Ti-bearing slag(TiO2>20 wt%)is a valuable titanium secondary *** extraction of titanium from the slag is difficult due to the complex composition and *** molten oxide electrolysis is considered as a promising method,silicon will be preferentially electroreduced compared to titanium due to low theoretical decomposition *** this work,a liquid copper cathode is used to selectively extract titanium from molten Al2O3-MgO-CaO-TiO2-SiO2 *** is found that comparing to silicon,titanium can be preferentially reduced by one-step electron transfer due to the enhanced depolarization effect on a liquid copper ***,Ti-Cu alloys are firstly obtained from molten Ti-bearing slag,and then Ti-Si alloys are co-electrodeposited in the molten oxide electrolyte with low TiO2 *** may be ascribed to the larger binding force between titanium and copper than that between silicon and *** provides an effective strategy for the separation of titanium from of Ti-bearing slag.

The shortage of transplantable skin is the leading cause of death in patients with extensive skin *** this challenge urgently requires the development of skin substitutes capable of wound repair and facilitating skin *** this study,a biomimetic bilayer skin tissue model consisting of collagen,gelatin/sodium alginate,fibroblasts,human umbilical vein endothelial cells,keratinocytes,melanocytes,and verteporfin was ***,the skin model was fabricated using precise extrusion/inkjet bioprinters,and it reconstruction capabilities were evaluated through skin defect repair *** printed skin tissue reduced the inflammatory response of the wound by 38%and inhibited the expression of TGF-βand YAP,and promoted the transformation of macrophages from M1 phenotype to M2 phenotype,thus promoting the reasonable reconstruction of fibronectin and collagen on the wound,finally promoting the wound healing,and reducing the wound contraction and scar *** addition,the proliferation and differentiation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells,keratinocytes,and melanocytes in printed skin increased the number of regenerated blood vessels by 123%,while promoting the reconstruction of multilayer epidermal structure and skin *** outcomes of this investigation present a promising skin model and therapeutic strategy for skin injury,offering a potential avenue for the reconstruction of skin structure and function.

This study was aimed to analyze the effect of procyanidin B2(PC)and tannin acid(TA)on the activities of cholesterol esterase(CEase)and the inhibitory mechanisms of enzymatic *** interaction mechanisms were investigated by enzymatic kinetics,multi-spectroscopy methods,thermodynamics analysis,molecular docking,and dynamic *** and TA could bind with CEase and inhibit the activity of enzyme in a mixed-competitive manner and non-competitive manner,which was verified by molecular docking simulations and dynamics ***,PC and TA showed the synergistic inhibition with ***,UVvis and the thermodynamic analysis revealed that the complexes were formed from CEase and inhibitors by noncovalent *** revealed by the circular dichroism results,both PC and TA decreased enzymatic activities by altering the conformations of *** inhibition of PC and TA on CEase might be one mechanism for its cholesterol-lowering effect.

BACKGROUND Gastric cancer(GC)is a prevalent malignancy with a substantial health burden and high mortality rate,despite advances in prevention,early detection,and *** with the global average,Asia,notably China,reports disproportionately high GC *** disease often progresses asymptoma-tically in the early stages,leading to delayed diagnosis and compromised ***,it is crucial to identify early diagnostic biomarkers and enhance treatment strategies to improve patient outcomes and reduce *** Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 148 patients with GC treated at the Civil Aviation Shanghai Hospital between December 2022 and December *** associations of coagulation indices-partial thromboplastin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT),fibrinogen,fibrinogen degradation products(FDP),fasting blood glucose,and D-dimer(D-D)with TNM stage and distant metastasis were *** Prolongation of APTT,PT,and TT was significantly correlated with the GC TNM ***,abnormal coagulation system activation was closely related to disease *** FDP and D-D were significantly associated with distant metastasis in GC(P<0.05),suggesting that increased fibrinolytic activity contributes to increased metastatic *** Our Results reveal coagulation indices,FDPs as GC biomarkers,reflecting abnormal coagulation/fibrinolysis,aiding disease progression,metastasis prediction,and helping clinicians assess thrombotic risk for early intervention and personalized treatment plans.

探究二月兰籽水提物(water extract of Orychophragmus violaceus(L.)*** seeds,OVSWE)治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(nonalcoholic steatohepatitis,NASH)治疗作用及作用机制。采用中国知网(China National Knowledge Infrastructure,CNKI)检索并获取OVSWE活性成分,使用疾病数据库以获取NASH的相关基因。提取OVSWE和NASH的交集靶点,进一步对“药物-潜在活性成分-潜在靶点”网络进行可视化展示。将交集靶点导入STRING数据库以构建蛋白-蛋白相互作用网络;然后进行GO功能和KEGG通路富集分析并可视化,再用Autodock软件实现分子对接模型的构建。最后通过动物实验对网络药理学预测的靶点及通路进行实验验证。网络药理学分析显示OVSWE治疗NASH的核心靶点有丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶1(Akt serine/threonine kinase 1,AKT1)及磷酸肌醇3激酶调节亚基1(phosphoinositide-3-kinase regulatory subunit 1,PIK3R1)等,核心成分有诸葛菜碱A、诸葛菜素B及诸葛菜素C;OVSWE治疗NASH与胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance,IR)、脂质代谢等相关信号通路关系密切。分子对接结果显示OVSWE中的核心成分与核心靶点AKT1对接良好。OVSWE治疗高脂高糖饮食联合CCl 4诱导NASH大鼠动物实验结果中,通过苏木精-伊红染色(hematoxylin-eosin staining,HE)及天狼猩红染色可观察到OVSWE可缓解肝脏脂质堆积和损伤;生化法检测发现,OVSWE可显著降低肝组织甘油三酯(triglycerides,TG)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)含量(P<0.05或P<0.01);大鼠血清葡萄糖(glucose,GLU)、游离脂肪酸(free fatty acid,FFA)、空腹胰岛素含量及IR指数亦显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。非靶向脂质组学分析表明经OVSWE干预后,NASH大鼠多种脂质差异物回调,对其通路富集发现脂质代谢紊乱主要表现在鞘脂代谢及甘油磷脂代谢通路。Western blot结果显示,OVSWE可显著增加肝组织胰岛素受体(insulin receptor,InsR)和p-AKT/AKT蛋白表达水平(P<0.05或P<0.01)。以上发现表明,OVSWE对高脂高糖饮食联合CCl 4诱导的NASH大鼠的治疗可能是通过激活InsR/PI3K/AKT信号通路,改善IR,调节脂质代谢来实现。

Design of a unified rendering shader for mobile device

Real-time graphics processing is all along a crucial task of mobile device, and it is conventionally supported by programmable graphics processing unit(Gpu). These Gpus are designed to flexibly support vertex and pixel processing with classic techniques such as on-chip cache and dynamic programmable pipelining. However, it is difficult for the vertex shader and pixel shader to achieve high utilization of hardware resources, even though there is a certain balance by reasonable processor quantity ratio. In this paper, a unified render shader with a very long instruction word(VLIW) processor was designed. The viewport transformation algorithm and the Mipmap mapping algorithm are respectively mapped on the shader, with the purpose of providing an energy-efficient and flexible hardware platform for graphics processing in mobile device. The implemented operating frequency is up to 134 MHz on Xilinx XC7 Z045-2-FFG900 field programmable gate array(FPGA), and unified architecture shader has a performance of 134 Mpixels/s in pixel fill rate, 546 Mtexels/s in texel fill rate.
