The shrinking silicon feature size causes the continuous increment of the aging effect due to the negative bias temperature instability （NBTI）, which becomes a potential stopper for IC development. As the basis of circuit-level aging protection, an efficient aging critical-gate identification method is crucially required to select a set of gates for protection to guarantee the normal lifetime of the circuits. The existing critical-gate identification methods always depend on a critical path set which contains so many paths that its generation procedure requires undesirable CPU runtime; furthermore, these methods can achieve a better solution with taking account of the topological connection. This paper proposes a time-efficient critical gates identification method with topological connection analysis, which chooses a small set of critical gates. Experiments over many circuits of ITC99 and ISCAS benchmark demonstrate that, to guarantee the normal lifetime （e.g., 10 years） of each circuit, our method achieves a 3.97x speedup and saves as much as 27.21% area overhead compared with the existing methods.

In this paper,a variable-coefficient modified Kadomtsev-Petviashvili(vcm KP)system is investigated by modeling the propagation of electromagnetic waves in an isotropic charge-free infinite ferromagnetic thin film and nonlinear waves in plasma physics and ***éanalysis is given out,and an auto-B?cklund transformation is constructed via the truncated Painlevé*** on the auto-B?cklund transformation,analytic solutions are given,including the solitonic,periodic and rational *** the Lie symmetry approach,infinitesimal generators and symmetry groups are *** the Lagrangian,the vcm KP equation is shown to be nonlinearly ***,conservation laws for the vcm KP equation are derived by means of a general conservation ***,the physical characteristics of the influences of the coefficient parameters on the solutions are discussed *** solutions have comprehensive implications for the propagation of solitary waves in nonuniform backgrounds.

The multicolor Ramsey number r_(k)(C_(4))is the smallest integer N such that any k-edge coloring of KN contains a monochromatic C_(4).The current best upper bound of r_(k)(C_(4))was obtained by Chung(1974)and independently by Irving(1974),i.e.,r_(k)(C_(4))≤k^(2)+k+1 for all k≥*** is no progress on the upper bound since *** this paper,we improve the upper bound of r_(k)(C_(4))by showing that r_(k)(C_(4))≤k^(2)+k-1 for even k≥*** improvement is based on the upper bound of the Turan number ex(n,C4),in which we mainly use the double counting method and many novel ideas from Firke,Kosek,Nash,and Williford[***,Ser.B 103(2013),327-336].

The equilibrium melting point(T_(m)^(0))is a crucial thermodynamic parameter for characterizing the crystallization and melting behavior of semi-crystalline ***,the direct measurement of T_(m)^(0) poses a significant challenge because of the difficulty in physically fabricating fully-extended chain crystals of high-molecular-weight ***,various extrapolation equations for T_(m)^(0) have been proposed that utilize the thermal properties of ordinary folded-chain *** these,the Gibbs-Thomson equation is one of the most commonly employed for *** its widespread use,there are notable variations in the T_(m)^(0) values obtained by different research groups,even when based on similar *** raises questions about the validity and accuracy of using the Gibbs-Thomson equation to linearly extrapolate T_(m)^(0).In this study,we prepared a series of oligomer extended-chain crystals(ECCs)of poly(butylene succinate)(PBS)and used their properties for Gibbs-Thomson *** results reveal a perfect linear relationship,with an extrapolated T_(m)^(0) value of 136.08℃.The basal surface free energy of the oligomer ECCs was calculated as 0.084 J/m^(2),which is approximately twice that of folded-chain *** difference is attributed to the aggregation of highly mobile free tails on the crystal *** two structural features of oligomer ECCs—large thickness and fixed surface—better fulfill the conditions for applying the Gibbs-Thomson equation,ensuring its validity and ***,we believe that the Gibbs-Thomson fit can produce reliable results when sufficient high-quality data are used.

Accurately predicting battery degradation is crucial for battery system ***,due to the complexities of aging mechanisms and limitations of historical data,comprehensively indicating battery degradation solely through maximum capacity loss assessment is *** machine learning offers promising solutions,it often overlooks domain knowledge,resulting in reduced accu racy,increased computational burden and decreased ***,this study proposes a method to predict the voltage-capacity（V-Q） curve during battery degradation with limited historical *** process is achieved through two physically interpretable components:a lightweight interpretable physical model and a physics-informed neural *** components incorporate domain knowledge into machine learning to improve V-Q curve prediction performance and enhance *** validation was conducted on 52 batteries of different types under different testing *** proposed method can accurately predict future *** for hundreds of cycles using only one-present-cycle V-Q curve,with root mean square error and mean absolute error basically less than 0.035 Ah and R2basically less than 98.5%.This means that incremental capacity curves can be extracted from the predicted results for a more comprehensive and accurate battery degradation ***,the method can flexibly adjust prediction length and density to cater to the practical needs of long-cycle prediction and data *** study provides a viable method for rapid degradation prediction and is expected to be generalized to in-vehicle implementations.

Kalman滤波算法应用于基本Elman网络学习时,收敛速度较快,但收敛精度往往不高;而基于梯度下降的BP算法可以以很高的精度实现输入输出的非线性映射,但在极值点处收敛速度缓慢.针对上述问题,提出一种将Kalman滤波算法应用于基本Elman网络的新学习训练算法.该算法结合Kalman滤波算法和基于梯度下降的BP算法的优点来训练网络,以基本Elman网络隐层单元输出作为非线性系统的状态变量,通过Kalman滤波算法实现状态变量的快速准确跟踪,然后通过梯度下降法修正权值以保证精度.另外,在训练过程中,通过增加训练样本的信息内容来提高网络收敛的精度.仿真结果表明了该算法的有效性.

A novel water-soluble luminescent complex consisting of Eu(ally-dbm)3-2Tppo and poly(N-isopropyl acrylamide)(PNIPAM)is synthesized through a series of chemical *** structure of the complex is characterized by TGA,GPC,HNMR,and the thermal-responsive uorescence of the complex in aqueous solution is *** is found that PNIPAM collapse above the lower critical solution temperature causes the coordination bond breaking,leading to weakening of the uorescence from Eu3+and enhancing of the uorescence from the *** temperature decreases,the uorescence from Eu3+is found to boost up and the uorescence from ligands weakens *** is deduced from this phenomenon that the ligands recoordinate with europium ions again along with the temperature decreasing,which is further confirmed by IR *** thermal-responsive uorescence is of reversibility,which can be used as molecular probes for biological imaging and collapse studying of PNIPAM.
