Through interface engineering and content control strategy,a PdBi bimetallic interface structure was constructed for the first time to selectively convert CO_(2)to formate with a remarkably high Faraday efficiency(FEformate)of 94%and a partial current density(jformate)of 34 mA·cm^(−2)at−0.8 V *** hydrogen electrode(RHE)in an ***,the PdBi interface electrocatalyst even exhibited a high current density of 180 mA·cm^(−2)with formate selectivity up to 92%in a flow cell and could steadily operate for at least 20 *** in-situ attenuated total reflection surface enhanced infrared absorption spectroscopy(ATR-SEIRAS)confirmed that the PdBi interface could greatly weaken the adsorption of*CO intermediates due to electronic and geometric *** functional theory(DFT)calculations also established that the PdBi interface regulated the CO_(2)-to-formate pathway by reducing the energy barrier toward HCOOH and largely weakening the adsorption of*CO intermediates on the catalyst *** study reveals that the unique PdBi bimetallic interface can provide a novel platform to study the reaction mechanism through combining in-situ ATR-SEIRAS and DFT calculations.

AIM： To investigate the increasing the susceptibility pylon） to metronidazole. mechanisms of aspirin of Helicobacter pylori （H METHODS： Hpylori reference strain 26695 and two metronidazole-resistant isolates of H pylori were included in this study. Strains were incubated in Brucella broth with or without aspirin （1 mmol/L）. The rdxA gene of Hpylori was amplified by PCR and sequenced. The permeability of Hpylori to antimicrobials was determined by analyzing the endocellular radioactivity of the cells after incubated with [7-^3H]-tetracycline. The outer membrane proteins （OMPs） of Hpylori 26695 were depurated and analyzed by SDS-PAGE. The expression of 5 porins （hopA, hopB, hopC, hopD and hopE） and the putative RND efflux system （hefABC） of H pylori were analyzed using real-time quantitative PCR. RESULTS： The mutations in rdxA gene did not change in metronidazole resistant isolates treated with aspirin. The radioactivity of H pylori increased when treated with aspirin, indicating that aspirin improved the permeability of the outer membrane of H pylori. However, the expression of two OMP bands between 55 kDa and 72 kDa altered in the presence of *** expression of the mRNA of hopA, hopB, hopC, hopD, hopE and herA, hefB, hefC of H pylori did not change when treated with aspirin. CONCLUSION： Although aspirin increases the susceptibility of H pylori to metronidazole, it has no effect on the mutations of rdxA gene of Hpylori. Aspirin increases endocellular concentrations of antimicrobials probably by altering the OMP expression.

Rice seedling blight,caused by various fungi,including Fusarium oxysporum,poses a severe threat to rice *** awareness grows regarding the environmental and safety hazards associated with the application of fungicides for managing rice seedling blight,there has been a shift in focus towards biological control *** this study,we isolated biocontrol bacteria from paddy fields that significantly inhibited the growth of *** in vitro and identified the strains as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens T40 and Bacillus pumilus ***,our findings indicated that the combined application of these Bacillus strains in soil was more effective in reducing the incidence of rice seedling blight than their individual *** of 16S and internal transcribed spacer rRNA gene sequencing data revealed that the mixture of the T40 and T208 strains exhibited the lowest average clustering coefficients,which were negatively correlated with the biomass of ***-inoculated rice ***,this mixture led to higher stochastic assembly(average|βNTI|<2)and reduced selection pressures on rice rhizosphere bacteria compared with individual strain *** mixture of the T40 and T208 strains also significantly increased the expression of defense-related *** conclusion,the mixture of the T40 and T208 strains effectively modulates microbial community structures,enhances microbial network stability,and boosts the resistance against rice seedling *** study supports the development and utilization of biological resources for crop protection.

Evolution and generation mechanism of retained oil in lacustrine shales: A combined ReaxFF-MD and pyrolysis simulation perspective

Objective To investigate the effects of different duration of myocardialischemia on reperfusion -induced arrhythmias and cardiac performance、 MDA 、 SOD 、 morphological in rat hearts in vivo. Method Adult Wistar rats were randomly dividedinto six groups. The left anterior coronary descending branch was ligated in 0,5, 10,15,30min and 1 hour respectively following 45min of reperfusion. The ECG were recorded incessantly. LVSP and ± LVdp/dtmax of pre-ischemia、post-ischemia and 45min reperfusion were recorded. Myocardial tissue of infarc-ted zone was scissor tomeasure malondialdehyde ( MDA ) content and superoxidedismutase ( SOD ) content. The reperfused myocardial morphology were observed. Result The occurrence rate of reperfusion arrhythmias was 100% after 10min ischemia and 45min reperfusion, the occurrence rate was declined whether the ischemia duration shorter or longer, none of reperfusion arrhythmia occur after 1 hour occlusion of coronary artery in rat. LVSP, ± LVdp/dtmax 、 SOD were decreased along with the ischemic duration prolonged, on the contrary MDA was increased. Microscopy revealed stunned - myocardial tissuestructure was normal after 5 - 15min ischemia following 45min reperfusion, 30min myocardial ischemia induced slice or stove range of necrosis of cell, farthermore,1h myocardial ischemia induced obviously necrosis. Conclusion The degree of reperfusion arrhythmias will be more severity alonged with the prolonging of ischemia duration in a limit time, after a peak time it is abated and over a limited time reperfusion arrhythmias do not occur. Free oxygen radicals are not the most important to reperfusion arrhythmi-a. Cardiac performance, free oxygen radicals are decreased along with the myocardial ischemic duration. Early reperfusion can attenuate the degree of myocardial stuning.

