Using a crop-water-salinity production function and a soil-water-salinity dynamic model, optimal irrigation scheduling was developed to maximize net return per irrigated area. Plot and field experiments were used to obtain the crop water sensitivity index, the salinity sensitivity index, and other parameters. Using data collected during 35 years to calculate the 10-day mean precipitation and evaporation, the variation in soil salinity concentrations and in the yields of winter wheat and cotton were simulated for 49 irrigation scheduling that were combined from 7 irrigation schemes over 3 irrigation dates and 7 salinity concentrations of saline irrigation water (fresh water and 6 levels of saline water). Comparison of predicted results with irrigation data obtained from a large area of the field showed that the model was valid and reliable. Based on the analysis of the investment cost of the irrigation that employed deep tube wells or shallow tube wells, a saline water irrigation schedule and a corresponding strategy for groundwater development and utilization were proposed. For wheat or cotton, if the salinity concentration was higher than 7.0 g L-1 in groundwater, irrigation was needed with only fresh water; if about 5.0 g L-1, irrigation was required twice with fresh water and once with saline water; and if not higher than 3.0 g L-1, irrigation could be solely with saline water.

The field soil moisture data under different vegetation and irrigation condition were accumulated by many irrigation *** soil water dynamic parameters were acquired or improved by the parameters inversion method and making good use of these *** was significance in monitoring and forecasting soil moisture and field water *** this paper,according to the measured soil moisture of winter wheat from regreening to harvest in 2009 on tianjin agricultural university agricultural water cycle experimental base,the parameter inversion model was established based on the objective function is the minimum of the relative error square sum between the simulated and measured value of the soil moisture content and the constraint is the diversification range of the water movement parameters acquired from the *** water transport parameters of soil characteristic in experimental site are acquired by use of the interior point method and model *** results showed that the simulation accuracy of the field soil moisture dynamic is significantly improved by the parameter *** changed initial value and step scaling factor are in favor of improving parameter optimization results.

With the idea of maturity being introduced into the evaluation of transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and the grey relation degree being applied to define the membership of evaluation factors in the process of fuzzy evaluation of transformation of scientific and technological achievements, higher objectivity of evaluation has been achieved. By this method, an empirical study of the longitudinal development of transformation of scientific and technological achievements is carried out. This empirical study describes the development situation of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in tianjin and analyses the bottleneck in the process of transforming which proves the scientificity and applicability of this evaluation method.

嫩玉米胡萝卜乳饮料的研制

研究采用嫩玉米和胡萝卜为主要原料,按适当比例与鲜奶、白砂糖等一起调配,研制出口味独特又具有营养保健功能的乳饮料。通过正交实验法筛选出饮料最佳配方为:玉米原汁30%、胡萝卜原汁15%、乳35%、复合稳定剂0.20%、均质压力25～30MPa。
