BACKGROUND Complicated crown–root fracture (CRF) involves severe injury to the crown, root,and pulp, and may be accompanied by multiple root fractures. The loss of a toothhas lifelong consequences for children and teenagers, but the maintenance of pulphealth and the calcific healing of multiple root fractures are rarely reported in *** SUMMARY This case reports healing of a permanent tooth with complicated crown–root andadditional root fractures, in which pulp health was maintained. A 10-year-old girlfell and fractured the root of her maxillary left central incisor at the cervical *** the coronal fragment was repositioned, the tooth was splinted until thetooth was no longer mobile, 2 years later. Eight years after treatment, the toothhas remained asymptomatic with vital pulp and localized gingival ***-beam computed tomography revealed not only calcified healing of the CRFbut also spontaneous healing in an additional undiagnosed root fracture. Thefracture line on the enamel could not be healed by hard tissue and formed agroove in the cervical crown. It was speculated that the groove was related to thelocalized gingival *** This case provides a clinical perspective of the treatment of a tooth with acomplicated CRF and an additional root fracture.

发展新质生产力,是进一步全面深化改革和推进中国式现代化的必然要求。以长三角“一市三省”为研究对象,基于2010—2023年的面板数据,对长三角区域省(市)新质生产力发展水平、变化趋势以及区域差异等进行了测度与分析。研究发现:第一,长三角区域新质生产力发展水平整体呈上升趋势,但区域差异较大,地区间发展不平衡现象明显。第二,新质劳动资料对长三角区域新质生产力的贡献最为突出,其次是新质劳动者和新质劳动对象;上海市新质劳动对象的贡献最高,江苏省新质劳动者的贡献占比较大,浙江省新质劳动资料的贡献则更加突出,而安徽省虽没有突出优势,但其新质生产力增长率最高。第三,长三角区域新质生产力发展水平呈极化现象,且江苏省、浙江省、安徽省内部存在新质生产力发展水平较高的城市,省内发展不均衡;从时空动态演进特征看,长三角区域新质生产力不存在“跨越式”发展,但存在“俱乐部收敛”现象。该研究能够为实现长三角区域协同发展,尤其为培育和实现安徽省新质生产力和经济高质量发展提供实践依据和经验借鉴。

对市场新出现的一类仿制品进行了拉曼光谱、红外光谱、化学成分、紫外-可见-近红外吸收光谱分析,对其主要谱学特征进行了归纳总结。结果表明这类仿制品主要由重晶石、三水铝石、方解石粉末单一组分或多组分混合压制再经环氧树脂类或丙烯酸酯类有机物胶结,并经人工染剂染色而成。红外光谱显示:单一矿物组分仿制品和绿松石差异明显,重晶石仿制品显示[SO_(4)]^(2-)的1078 cm^(-1)吸收峰等,方解石仿制品显示[CO_(3)]^(2-)的1476±cm^(-1)吸收峰等;多组分仿制品可见综合了多种矿物特征的吸收光谱,谱学特征复杂。根据缺失水峰,或仅显示三水铝石结构水OH-导致的3623、3528、3472和3388 cm^(-1)吸收峰,指纹区显示[SO_(4)]^(2-)、[CO_(3)]^(2-)相关吸收峰,可初步区分于绿松石。显微拉曼光谱测试结果表明多组分仿制品的不同测试位置矿物组成不同,可分别测试到三水铝石(3360、3432、3522、3614 cm^(-1))、重晶石(989 cm^(-1))、方解石(1088 cm^(-1))的特征峰,结合显微拉曼光谱及化学分析结果可进一步确认仿制品的具体矿物组成。紫外-可见-近红外吸收光谱表明样品均经人工染剂染色,显示633±、713±nm吸收宽峰或610±、675±nm吸收宽峰。

New Insights into Divide-and-Conquer Attacks on the Round-Reduced Keccak-MAC

Keccak is the final winner of SHA-3 competition and it can be used as message authentic codes as well. The basic and balanced divide-and-conquer attacks on Keccak-MAC were proposed by Dinur et *** Eurocrypt 2015. The idea of cube attacks is used in the two attacks to divide key bits into small portions. By carefully analysing the mappings used in Keccak-MAC, it is found that some cube variables could divide key bits into smaller portions and so better divide-and-conquer attacks are obtained. In order to evaluate the resistance of Keccak-MAC against divide-and-conquer attacks based on cubes, we theoretically analyse the lower bounds of the complexities of divide-and-conquer attacks. It is shown that the lower bounds of the complexities are still not better than those of the conditional cube tester proposed by Senyang Huang et al.. This indicates that KeccakMAC can resist the divide-and-conquer attack better than the conditional cube tester. We hope that these techniques still could provide some new insights on the future cryptanalysis of Keccak.

