Oxaliplatin(Oxa) is the first-line chemotherapeutic drug for the treatment of colorectal cancer(CRC). However, long-term Oxa chemotherapy can induce inflammation and increase the levels of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) and prostaglandin E2(PGE2), which can promote tumor metastasis. Moreover,high glutathione(GSH) levels in CRC cells significantly reduce Oxa sensitivity and seriously restrict the clinical application of Oxa. Herein, an Oxa(Ⅳ) prodrug with anti-inflammatory properties(desmethyl naproxe, DN) and GSH-depleting cyclodextrin pseudo-polyrotaxane carriers were prepared and further self-assembled into micellar nanoparticles(designated DNPt@PPRI). The relesae of DN from DNPt@PPRI can reduce the level of PGE2 to inhibit inflammation and tumor metastasis by decreasing COX-2 protein,and also synergize with Oxa to inhibit tumor. More importantly, GSH depletion can reduce the detoxification of Oxa and further enhance chemotherapy-induced apoptosis. DNPt@PPRI have a good GSH depletion ability to enhance the sensitivity of Oxa, indicating a potential in the synergistic chemotherapy and chemo-sensitization of colorectal cancer.

Dual inhibition of glucose uptake and energy supply synergistically restrains the growth and metastasis of breast cancer

Metastatic breast cancer(MBC) is one of the most common and knotty diseases in female population which could place them in a life-threatening condition. For malignant proliferation and migration, cancer cells require a large amount of glucose and energy to meet the demand of rapid metabolism. Hence,efficiently diminishing the utilization of energy substances by cancer cells is emerging as validated therapeutic strategies for cancer therapy. Herein, a nanoplatform with dual-inhibition of glucose uptake and oxidative phosphorylation(OXPHOS) was designed, which consisted of albendazole(ABZ) and atovaquone(ATO) by simple carrier-free self-assembling. The introduction of ABZ could evidently decrease glucose uptake to reduce the main “energy fuel” of cancer cells. Meanwhile, as a blocker of OXPHOS, ATO would reduce adenosine triphosphate(ATP) production and ameliorate hypoxia microenvironment by suppressing mitochondrial respiratory chain. Under such dual inhibition of energy metabolism, AA NPs exerted synergistic energy exhaustion effect and outstanding hypoxia improvement function, efficiently inhibiting tumor growth and metastasis. This research not only illustrates the feasibility of energy metabolism therapy by co-inhibiting glucose uptake and OXPHOS, but also provides an ingenious tactic to diminish metastasis during MBC treatment.

Cystic echinococcosis(CE)is one of the most harmful and life-threatening *** the essential therapeutics,chemotherapy is always difficult to achieve desired anti-echinococcal effect due to the problems that the echinococcus granulosus cyst laminated layer makes the drug difficult to infiltrate and the poor solubility of *** this study,we established a“breaking-then-curing”anti-echinococcal treatment strategy for efficient CE *** photodynamic therapy(PDT)was used as a breaker to produce toxic reactive oxygen species(ROS)and damage the laminated layer of protoscolices(PSCs),leading to enhanced infiltration of albendazole sulfoxide nanoparticles(ABZSO NPs).Then,ABZSO NP was worked as curer for efficient anti-echinococcal *** a result,the breaking-then-curing treatment strategy could generate more intracellular ROS in PSCs induced by plenty of ABZSO NPs,greatly increasing the mortality rate of PSCs in a shorter time than using ABZSO NPs alone,leading to the attenuation of laminated layer and finally disintegrating *** believe the“breaking-then-curing”strategy will suggest great potential in the treatment of CE and provide a new sight for anti-echinococcal treatment.

针对用户侧分布式储能成本较高、利用率低、运营模式单一等问题,提出了一种兼具电能自营和储能共享模式的储能聚合商(ESA)自营共享电能交易方法,ESA分别从与电网公司、用户的电能交易中获益。基于分时电价和用户负荷预测,建立ESA控制储能充放电的日前优化模型,以ESA与电网之间的交易成本最小化为目标,获得ESA日前各时段的充放电电量,并将其作为ESA实时优化和定价的储能控制策略。以最大化ESA效益为主目标、最大化用户日效益为从目标,以内部电价为控制变量、用户用电量为状态变量,以内部电价限价、用电刚性需求等为约束,建立一种基于主从博弈的电能交易实时优化模型。算例仿真表明:ESA对日前储能充放电的决策获得了最低购电成本;主从博弈优化的电能交易决策了内部电价,提升了ESA和用户的经济效益。ESA自营共享电能交易方法是电力系统在共享经济模式下的有效尝试。

