Physics-informed battery degradation prediction:Forecasting charging curves using one-cycle data

Accurately predicting battery degradation is crucial for battery system ***,due to the complexities of aging mechanisms and limitations of historical data,comprehensively indicating battery degradation solely through maximum capacity loss assessment is *** machine learning offers promising solutions,it often overlooks domain knowledge,resulting in reduced accu racy,increased computational burden and decreased ***,this study proposes a method to predict the voltage-capacity（V-Q） curve during battery degradation with limited historical *** process is achieved through two physically interpretable components:a lightweight interpretable physical model and a physics-informed neural *** components incorporate domain knowledge into machine learning to improve V-Q curve prediction performance and enhance *** validation was conducted on 52 batteries of different types under different testing *** proposed method can accurately predict future *** for hundreds of cycles using only one-present-cycle V-Q curve,with root mean square error and mean absolute error basically less than 0.035 Ah and R2basically less than 98.5%.This means that incremental capacity curves can be extracted from the predicted results for a more comprehensive and accurate battery degradation ***,the method can flexibly adjust prediction length and density to cater to the practical needs of long-cycle prediction and data *** study provides a viable method for rapid degradation prediction and is expected to be generalized to in-vehicle implementations.

The focusing modified korteweg-de Vries(mkdV)equation with multiple high-order poles under the nonzero boundary conditions is first investigated via developing a Riemann-Hilbert(RH)*** begin with the asymptotic property,symmetry and analyticity of the Jost solutions,and successfully construct the RH problem of the focusing mkdV *** solve the RH problem when 1/S_(11)(k)has a single highorder pole and multiple high-order ***,we derive the soliton solutions of the focusing mkdV equation which corresponding with a single high-order pole and multiple high-order poles,***,the dynamics of one-and two-soliton solutions are graphically discussed.

Tropical cyclone(TC)intensity estimation is a fundamental aspect of TC monitoring and *** learning models have recently been employed to estimate TC intensity from satellite images and yield precise *** work proposes the ViT-TC model based on the Vision Transformer(ViT)*** images of TCs,including infrared(IR),water vapor(WV),and passive microwave(PMW),are used as inputs for intensity *** indicate that combining IR,WV,and PMW as inputs yields more accurate estimations than other channel *** ensemble mean technique is applied to enhance the model's estimations,reducing the root-mean-square error to 9.32 kt(knots,1 kt≈0.51 m s^(-1))and the mean absolute error to 6.49 kt,which outperforms traditional methods and is comparable to existing deep learning *** model assigns high attention weights to areas with high PMW,indicating that PMW magnitude is essential information for the model's *** model also allocates significance to the cloud-cover region,suggesting that the model utilizes the whole TC cloud structure and TC eye to determine TC intensity.

As a key mode of transportation, urban metro networks have significantly enhanced urban traffic environments and travel efficiency, making the identification of critical stations within these networks increasingly essential. This study presents a novel integrated topological-functional(ITF) algorithm for identifying critical nodes, combining topological metrics such as k-shell decomposition, node information entropy, and neighbor overlapping interaction with the functional attributes of passenger flow operations, while also considering the coupling effects between metro and bus networks. Using the Chengdu metro network as a case study, the effectiveness of the algorithm under different conditions is *** results indicate significant differences in passenger flow patterns between working and non-working days, leading to varying sets of critical nodes across these scenarios. Moreover, the ITF algorithm demonstrates a marked improvement in the accuracy of critical node identification compared to existing methods. This conclusion is supported by the analysis of changes in the overall network structure and relative global operational efficiency following targeted attacks on the identified critical nodes. The findings provide valuable insight into urban transportation planning, offering theoretical and practical guidance for improving metro network safety and resilience.

