Ten novel isocoumarins,including four pairs of enantiomers,were isolated from Artemisia dubia ***(Asteraceae).Compounds 1,2 and 3a/3b possessed a unique 6/6/6-tricyclic system comprising an unusual 1-(2-methylcyclohexyl)propan-1-one moiety fused with isocoumarin core *** 4a/4b were characterized as an unexpected 2,5-dimethylcyclohexan-1-one scaffold,and compounds 5a/5b and 6a/6b were rare 1,*** structures and absolute configurations were elucidated through spectroscopic data,X-ray crystallography,ECD and NMR calculations with DP4+*** biosynthetic pathways were proposed from the naturally occurring *** pharmacological analysis suggested that the targets of compound 1 were significantly enriched in the cell cycle and Pl3K-Akt signaling *** molecular docking revealed that compound 1 had high binding affinity with CDK2(total score:6.8717).Furthermore,compounds 1 and 2 exhibited inhibitory activity on three human hepatoma cell lines,with inhibitory ratios of 85.1% and 84.5%(HepG2),88.2% and 87.3%(Huh7),and 69.2% and 69.1%(SK-Hep-1)at 200μmol·L^(-1),respectively.

Ammonia(NH3)emissions,the most important nitrogen(N)loss form,always induce a series of environmental problems such as increased frequency of regional haze pollution,accelerated N deposition,and N *** mycorrhizal(AM)fungi play key roles in N ***,it is still unclear whether AM fungi can alleviate N losses by reducing *** potential mechanisms by which AM fungi reduce NH_(3)emissions in five land-use types(grazed grassland,mowed grassland,fenced grassland,artificial alfalfa grassland,and cropland)were explored in this *** showed that AM fungal inoculation significantly reduced NH3emissions,and the mycorrhizal responses of NH3emissions were determined by land-use *** equation modeling(SEM)showed that AM fungi and land-use type directly affected NH_(3)*** addition,the reduction in NH_(3)emissions was largely driven by the decline in soil NH_(4)^(+)-N and pH and the increases in abundances of ammonia-oxidizing archaea(AOA)amoA and bacteria(AOB)amoB genes,urease activity,and plant N uptake induced by AM fungal inoculation and land-use *** present results highlight that reducing the negative influence of agricultural intensification caused by land-use type changes on AM fungi should be considered to reduce N losses in agriculture and grassland ecosystems.

Topological photonics provides a platform for robust energy transport regardless of sharp corners and ***,the frequency multiplexing topological devices have attracted much attention due to the ability to separate optical signals by wavelength and hence the potential application in optical communication *** frequency multiplexing topological devices are generally based on the slow light ***,the resulting static local spatial mode or finely tuned flat band has zero-group velocity,making it difficult for both experimental excitation and channel ***,we propose and experimentally demonstrate an alternative prototype of asymmetric frequency multiplexing devices including a topological rainbow and frequency router based on floating topological edge mode(instead of localized ones);hence the multiple wavelength channels can be collectively excited with a point source and efficiently routed to separate output *** channel separation in our design is achieved by gradually tuning the band gap truncation on a topological edge band over a wide range of frequencies.A crucial feature lies in that the topological edge band is detached from bulk states and floating within the upper and lower photonic band *** interestingly,due to the sandwiched morphology of the edge band,the top and bottom band gaps will each truncate into transport channels that support topological propagation towards opposite directions,and the asymmetrical transportation is realized for the frequency multiplexing topological devices.

Background Acute lung injury （Ali） is a common syndrome associated with high morbidity and mortality in emergency medicine. Cell apoptosis plays a key role in the pathogenesis of ALl. Hydrogen sulfide （H2S） plays a protective role during acute lung injury. We designed this study to examine the role of H2S in the lung alveolar epithelial cell apoptosis in rats with ALl. Methods Sixty-nine male Sprague Dawley rats were used. Ali was induced by intra-tail vein injection of oleic acid （OA）. NariS solution was injected intraperitonally 30 minutes before OA injection as the NariS pretreatment group. Single sodium hydrosulfide pretreatment group and control group were designed. Index of quantitative assessment （IQA）, wet/dry weight （W/D） ratio and the percentage of polymorphonuclear leukocyte （PMN） cells in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid （BALF） were determined. H2S level in lung tissue was measured by a sensitive sulphur electrode. Apoptosis was evaluated by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase dUTP nick end labeling （TUNEL） staining and Fas protein was measured by immunohistochemical staining. Results The level of endogenous H2S in lung tissue decreased with the development of ALl induced by OA injection. Apoptosis and Fas protein in alveolar epithelial cells increased in the ALl of rats but NariS lessened apoptosis and Fas protein expression in alveolar epithelial cells of rats with ALl. Conclusion Endogenous H2S protects rats from oleic acid-induced ALl, probably by inhibiting cell apoptosis.

The prediction accuracy of existing models of the rolling force of a thick plate is always very *** address this problem,a high-precision genetic algorithm-backpropagation network(GA-BP)model of deformation resistance was built,and its integration with the traditional fitted model was further ***,a novel rolling force model was obtained by embedding the integration model of deformation resistance in the original model of rolling *** to this research idea,the industrial data are normalized at *** this basis,the interactions among the process parameters were disclosed through the variance analysis,and then described by various virtual *** factors are set as part of input ***,the optimal structure of the GA-BP model of deformation resistance was determined and an integration model of deformation resistance was ***,a novel rolling force model is obtained by substituting the traditional fitted deformation resistance into the Sims model with the integration model of the deformation *** results proves that the introduction of virtual factors can increase the hit rate of±5%from 75.8%to 78%and can reduce the root mean square error from 4.72%to 4.48%.Besides,it is found that the mean relative error of the traditional fitted deformation resistance is 0.142,while that of the modified deformation resistance is only *** addition,the mean relative error in the original rolling force model is 0.145,while that of the present model is only 0.03.