To accurately investigate the evolution characteristics and generation mechanism of retained oil, the study analyzed organic-rich lacustrine shale samples from the Paleogene Kongdian Formation in Cangdong Sag, Bohai Bay Basin. This analysis involves Rock-Eval pyrolysis, pyrolysis simulation experiments,Gas Chromatograph Mass Spectrometer（GC-MS）, and reactive molecular dynamics simulations（Reax FF）. The results revealed the retained oil primarily consisted of n-alkanes with carbon numbers ranging from C14to C36. The generation of retained oil occurred through three stages. A slow growth stage of production rate was observed before reaching the peak of oil production in Stage I. Stage II involved a rapid increase in oil retention, with C12-C17and C24-C32serving as the primary components,increasing continuously during the pyrolysis process. The generation process involved the cleavage of weak bonds, including bridging bonds（hydroxyl, oxy, peroxy, imino, amino, and nitro）, ether bonds, and acid amides in the first stage（Ro= 0.50%-0.75%）. The carbon chains in aromatic ring structures with heteroatomic functional groups breaks in the second stage（Ro= 0.75%-1.20%）. In the third stage（Ro= 1.20%-2.50%）, the ring structures underwent ring-opening reactions to synthesize iso-short-chain olefins and radicals, while further breakdown of aliphatic chains occurred. By coupling pyrolysis simulation experiments and molecular simulation technology, the evolution characteristics and bond breaking mechanism of retained oil in three stages were revealed, providing a reference for the formation and evolution mechanism of retained oil.

Background:Balloon catheter isolation is a promising auxiliary method for thermal ablation treatment of liver cancer. We aimed to explore the safety and effectiveness of balloon catheter isolation-assisted ultrasound-guided percutaneous microwave ablation (MWA) in treating liver cancer in difficult anatomical ***:Data of 132 patients with 145 difficult-site liver cancer treated with ultrasound-guided percutaneous MWA were retrospectively analyzed. Participants were classified into the isolation (n=40)and non-isolation (n=92) groups based on whether the patients were treated using a balloon catheter prior to ablation. The major complication rates, local tumor residuals (LTR), and tumor follow-up for local tumor progression (LTP) at 6 and 12 months post-ablation were compared between the two ***:The rates of major postoperative complications did not significantly differ between the isolation and non-isolation groups (2.5%vs. 4.3%, P=0.609). The postoperative LTR rates were significantly different between the isolation and non-isolation groups (4.8%vs. 17.5%, P=0.032). Balloon catheter isolation [odds ratio (OR)=0.225, 95%confidence interval (CI):0.085–0.595, P=0.009] and tumor diameter(OR=2.808, 95%CI:1.186–6.647, P=0.019) were identified as independent factors influencing LTR *** cumulative LTP rates at 6 and 12 months after ablation showed no significant differences between the isolation and non-isolation groups (2.6%vs. 7.9%, P=0.661;4.9%vs. 9.8%, P=0.676, respectively).Cox proportional hazards regression analysis showed that tumor diameter was an independent risk factor for cumulative LTP rate (OR=3.445, 95%CI:1.406–8.437, P=0.017).Conclusions:Balloon catheter isolation-assisted MWA was safe and effective in the treatment of difficultsite liver cancer. Additionally, tumor diameter significantly influenced LTR and LTP rates after ablation.

The Triple Ionosphere Photo Meter(TRIPM)is a far ultraviolet nadir-view photometer that is onboard the secondgeneration,polar-orbiting Chinese meteorological satellite Feng-Yun 3E(FY-3E),which was launched on July 5,*** has three channels,and each is used to measure different types of emissions:(1)135.6 nm airglow produced by the recombination of the O+ions and electrons in the absence of sunlight(nighttime channel);(2)135.6 nm airglow from the OI when sunlight is present(daytime/dusk-dawn 135.6 nm channel);and(3)Airglow in the N_(2)LBH of the TRIPM(daytime/dusk-dawn N_(2)LBH channel).FY-3E is a satellite operating in the early morning ***,the data are mostly distributed on the dawndusk side or at times when the solar zenith angle is relatively *** this study,combined with simulation calculations,the data are *** further explore the application value of the data products,a model is used to separate the ionospheric radiative recombination contribution from the thermosphere photoelectron impact excitation contribution in the data from the daytime/dusk-dawn 135.6 nm *** approach not only improves the accuracy of O/N_(2)derived from the 135.6 nm channel and N_(2)LBH channel but also provides the ionospheric 135.6 nm radiance at the same time as the *** results show that the 135.6 nm radiance originating from the combination of O+and electrons extracted from the measurement data exhibits similar equatorial anomaly peak structure characteristics and seasonal variations as the corresponding GPS total electron content(TEC)*** the other hand,the separated 135.6 nm radiance generated from the thermosphere photoelectron collision excitation does not contain radiative recombination contributions;thus,the ionosphere influence is greatly avoided when the O/N_(2)is obtained.