The new energy power generation is becoming increasingly important in the power *** as photovoltaic power generation has become a research hotspot,however,due to the characteristics of light radiation changes,photovoltaic power generation is unstable and random,resulting in a low utilization rate and directly affecting the stability of the power *** solve this problem,this paper proposes a coordinated control strategy for a newenergy power generation system with a hybrid energy storage unit based on the lithium iron phosphate-supercapacitor hybrid energy storage ***,the variational mode decomposition algorithm is used to separate the high and low frequencies of the power signal,which is conducive to the rapid and accurate suppression of the power fluctuation of the energy storage ***,the fuzzy control algorithm is introduced to balance the power between energy *** this paper,the actual data is used for simulation,and the simulation results show that the strategy realizes the effective suppression of the bus voltage fluctuation and the accurate control of the internal state of the energy storage unit,effectively avoiding problems such as overshoot and over-discharge,and can significantly improve the stability of the photovoltaic power generation systemand the stability of the Direct Current *** is of great significance to promote the development of collaborative control technology for photovoltaic hybrid energy storage units.

Frustrated lanthanide oxides with dense magnetic lattice and suppressed ordering temperature have potential applications in cryogenic magnetic ***,the crystal structure,magnetic properties,magnetic phase transition(MPT)together with magnetocaloric effect(MCe)of LnOF(Ln=Gd,Dy,Ho,and er)compounds were *** study shows that these compounds crystallize in the centrosymmetric space group R3m with an ideal triangular *** long-range magnetic ordering is observed above 2 k for LnOF(Ln=Gd,Ho,and er).However,DyOF compound undergoes an MPT from paramagnetic(PM)to antiferromagnetic(AFM)at the Neel temperature(TN≈4 k).Considerable reversible MCe is observed in these triangular-lattice *** the magnetic field change(μ0ΔH)of 0-2 T,the maximum values of magnetic entropy change(-ΔSMmax)of them are 6.1,9.4,12.7,and 14.1 J/(kg·k),***,the value of erOF with Ising-like spin is 2.3 times that of GdOF,which provides an approach for exploring magnetic refrigerants with excellent low-field cryogenic magnetocaloric effect.

Magnetic refrigeration（MR） technology is regarded as an ideal solution for cryogenic applications,relying on magnetocaloric materials which provide necessary chilling effect.A series of polycrystalline Tm1-xerxNi2Si2（x=0.2,0.4） compounds was synthesized,and their magnetic properties,magnetic phase transition together with magnetocaloric effect（MCe） were *** Tm1-xerxNi2Si2（x=0.2,0.4）compounds display a field-induced metamagnetic transition from antiferromagnetic（AFM） to ferromagnetism（FM） in excess of 0.2 T,***,the AFM ground state is *** the field change of 0-2 T,the values of maximal magnetic entropy change(-ΔSMmax) and refrigerant capacity（RC） for Tm0.8er0.2Ni2Si2compound are 17.9 J/（kg·k） and 83.5 J/kg,*** large reversible MCe under low magnetic fields（≤2 T） indicates that Tm0.8er0.2Ni2Si2compound can serve as potential candidate materials for cryogenic magnetic refrigeration.

To elucidate the adsorption characteristics and retention mechanisms of fracturing fluids in diverse clay minerals, we conducted on-line nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) and atomic force microscopy(AFM)experiments. The depth and extent of solid phase damage are determined by the ratio between the size of fine fractions in fracturing fluid residue and the pore-throat size in experiments. Poor physical properties(k esult in a more preferential flow pathway effect during flowback, and the stepwise incremental pressure differential proves to be more effective for the discharge of fracturing fluid in submicron pore throats. The permeability is significantly influenced by the differential distribution of retained fracturing fluid, as supported by direct experimental evidence. The presence of good physical properties(k > 0.5 m D) combined with a scattered distribution of retained fracturing fluid is associated with high gas phase recovery permeability, whereas a continuous sheet-like distribution results in low recovery permeability. The expansive surface area and presence of filamentous illite minerals facilitate the multiple winding and adsorption of fracturing fluids, demonstrating strong hydrogen-bonding, multi-layering and multiple adsorption properties. The geological characteristics of the main gas formations exhibit significant variation, and the severity of damage caused by fracturing fluids occurs in diverse sequences. To address this issue, a differentiated strategy for optimizing fracturing fluids has been proposed.