酰基辅酶A合成酶长链家族成员6(acyl-CoA synthetase long chain family member 6, ACSL6)作为摄取、转运游离脂肪酸的关键酶，参与调控奶畜泌乳中脂肪酸的代谢过程。本研究旨在通过对奶山羊(Capra hircus) ACSL6基因(Gene ID:XM＿018050725.1)启动子克隆、生物信息学分析和双荧光素酶活性检测，初步探究ACSL6基因的转录调控机制。以西农萨能奶山羊血液基因组DNA为模板，经PCR扩增获得ACSL6启动子的全长序列；利用生物信息学软件筛选预测分值较高的结合位点和启动子特征序列；克隆并构建启动子缺失片段载体，与内参载体共同转染奶山羊乳腺上皮细胞，通过双荧光素酶活性检测确定启动子活性区域。结果表明，克隆获得ACSL6基因启动子全长序列2 108 bp;ACSL6启动子上存在多种转录因子的结合位点；在启动子序列-907～-807 bp和-513～-54 bp存在2个长度分别为101和460 bp的CpG岛；对克隆获得的9个缺失片段进行双荧光素酶活性分析，发现ACSL6基因启动子的核心区域定位于-170～-33 bp，在转录起始位点上游-2 004～-1 707 bp、-1 334～-957 bp和-584～-271 bp可能存在负调控元件。本研究为揭示ACSL6调控奶山羊乳脂代谢的分子机理提供基础资料，为从分子层面改善羊乳品质提供参考。

The cube attack proposed by Dinur and Shamir is one of the most important key-recovery attacks against *** division property based cube attacks have been extensively studied and significantly *** particular,the MILP modeling technique for the three-subset division property without unknown subset proposed by Hao,et *** EUROCRYPT 2020 and the new technique with nested monomial predictions proposed by Hu,et *** ASIACRYPT 2021 are best techniques to recover exact superpolies in division property based cube ***,at this state of the art,whether a superpoly can be recovered in division property based cube attacks is mainly decided by the scale of the superpoly,that is,the number of *** the choice for proper cubes corresponding to low-complexity superpolies is more critical *** effective cube construction methods were proposed for experimental cube attacks,but not applicable to division property based cube *** this paper,the authors propose a heuristic cube criterion and a cube sieve algorithm,which can be combined with the three-subset division property to recover a number of *** to815-round Trivium,the authors recovered 417 superpolies from 441 cubes obtained by our algorithm of sizes between 41 and *** success rate is 94.56%.There are 165 non-constant superpolies with degree less than *** order to demonstrate the significance of the new algorithm,the authors tested the best superpoly recovery technique at EUROCRYPT 2020 using random cubes of similar sizes on 815-round *** experimental result shows that no cube could be completely recovered within a given period of time because the superpolies for random cubes are too complex.

Differential Fault Attack on the Stream Cipher LIZARD

In this paper, we try to give a security evaluation of LIZARD stream cipher in regard to fault attacks, which, to the best of our knowledge, is the first fault analysis on LIZARD. We design a differential engine of LIZARD to track the differential trail of the keystreams. It is shown that the distributions of the keystream differences are heavily biased. Utilizing this characteristic, we propose an improved method to identify the fault location for LIZARD whose success probability approaches 1. Then we use the fault-free keystream and faulty keystreams to generate system of equations in internal state variables and solve it by SAT solver. The result shows that with 100 keystream bits, only 6 different faults are needed to recover the internal state. Finally,the comparison between LIZARD and Grain v1 shows that LIZARD is more resistable than Grain v1 in regard to fault attacks.

To investigate the spatial synergy between agricultural development level and transport superiority degree in grain-producing areas of the central Jilin Province and the driving mechanism between them,22 counties in the central Jilin Province were used as the research units to calculate agricultural development level and transport superiority degree using the entropy weighting method,weighted travel time and raster cost *** spatial econometric model was used to analyze the mechanism of the mutual influence between the *** main conclusions are as follows.1)Agricultural development level around Changchun,the provincial capital city,and in the areas of Changchun-Jilin and Changchun-Gongzhuling is high,whereas the development level of the counties in the southwest is low.2)Transport superiority degree of each county has improved,the overall connectivity of the road networks has been optimized,and the level of transportation accessibility has shown the development trend of‘centralization’,exhibiting the characteristics of proximity diffusion.3)Locally,there is spatial heterogeneity in the mutual driving effects of the two,with six main patterns.4)The theoretical conditions of von Thunen’s agricultural location have changed under the conditions of market economy due to the improvement of the transport networks,the new model of agricultural development,and the changes of the market system.
