ASD (autism spectrum disorder) is a neurodevelopmental disorder influenced by.genes and the environment. This study.investigated the protective effects of bovine MFGM (BMFGM) and goat MFGM (GMFGM) supplementation on ASD model mice. Analy.is of phospholipid composition showed higher levels of phosphatidy.choline in BMFGM and phosphatidy.ethanolamine in GMFGM. Behavioral results indicated MFGMs ameliorated social deficits， with GMFGM being more effective. MFGMs mitigated neuroinflammation by.suppressing microglial overactivation and proinflammatory.cy.okines expression， meanwhile GMFGM increased the anti-inflammatory.factor IL-10. MFGMs also altered gut microbiota composition and maintained gut barrier integrity. Uniquely. GMFGM increased buty.ate production. Correlation analy.is revealed positive associations between social behavior， levels of phosphatidy.choline， sphingomy.lin， and the abundance of Allobaculum， Clostridium＿sensu＿stricto， and Turicibacter. Overall， these findings revealed the protective effects of MFGMs on neurodevelopment in ASD animal models and the underly.ng mechanism could be partly.explained by.their regulation of gut microbiota by.the phospholipid components in MFGMs.

It is very.common for similar granitoids to be emplaced in the same tectonic region， with some being metal-fertilized while others are barren. The reasons for this are still not clear. Here， we take the Shangcheng pluton as an example. This pluton occurs close to the giant Shapinggou porphy.y.Mo deposit， and we use amphibole and biotite geochemistry.as sensitive tracers to explore this issue. The Shangcheng granitoids comprise the Sigudun （SGD） and Shiguwa （SGW） units， with emplacement ages ranging from 140 ± 3 Ma to 134 ± 2.4 Ma， as revealed by.titanite U-Pb dating. The geochemical data of amphibole and biotite indicate that the magma intruded from depths of ～3.3 km to ～2.3 km with increasing oxy.en fugacity. The modeled results indicate that water content is an essential factor for metal fertilization， as the Shangcheng pluton has a lower water content than the Shapinggou Mo-bearing granite. The Shangcheng pluton is also characterized by.fluorine-poor conditions， with lower halogen fugacity.values of IV（F） and log (f H2O/f HF)fluid. In contrast， the increasing y.Ho and Nb/Ta ratios of the Shapinggou Mo-bearing granite indicate the F-rich nature of the fertilized Shapinggou magma， and its lower Zr/Hf and K/Rb ratios suggest a greater magma differentiation. Therefore， water-poor and F-poor magma， in combination with low-degree fractional cry.tallization， may.be the major controlling factors responsible for the Mo-barren nature of the Shangcheng pluton.

To validate the design rationality.of the power coupler for the RFQ cavity.and minimize cavity.contamination,we designed a low-loss offline conditioning cavity.and conducted high-power *** offline cavity.features two coupling ports and two tuners,operating at a frequency.of 162.5 MHz with a tuning range of 3.2 *** the installation angle of the coupling ring and the insertion depth of the tuner helps minimize cavity.*** performed electromagnetic structural and multiphy.ics simulations,revealing a minimal theoretical power loss of 4.3%.However,when the cavity.frequency.varied by.10 kHz,theoretical power losses increased to10%,necessitating constant tuner adjustments during *** simulations indicated that increased cavity.temperature did not affect frequency.*** completion of the offline high-power conditioning platform,we measured the transmission performance,revealing a power loss of 6.3%,exceeding the theoretical *** utilized efficient automatic range scanning and standing wave resonant *** fully.condition the power coupler,a 15°phase difference between two standing wave points in the condition-ing sy.tem was ***,the maximum continuous wave power surpassed 20 kW,exceeding the expected target.

Near-infrared(NIR)phosphor-converted light-emitting diodes/laser diodes(LEDs/LDs)are prospective lighting sources for NIR ***,developing NIR phosphor materials with desired thermal robustness and high photoelectric efficiency.is a crucial challenge for their *** this work,based on the cationic radius matching effect,a series of(Lu,y._(3)(Al,Sc,Cr)_(2)Al_(3)O_(12)NIR phosphor ceramics(Luy.cCr NIR-PCs)were fabricated by.vacuum *** thermal stability.95%@150℃)was obtained in the prepared NIR-PCs,owing to their weak electron-phonon coupling effect(small Huang-Rhy. factor).Being excited at 460 nm,NIR-PCs realized a broadband emission(650-850 nm)with internal quantum efficiency.IQE)of 60.68%.Combining NIR-PCs with LED/LD chips,the maximum output power of the encapsulated LED prototy.e was 447 mW@300 mA with photoelectric efficiency.of as high as 18.6%@180 mA,and the maximum output power of the LD prototy.e was 814 mW@2.5 *** working temperatures of NIR-PCs were 70.8℃@300 mA(LED)and 102.8℃@3 A(LD).Finally.the prepared NIR-PCs applied in food detection were verified in this study.demonstrating their anticipated application prospects in the future.

采用碳扩散原位反应法制备了Zr/Hf-ZrC_(1-x)/HfC_(1-x)棒,研究了不同的碳化温度和碳源对棒材微观结构和烧蚀行为的影响。研究结果表明,由于HfC和ZrC的无限固溶,在Zr-Hf合金棒中形成了一种双层结构,外层为ZrC/HfC层,内层为含有ZrC_(1-x)/HfC_(1-x)颗粒的Zr/Hf-ZrC_(1-x)/HfC_(1-x)混合层。随着碳化温度的升高,陶瓷层逐渐增厚。当C/C-ZrC-SiC作为碳源时,陶瓷层的厚度明显高于石墨作为碳源时的厚度。烧蚀后,在棒材表面形成一层熔融的ZrO_(2)-HfO_(2)外层,这一氧化层起着对基体表面进行氧化物补偿的作用,在棒材内部形成一层具有低氧透过率的ZrC_(x)O_(y./HfC_(x)O_(y.层。同时,ZrO_(2)、HfO_(2)及其固溶体颗粒被烧结致密化,从而降低了氧化层的透氧性,并增强了该氧化层的抗烧蚀性。