Parallel Physics-Informed Neural Networks Method with Regularization Strategies for the Forward-Inverse Problems of the Variable Coefficient Modified KdV Equation

This paper mainly introduces the parallel physics-informed neural networks(PPINNs)method with regularization strategies to solve the data-driven forward-inverse problems of the variable coefficient modified Korteweg-de Vries(VC-MKdV)*** the forward problem of the VC-MKdV equation,the authors use the traditional PINN method to obtain satisfactory data-driven soliton solutions and provide a detailed analysis of the impact of network width and depth on solving accuracy and ***,the author finds that the traditional PINN method outperforms the one with locally adaptive activation functions in solving the data-driven forward problems of the VC-MKdV *** for the data-driven inverse problem of the VC-MKdV equation,the author introduces a parallel neural networks to separately train the solution function and coefficient function,successfully addressing the function discovery problem of the VC-MKdV *** further enhance the network’s generalization ability and noise robustness,the author incorporates two regularization strategies into the *** amount of numerical experimental data in this paper demonstrates that the PPINNs method can effectively address the function discovery problem of the VC-MKdV equation,and the inclusion of appropriate regularization strategies in the PPINNs can improves its performance.

Influence of stearic acid surface modification on flowability and agglomeration of battery grade Li_(2)CO_(3)powder

This work investigates the flow and agglomeration behaviors of battery grade Li_(2)CO_(3)powder and the influence of stearic acid surface *** degree of agglomeration is directly related to the uniformity of Li_(2)CO_(3)and its powder *** to the Chinese National Nonferrous Metal Industry Standard,battery grade Li_(2)CO_(3)powder has D50 equal to 3–8μm which belongs to a micron-sized superfine ***,with the extension of storage time,the serious agglomeration phenomenon occurs due to the large specific surface area and rough and irregular powder *** Hausner ratio(HR)of the unmodified sample increases from 1.14 to 1.41,and the corresponding flowability is classified as good to ***,among samples with doping stearic acid,the optimum amount of it is 0.10 wt%which exhibits an extremely stable HR value from 1.14 to ***,after 156 days,the repose angle(AR)obtained for samples without surface modification and using 0.10 wt%stearic acid are calculated to be 49°and 28°,*** on the values of HR and AR,the flowability of the unmodified sample is poor while the sample modified with 0.10 wt%of stearic acid still maintain excellent powder flow ***,The LiMn_(2)O_(4)cathode material synthesized from modified Li_(2)CO_(3)powder with a stearic acid content of 0.10 wt%exhibits good crystallinity and comparable electrochemical performance to that prepared by commercial Li_(2)CO_(3).These results indicate that stearic acid has the potential to be an ideal modifier for battery grade Li_(2)CO_(3)powder that needs to be kept for a long time.

利用ERA-Interim高分辨率臭氧资料和NCEP再分析资料,对比分析了不同类型(浅薄型和深厚型)、不同强度(针对深厚型)的东亚切断低压过程中伴随平流层空气入侵引起的上对流层-下平流层UTLS(Upper Troposphere-Low er Stratosphere)区域臭氧变化情况,结果表明:(1)深厚型和浅薄型切断低压过程中均出现了平流层臭氧入侵现象。在300 h Pa上,存在浅薄型切断低压引起的臭氧增量与深厚型切断低压相当的情况。在垂直分布上,深厚型个例臭氧浓度升高范围集中在对流层中上层至平流层下层区域,而浅薄个例中的臭氧浓度上升只集中发生在对流层中上层。(2)切断低压引起的UTLS区域臭氧浓度高值分布范围及臭氧含量大小与系统本身强度存在一定的联系。强度较强的深厚型切断低压过程中动力学对流层顶下降深度和入侵的臭氧浓度均远大于强度较弱的深厚型切断低压。(3)在选取11年臭氧平均值和11年当月臭氧平均值分别作为距平基准进行对比分析时发现,不同类型和强度的切断低压对比结果不受不同臭氧基准态选取的影响。
