface failure mechanism of anchor cable under continuous radial pressure conditions

The anchoring capacity of the anchor cable is closely related to the bonding length and radial pressure *** field pull-out tests,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,and industrial tests,this study clarifies the relationship between radial pressure and bonding length for the ultimate pullout force and reveals the microscopic failure process of the resin-rock interface in the anchoring *** results show that the ultimate load increases with the increase of bonding length in three different stages:rapid,slow,and uniform *** new mechanical model developed considering radial pressure describes the inverse relationship between radial pressure and the plastic zone on the bonding section,and quantifies the reinforcing effect of confining pressure on the anchoring *** the pull-out process of the anchor cable,the generation of failure cracks is in the order of orifice,bottom,and middle of the *** pressure can effectively enhance the ultimate pull-out force,alleviate the oscillation increase of pull-out force,and inhibit resin cracking,but will produce an external crushing *** also reveals the synergistic effect between bonding length and radial pressure,and successfully carries out industrial tests of anchor cable support,which ensures the stability of the stope roof and provides an important reference for the design of anchor cable support in deep high-stress mines.
