To confirm the relationship between Circ_0003855 and EC,we purchased the Human esophageal carcinoma cell line Eca109 and normal human esophageal epithelial cells HEEC,and the expression levels of Circ_0003855,miR-622,and FLOT1 were *** results show that Circ_0003855 and FLOT1 were highly expressed in Eca109 cells,while miR-622 was lowly expressed(p0.05).Synthesizing the results of these experiments above,we believe that interfering with the expression of Circ_0003855 can inhibit the activity of EC cells,and its mechanism is related to miR-622 and FLOT1.

In this paper,an improved sag control strategy based on automatic SOC equalization is proposed to solve the problems of slow SOC equalization and excessive bus voltage fluctuation amplitude and offset caused by load and PV power variations in a stand-alone DC *** strategy includes primary and secondary *** them,the primary control suppresses the DC microgrid voltage fluctuation through the I and II section control,and the secondary control aims to correct the P-U curve of the energy storage system and the PV system,thus reducing the steady-state bus voltage *** simulation results demonstrate that the proposed control strategy effectively achieves SOC balancing and enhances the immunity of bus *** proposed strategy improves the voltage fluctuation suppression ability by approximately 39.4%and 43.1%under the PV power and load power fluctuation conditions,***,the steady-state deviation of the bus voltage,△U_(dc) is only 0.01–0.1 V,ensuring stable operation of the DC microgrid in fluctuating power environments.

CSFL caused by spinal dural defect is a common complication of spinal surgery,which need repair such as suture or ***,low intracranial pressure symptoms,wound infection and prolonged hospital associated with pin-hole leakage or loose seal effect were often occurred after surgical suture or sealants ***,pressure resistance and high viscosity spinal dural repair patch in wet environment without suture or sealants was highly ***,a bioactive patch composed of alginate and polyacrylamide hydrogel matrix cross-linked by calcium ions,and chitosan adhesive was *** fabricated patch exhibits the capabilities of promoting defect closure and good tight seal ability with the bursting pressure is more than 790 mm H2O in wet *** addition,the chitosan adhesive layer of the patch could inhibit the growth of bacterial in vitro,which is meaningful for the postoperative ***,the patch also significantly reduced the expression of GFAP,IBA-1,MBP,TNF-α,and COX-2 in early postoperative period in vivo study,exerting the effects of anti-inflammatory,analgesic and adhesion ***,the bioactive patch expected to be applied in spinal dural repair with the good properties of withstanding high pressure,promoting defect closure and inhibiting postoperative infection.

Characteristics of Cationic Red X-GRL Adsorption by Diatomite Tailings

As secondary mineral resources, diatomite tailings（DT） got from the Linjiang region of China were prepared and characterized by SEM, XRF and XRD. Mono-factor experiments were carried out to investigate the effects of the operation factor, including contact time, adsorbent concentration, initial p H value of the dye solutions, adsorption temperature and initial concentration of cationic Red X-GRL（X-GRL） on the adsorption of X-GRL. The adsorption kinetics, isotherms, thermodynamics and mechanisms for X-GRL were also studied. It was efficient for DT to adsorb X-GRL from aqueous solutions, and it was even discovered to have higher adsorptivity for X-GRL than diatomite concentrate（DC） in our previous test. The adsorption processes fit very well with the pseudo-second-order model and the Langmuir isotherm equation. In addition, various thermodynamic parameters, such as standard Gibbs free energy（ΔG°）, standard enthalpy（ΔH°） and standard entropy（ΔS°） have been calculated. From thermodynamic studies, it was seen that the adsorption was spontaneous and endothermic. The main driving forces of the physical adsorption on DT are electrostatic attraction. The reason why DT showed higher adsorptivity for X-GRL than DC was that there were more clay mineral particles within, which has a remarkable ability of dye adsorption due to its high surface area. DT as a cheap absorbent for X-GRL removal would replace or partially replace the activated carbon.

A ternary Ti35Zr28Nb alloy was fabricated by powder metallurgy(PM)from pre-alloyed *** microstructure,hardness,corrosion behavior,and wear response of the produced alloy were investigated *** results show that nearly full dense Ti35Zr28Nb alloy(relative density is 98.1±1.2%)can be fabricated by *** microstructure was dominated with uniform *** Ti35Zr28Nb alloy displayed spontaneous passivity in a naturally aerated simulated body fluid(SBF)solution at 37±0.5°*** Ti35Zr28Nb alloy exhibited the highest corrosion resistance as compared to as-cast Ti6Al4V and pure Ti because of the formation of a protective passive film containing TiO2,Nb2O5,and ZrO2,including the highest corrosion potential(-0.22±0.01 V),the lowest corrosion current density(57.45±1.88 nA),the lowest passive potential(0.05±0.01 V)and the widest passivation range(1.29±0.09 V).Under the same wear condition,the wear rate of the Ti35Zr28Nb alloy(0.0021±0.0002 mm3/m·N)was lower than that of the CP Ti(0.0029±0.0004 mm3/m·N)and close to that of the Ti6Al4V(0.0020±0.0003 mm3/m·N).The wear mechanism of the Ti35Zr28Nb alloy was mainly dominated by abrasive wear,accompanied by adhesive *** highest corrosion resistance together with the adequate wear resistance makes the PM-fabricated Ti35Zr28Nb alloy an attractive candidate for orthopedic implant materials.

UV is a high-energy electromagnetic radiation that has been widely used in industrial production and the scientific research domain. In this work, a deep UV light emission was obtained using triboelectrification induced plasma discharge without any extra power supply. By a mechanical friction between polymer and quartz glass, the triboelectric charges cause a changing electric field, which may bring plasma discharge of low pressure gas （Ar-Hg） and give out 253.7 nm irradiation. The UV light caused by continuous friction can excite a trichromatic phosphor and afford a bright white light emission. A UV sterilization experiment shows that -98% of Escherichia coil can be killed in 30 min by UV irradiation, which reveals that a self-powered sterilization apparatus with good sterilization effect was fabricated. This work provides a novel design to fabricate a self- powered UV light emitting device using low-frequency mechanical friction and realizes the coupling of triboelectrificafion and plasma luminescence, which may further expand the application of UV light in special circumstances.

Ferroelectric/antiferroelectric(FE/AFE)ceramics with composition of(Pb_(0.94)La_(0.04))[(Zr_(0.70)Sn_(0.30))_(1-x)Ti_(x)]O_(3)were fabricated via solid state reaction and the effects of Ti content on dielectric and energy storage properties were *** releasable energy density of 1.03 J/cm^(3)was obtained when x=0:12 under 65.7 kV/*** increasing Ti content,both the forward and backward phase transition fields would *** x=0.16,the dielectrics would be under FE state at room temperature(22℃)and the phase transition from FE to AFE and then to paraelectric(PE)was observed with temperature *** discharge properties were also studied and the results proved that the stored charge in AFE could be released much more completely than that in FE.

Dear Editor,In the＂big data era＂,the amount of digital information is growing explosively,therefore,a reliable data storage medium for large-scale digital archiving is urgently ***,the increase of existing storage capacity cannot keep up with the growth of digital ***,the durability of conventional storage teclanologles, sucn as magnetic and optical devices, is very limited. Since the first demonstration of using DNA to store messages in 1988, DNA has been considered as a promising data storage medium due to its high-density and long-term stability （half-life〉500years）（Allentoft et al., 2012）.
