Cadmium was replaced by zinc in ammoniacal system using an electrically enhanced method under ultrasonic *** main influencing factors were investigated by a single-factor experiment to determine the optimum *** voltammetry and linear sweep voltammetry were applied to investigating the reaction mechanism of electrically enhanced cementation of cadmium on a zinc *** optimum parameters were a temperature of 35℃,a cathode-to-anode area ratio of 1:2,an anode current density of 15 A/m2,an ultrasonic frequency of 40 kHz a reaction time of 6 h and an ultrasonic power of 100 *** extraction rate was 99.21%,and the production of byproduct“floating sponge cadmium”was *** analysis of the cyclic voltammetry and linear sweep voltammetry diagrams showed that ultrasonic waves can promote and accelerate the replacement reaction,decrease the voltage requirement of the electrically enhanced replacement reaction,and change the reaction *** addition,increasing the temperature and ultrasonic power can promote and accelerate electrically enhanced replacement reactions and decrease the electric potential requirement.

A new hydrometallurgical process based on the methanesulfonic acid system was proposed to extract the bismuth efficiently from by-products of lead *** bismuth extraction process included electrorefining,oxidation leaching,and *** optimum conditions of the bismuth extraction process were determined by a single-factor *** bismuth plate with a purity of 99.8%was obtained under the optimum *** voltammetry and linear sweep voltammetry were applied to investigating the cathode reaction mechanism of *** results show that lead deposition,bismuth deposition,and hydrogen evolution occur at the cathode,and the reactions of metals deposition are irreversible and *** addition,decreasing the temperature and acidity can improve the purity of the cathodic product(lead powder)in the electrorefining process.

Background:Cancer-related fatigue(CRF)is a common and debilitating symptom experienced by patients with advanced-stage cancer,especially those undergoing antitumor *** study aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Renshenguben(RSGB)oral solution,a ginseng-based traditional Chinese medicine,in alleviating CRF in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)receiving antitumor ***:In this prospective,open-label,controlled,multicenter study,patients with advanced HCC at BCLC stage C and a brief fatigue inventory(BFI)score of≥4 were *** were assigned to the RSGB group(RSGB,10 mL twice daily)or the control group(with supportive care).Primary and secondary endpoints were the change in multidimensional fatigue inventory(MFI)score,and BFI and functional assessment of cancer therapy-hepatobiliary(FACT-Hep)scores at weeks 4 and 8 after *** events(AEs)and toxicities were ***:A total of 409 participants were enrolled,with 206 assigned to the RSGB *** week 4,there was a trend towards improvement,but the differences were not statistically *** week 8,the RSGB group exhibited a significantly lower MFI score(P<0.05)compared to the control group,indicating improved fatigue ***,the RSGB group showed significantly greater decrease in BFI and FACT-Hep scores at week 8(P<0.05).Subgroup analyses among patients receiving various antitumor treatments showed similar *** linear regression analyses revealed that the RSGB group experienced a significantly substantial decrease in MFI,BFI,and FACT-Hep scores at week *** serious drug-related AEs or toxicities were ***:RSGB oral solution effectively reduced CRF in patients with advanced HCC undergoing antitumor therapy over an eight-week period,with no discernible *** findings support the potential of RSGB oral solution as an adjunctive treatment for managing CRF in this patient population.

Artificial intelligence-assisted repair of peripheral nerve injury: a new research hotspot and associated challenges

Artificial intelligence can be indirectly applied to the repair of peripheral nerve ***,it can be used to analyze and process data regarding peripheral nerve injury and repair,while study findings on peripheral nerve injury and repair can provide valuable data to enrich artificial intelligence *** investigate advances in the use of artificial intelligence in the diagnosis,rehabilitation,and scientific examination of peripheral nerve injury,we used CiteSpace and VOSviewer software to analyze the relevant literature included in the Web of Science from 1994–*** identified the following research hotspots in peripheral nerve injury and repair:(1)diagnosis,classification,and prognostic assessment of peripheral nerve injury using neuroimaging and artificial intelligence techniques,such as corneal confocal microscopy and coherent anti-Stokes Raman spectroscopy;(2)motion control and rehabilitation following peripheral nerve injury using artificial neural networks and machine learning algorithms,such as wearable devices and assisted wheelchair systems;(3)improving the accuracy and effectiveness of peripheral nerve electrical stimulation therapy using artificial intelligence techniques combined with deep learning,such as implantable peripheral nerve interfaces;(4)the application of artificial intelligence technology to brain-machine interfaces for disabled patients and those with reduced mobility,enabling them to control devices such as networked hand prostheses;(5)artificial intelligence robots that can replace doctors in certain procedures during surgery or rehabilitation,thereby reducing surgical risk and complications,and facilitating postoperative *** artificial intelligence has shown many benefits and potential applications in peripheral nerve injury and repair,there are some limitations to this technology,such as the consequences of missing or imbalanced data,low data accuracy and reproducibility,and ethical issues(e.g.,privac