Accurate prediction of the rate of penetration(ROP)is significant for drilling *** the intelligent ROP prediction model based on fully connected neural networks(FNN)outperforms traditional ROP equations and machine learning algorithms,its lack of interpretability undermines its *** study proposes a novel interpretation and characterization method for the FNN ROP prediction model using the Rectified linear Unit(ReLU)activation *** leveraging the derivative of the ReLU function,the FNN function calculation process is transformed into vector *** FNN model is linearly characterized through further simplification,enabling its interpretation and *** proposed method is applied in ROP prediction scenarios using drilling data from three vertical wells in the Tarim *** results demonstrate that the FNN ROP prediction model with ReLU as the activation function performs exceptionally *** relative activation frequency curve of hidden layer neurons aids in analyzing the overfitting of the FNN ROP model and determining drilling data *** the well sections with similar drilling data,averaging the weight parameters enables linear characterization of the FNN ROP prediction model,leading to the establishment of a corresponding linear representation ***,the quantitative analysis of each feature's influence on ROP facilitates the proposal of drilling parameter optimization schemes for the current well *** established linear characterization equation exhibits high precision,strong stability,and adaptability through the application and validation across multiple well sections.

Gibberellic acid(GA3)is a vital plant growth hormone widely used in ***,GA3 production relies on liquid fermentation by the filamentous fungus Fusarium ***,the lack of an effective selection marker recycling system hampers the application of metabolic engineering technology in ***,as multiple-gene editing and positive-strain screening still rely on a limited number of *** this study,we developed a strategy using pyr4-blaster and CRISPR/Cas9 tools for recycling orotidine-5'-phosphate decarboxylase(Pyr4)selection *** demonstrated the effectiveness of this method for iterative gene integration and large gene-cluster *** also successfully improved GA3 titers by overexpressing geranylgeranyl pyrophosphate synthase and truncated 3-hydroxy-3-methyl glutaryl coenzyme A reductase,which rewired the GA3 biosynthesis *** results highlight the efficiency of our established system in recycling selection markers during iterative gene editing ***,the selection marker recycling system lays the foundation for further research on metabolic engineering for GA3 industrial production.

Protective Effect of Low-dose Sevoflurane Inhalation and Propofol Anesthesia on the Myocardium after Carotid Endarterectomy： A Randomized Controlled Trial

Background： Myocardial infarction is an important cause of mortality after carotid endarterectomy （CEA）. Sevoflurane provides myocardial protection to patients undergoing coronary surgery, but whether it also reduces the incidence of myocardial injury in CEA patients is unclear. In this study, we evaluated the cardioprotective effect of low-dose sevoflurane with propofol in patients undergoing CEA. Methods： This was a single-center, prospective, randomized study conducted between November 2011 and December 2013. The study population of 122 patients who underwent CEA were randomly assigned to two groups. Group A （n = 62） received propofol for anesthetic maintenance, and Group B （n = 60） additionally received 0.8% end-tidal sevoflurane. The bispectral index was kept at 40-60. Myocardial injury, defined as cardiac troponin 1 （cTnl） levels 〉0.04 ng/ml, was the primary end-point. Levels ofcTnl were measured before anesthesia, and at 4, 24, and 7211 after surgery. Perioperative hemodynamic parameters and adverse cardiovascular events after surgery were also recorded. Results： Myocardial injury was detected in 18 patients in Group A and 7 in Group B. The difference was statistically signifcant （29.0% vs. 11.7%, P= 0.018）. The hemodynamic parameters were comparable between the groups, as were adverse cardiovascular events （P = 0.619）. Conclusions： Low-dose sevoflurane inhalation along with propofol reduces the incidence of myocardial injury in symptomatic patients after CEA.

A root hair is a polarly elongated single-celled structure that derives from a root epidermal cell and func-tions in uptake of water and nutrients from the surrounding *** reports have demon-strated that short periods of high pH inhibit root hair extension;but the effects of long-term high-pH treat-ment on root hair growth are still ***,we report that the duration of root hair elongation is signicantly prolonged with increasing external pH,which counteracts the effect of decreasing root hair elongation rate and ultimately produces longer root hairs,whereas loss of actin-depolymerizing factor 8 and 11(ADF8/11)function causes shortening of root hair length at high pH(pH 7.4).Accumulation of ADF8/11 at the tips of root hairs is inhibited by high pH,and increasing environmental pH affects the actinlament(F-actin)meshwork at the root hair *** high pH,the tip-focused F-actin meshwork is absent in root hairs of the adf8/11 mutant,actinlaments are disordered at the adf8/11 root hair tips,and actin turn-over is *** and recycling vesicles do not aggregate in the apical region of adf8/11 root hairs at high ***,our results suggest that,under long-term exposure to high extracellular pH,ADF8/11 may establish and maintain the tip-focused F-actin meshwork to regulate polar trafcking of secretory/recycling vesicles at the root hair tips,thereby promoting root hair elongation.
