Influence of Lamellar Direction in Pearlitic Steel Wire on Mechanical Properties and Microstructure Evolution

During cold drawing of pearlitic steel wire, the lamellar structure becomes gradually aligned with the draw ing axis, which contributes to the ultra high strength. A direct simulation about the mechanical behaviors and microstructural evolution of pearlitic lamellae was presented. A representative volume element （RVE） containing one pearlitic colony was established based on the real transmission electron microscope （TEM） observation. The deformation of pearlitic colony during tension, shear and wire drawing were successfully simulated. The numerical results show that this metallographic texture leads to a strong anisotropy. The colony has higher yielding stress when the la mellar direction is parallel and perpendicular to the tensile direction. The lamellar evolution is strongly dependent on the initial direction and deformation mode. The formation of typical period shear bands is analyzed. In the wire draw ing, the pearlitic colony at the sub surface experiences a complex strain path： rotation, stretching along the die sur face, and rotation back.

提出一种可用于管道安全维护的全光纤监测定位系统。系统以多个熔锥型光纤耦合器构造的双Sagnac干涉光路监测扰动信号,利用其复用段上对同一个扰动信号产生两组不同响应的特点消除监测结果的不确定性,将两组信号同时进行差分放大、快速傅里叶变换,在此基础上采用Daubechies3小波去噪的分析方法,解决扰动源特性限制问题,得到表征其位置的频响曲线。在47.401km的环路复用段上施加模拟油气管道所受到的人为侵扰,系统正确确定了这一常见随机扰动源的位置,平均误差小于100m,表明该系统能够对较长距离的管道设施进行实时监测定位。

In the context of the“dual carbon”goals,to address issues such as high energy consumption,high costs,and low power quality in the rapid development of electrified railways,this study focused on the China Railways High-Speed 5 Electric Multiple Unit and proposed a mathematical model and capacity optimization method for an onboard energy storage system using lithium batteries and supercapacitors as storage ***,considering the electrical characteristics,weight,and volume of the storage media,a mathematical model of the energy storage system was ***,to tackle problems related to energy consumption and power quality,an energy management strategy was proposed that comprehensively considers peak shaving and valley filling and power quality by controlling the charge/discharge thresholds of the storage *** optimization adopted a bilevel programming model,with the series/parallel number of storage modules as variables,considering constraints imposed by the Direct Current to Direct Current converter,train load,and *** improved Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm and linear programming solver were used to solve specific *** results show that the proposed onboard energy storage system can effectively achieve energy savings,reduce consumption,and improve power qualitywhile meeting the load and space limitations of the train.

左乙拉西坦和卡马西平治疗癫痫的临床研究

目的观察在单独使用左乙拉西坦和卡马西平的情况下,癫痫患者的认知功能与脑电波的治疗效果差异。方法将69例患者依据用药方法分为对照组35例与试验组34例。对照组口服卡马西平,每次100 mg,每日2次,口服;试验组口服左乙拉西坦,初始剂量为每次250 mg,4周之内逐渐增加到每次500 mg,每日2次,口服。2组治疗时间均定为6个月。对比2组的脑电图检查结果、认知功能、治疗效果、药物不良反应情况。结果治疗后,试验组和对照组的总有效率分别为100.00%(34例/34例)和94.29%(33例/35例),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,试验组和对照组的棘波指数分别为(13.53±2.77)和(18.31±2.67)次·min^(-1),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。试验组和对照组的药物不良反应发生率分别为14.71%(5例/34例)和37.14%(13例/35例),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卡马西平、左乙拉西坦对癫痫患者的认知功能改善效果相似,但左乙拉西坦对脑电波的改善效果更佳,且药物不良反应发生率更低。

MXenes obtained significant attention in the field of energy storage devices due to their characteristic layered structure,modifiable surface functional groups,large electrochemically active surface,and regulable interlayer ***,the self-restacking and sluggish ions diffusion kinetics performance of MXenes during the alkali metal ions insertion/extraction process severely impedes their cycle stability and rate *** paper proposes an aniline molecule welding strategy for welding p-phenylenediamine（PPDA） into the interlayers of Ti2C through a dehydration condensation *** welded PPDA molecules can contribute pillar effect to the layered structure of *** pillar effect effectively maintains the structural stability during the sodium ions insertion/extraction process and effectively expands the interlayer spacing of Ti2C from 1.16 to 1.38 nm,thereby enhancing ions diffusion kinetics performance and improving the long-term cycle *** Ti2C-PPDA demonstrates outstanding Na+storage capability,exhibiting a specific capacity of 100.2 mAh·g-1at a current density of 0.1 A·g-1over 960 cycles and delivering a remarkable rate capability 81.2 mAh·g-1at a current density of 5 A·*** study demonstrates that expanding interlayer spacing is a promising strategy to enhance the Na+storage capacity and improve long-term cycling stability,which provides significant guidance for the design of two-dimensional Na+storage materials with high-rate capability and cycle stability.

As battery deployments in electric vehicles and energy storage systems grow, ensuring homogeneous performance across units is crucial. We propose a multi-derivative imaging fusion(MDIF) model, employing advanced imaging and machine learning to predict battery aging trajectories from minimal initial data, thus facilitating effective performance grouping before deployment. Utilizing a derivative strategy and Gramian Angular Difference Field for dimensional enhancement, the MDIF model uncovers subtle predictive features from discharge curve data after only ten cycles. The architecture includes a parallel convolutional neural network with lateral connections to enhance feature integration and *** on a self-developed dataset, the model achieves an average root-mean-square error of 0.047 Ah and an average mean absolute percentage error of 1.60%, demonstrating high precision and *** robustness is further validated through transfer learning on two publicly available datasets, adapting with minimal retraining. This approach significantly reduces the testing cycles required, lowering both time and costs associated with battery testing. By enabling precise battery behavior predictions with limited data, the MDIF model optimizes battery utilization and deployment strategies, enhancing system efficiency and sustainability.