Metal-organic nanosheets（MONs） as a novel material with tunable pore structures and low mass transfer resistance,have emerged as molecular sieves for the separation of gases and *** theory,they can also serve as ion sieves for lithium metal batteries（LMBs）,realizing the high-energy and dendritic free ***,there are rarely relevant reports,because it is difficult to simultaneously balance efficient ion sieving ability,high ion passing rate and high electrochemical ***,we synthesized a stable ultrathin MON[Zn2（Bim）4]([Zn2（Bim）4]nanosheet,HBim=benzimidazolate),which can achieve both efficient lithium ion sieving ability,high lithium ion passing rate and high electrochemical stability at the same *** separator assembled by this MON exhibits high Li+transfer number of 0.81 due to the accurate lithium ion and anion/solvent *** battery containing such separator shows high lithium ionic conductivity of 0.74 m S cm-1and low activation energy of 0.099 eV,which can be attributed to the nanometer level thickness and the ion sieving *** is more,we realized the application of MONs-based ion sieves in LMBs with intercalation cathodes for the first *** the LiFePO4|Li battery with as-assembled separator demonstrates improved Coulombic efficiency（>99%） and significantly extended cycling life（>1600 cycles） with 80% capacity retention.

Photocatalytic hydrogen evolution coupled with organic oxidation holds great promise for converting solar energy into high-valueadded chemicals,but it is hampered by sluggish charge dynamics and limited redox ***,a porous S-doped carbon nitride(S-C_(3)N_(4−y))foam assembled from ultrathin nanosheets with rich nitrogen vacancies was synthesized using a molecular selfassembly *** S dopants and N vacancies synergistically adjusted the band structure,facilitating light absorption and enhancing the oxidation ***,the ultrathin nanosheets and porous structure provided more exposed active sites and facilitated mass and charge ***,S-C_(3)N_(4−y) foam exhibited enhanced photocatalytic activities for synchronous hydrogen evolution(4960μmol/(h·g))and benzylamine oxidation to N-benzylidenebenzylamine(4885μmol/(h·g))with high selectivity of>99%,which were approximately 17.6 and 72.9 times higher than those of bulk CN,*** photocatalytic coupling pairing reaction promotes the water splitting by consuming H2O2,thereby improving the hydrogen evolution efficiency and achieving the production of high value-added *** study provides an effective route for regulating the morphology and band structure of carbon nitride for synthesizing highly valuable chemicals.

The challenges posed by energy and environmental issues have forced mankind to explore and utilize unconventional energy *** is imperative to convert the abundant coalbed gas(CBG)into high value-added products,i.e.,selective and efficient conversion of methane from *** activation,known as the“holy grail”,poses a challenge to the design and development of *** structural complexity of the active metal on the carrier is of particular *** this work,we have studied the nucleation growth of small Co clusters(up to Co_(6))on the surface of CeO_(2)(110)using density functional theory,from which a stable loaded Co/CeO_(2)(110)structure was selected to investigate the methane activation *** the relatively small size of the selected Co clusters,the obtained Co_(x)/CeO_(2)(110)exhibits interesting *** optimized Co_(5)/CeO_(2)(110)structure was selected as the optimal structure to study the activation mechanism of methane due to its competitive electronic structure,adsorption energy and binding *** energy barriers for the stepwise dissociation of methane to form CH3^(*),CH2^(*),CH^(*),and C^(*)radical fragments are 0.44,0.55,0.31,and 1.20 eV,respectively,indicating that CH^(*)dissociative dehydrogenation is the rate-determining step for the system under investigation *** fundamental study of metal-support interactions based on Co growth on the CeO_(2)(110)surface contributes to the understanding of the essence of Co/CeO_(2) catalysts with promising catalytic *** provides theoretical guidance for better designing the optimal Co/CeO_(2) catalyst for tailored catalytic reactions.

MOF-derived 1D CGO Cathode for Efficient Solid Oxide Electrolysis Cells

Solid oxide electrolysis cells(SOECs)provide a promising way for converting renewable energy into chemical ***,NiO/CGO(nickel-gadolinium doped ceria)cermet has shown its excellent properties in ionic and electronic conductivity under reducing ***,we developed a novel 1D NiO/CGO cathode through a cerium metal-organic framework(MOF)derived *** cathode’s 1D nanostructure integrated with a microchannel scaffold facilitates enhanced mass transport,providing vertically aligned pathways for CO_(2)and H_(2)O ***,the 1D framework increases the number of interfacial sites and reduces ion diffusion distances,thereby simplifying electron/ion ***,this advanced cathode achieved a significant breakthrough in SOEC performance,maintaining efficient CO_(2)and H_(2)O electrolysis at an extraordinary current density of 1.41 A/cm^(2)at 1.5 V and excellent stability over 24 h at 850℃.The enhanced performance of this newly developed cathode not only achieves a remarkable 100%improvement compared to those of NiO/CGO cathodes with varying geometrical configurations but also surpasses those of commercial NiO/CGO catalysts by an outstanding 40%when tested under identical *** development of the 1D NiO/CGO enhances the efficiency and durability of ceramic cathodes for CO_(2)and H_(2)O co-electrolysis in SOECs and improves the scalability and effectiveness of SOECs in renewable energy applications.
