A new review of single-ion conducting polymer electrolytes in the light of ion transport mechanisms

With the depletion of fossil fuels and the demand for high-performance energy storage devices,solidstate lithium metal batteries have received widespread attention due to their high energy density and safety *** them,the earliest developed organic solid-state polymer electrolyte has a promising future due to its advantages such as good mechanical flexibility,but its poor ion transport performance dramatically limits its performance ***,single-ion conducting polymer electrolytes(SICPEs)with high lithium-ion transport number,capable of improving the concentration polarization and inhibiting the growth of lithium dendrites,have been proposed,which provide a new direction for the further development of high-performance organic polymer *** view of this,lithium ions transport mechanisms and design principles in SICPEs are summarized and discussed in this *** modification principles currently used can be categorized into the following three types:enhancement of lithium salt anion-polymer interactions,weakening of lithium salt anion-cation interactions,and modulation of lithium ion-polymer *** addition,the advances in single-ion conductors of conventional and novel polymer electrolytes are summarized,and several typical highperformance single-ion conductors are enumerated and analyzed in what way they improve ionic conductivity,lithium ions mobility,and the ability to inhibit lithium ***,the advantages and design methodology of SICPEs are summarized again and the future directions are outlined.

Impact of climate and human activity on NDVI of various vegetation types in the Three-River Source Region, China

The Three-River Source Region(TRSR)in China holds a vital position and exhibits an irreplaceable strategic importance in ecological preservation at the national *** the basis of an in-depth study of the vegetation evolution in the TRSR from 2000 to 2022,we conducted a detailed analysis of the feedback mechanism of vegetation growth to climate change and human activity for different vegetation *** the growing season,the spatiotemporal variations of normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI)for different vegetation types in the TRSR were analyzed using the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS)-NDVI data and meteorological data from 2000 to *** addition,the response characteristics of vegetation to temperature,precipitation,and human activity were assessed using trend analysis,partial correlation analysis,and residual *** indicated that,after in-depth research,from 2000 to 2022,the TRSR's average NDVI during the growing season was *** preliminary ranking of the average NDVI for different vegetation types was as follows:shrubland(0.5762)>forest(0.5443)>meadow(0.4219)>highland vegetation(0.2223)>steppe(0.2159).The NDVI during the growing season exhibited a fluctuating growth trend,with an average growth rate of 0.0018/10a(Ptial distributions,with significant increases accounting for 95.23%and 93.80%,*** sensitivity to precipitation was significantly enhanced in other vegetation types other than highland *** contrast,steppes,meadows,and highland vegetation demonstrated relatively high vulnerability to temperature fluctuations.A further detailed analysis revealed that climate change had a significant positive impact on the TRSR from 2000 to 2022,particularly in its

Personalized Lower Limb Gait Reconstruction Modeling Based on RFA-ProMP

Personalized gait curves are generated to enhance patient adaptability to gait trajectories used for passive training in the early stage of rehabilitation for hemiplegic *** article utilizes the random forest algorithm to construct a gait parameter model,which maps the relationship between parameters such as height,weight,age,gender,and gait speed,achieving prediction of key points on the gait *** enhance prediction accuracy,an attention mechanism is introduced into the algorithm to focus more on the main ***,to ensure high similarity between the reconstructed gait curve and the normal one,probabilistic motion primitives(ProMP)are used to learn the probability distribution of normal gait data and construct a gait ***,using the specified step speed as input,select a reference gait trajectory from the learned trajectory,and reconstruct the curve of the reference trajectoryusing the gait keypoints predictedby the parametermodel toobtain the final *** results demonstrate that the method proposed in this paper achieves 98%and 96%curve correlations when generating personalized lower limb gait curves for different patients,respectively,indicating its suitability for such tasks.

Toward a Direct Measurement of the Cosmic Acceleration:The Pilot Observation of HI 21 cm Absorption Line at FAST

This study presents results on detecting neutral atomic hydrogen(H I)21 cm absorption in the spectrum of PKS PKS1413+13 at redshift z=*** observation was conducted by FAST,with a spectral resolution of10 Hz,using 10 minutes of observing *** global spectral profile is examined by modeling the absorption line using a single Gaussian function with a resolution of 10 kHz within a 2 MHz *** goal is to determine the rate of the latest cosmic acceleration by directly measuring the redshift evolution of the H I 21 cm absorption line with Hubble flow toward a common background quasar over a decade or longer time *** will serve as a detectable signal generated by the accelerated expansion of the Universe at redshift zlumn density in this DLA system is approximately equivalent to the initial observation value,considering uncertainties of the spin temperature of a spiral host *** high signal-to-noise ratio of 57,obtained at a 10 kHz resolution,strongly supports the feasibility of using the H I 21 cm absorption line in DLA systems to accurately measure the redshift drift rate at a precision level of around 10~(-10)per decade.

Progressive meristem and single-cell transcriptomes reveal the regulatory mechanisms underlying maize inflorescence development and sex differentiation

Maize develops separate ear and tassel inflorescences with initially similar morphology but ultimately different architecture and *** detailed regulatory mechanisms underlying these changes still remain largely *** this study,through analyzing the time-course meristem transcriptomes and floret single-cell transcriptomes of ear and tassel,we revealed the regulatory dynamics and pathways underlying inflorescence development and sex *** identified 16 diverse gene clusters with differential spatiotemporal expression patterns and revealed biased regulation of redox,programmed cell death,and hormone signals during meristem differentiation between ear and ***,based on their dynamic expression patterns,we revealed the roles of two RNA-binding proteins in regulating inflorescence meristem activity and axillary meristem ***,using the transcriptional profiles of 53910 single cells,we uncovered the cellular heterogeneity between ear and tassel *** found that multiple signals associatedwith either enhancedcell death or reduced growth are responsiblefortassel pistil suppression,while part of the gibberellic acid signal may act non-cell-autonomously to regulate ear stamen arrest during sex *** further showed that the pistil-protection gene SILKLESS 1(SK1)functions antagonistically to the known pistil-suppression genes through regulating common molecular pathways,and constructed a regulatory network for pistil-fate ***,our study provides a deep understanding of the regulatory mechanisms underlying inflorescence development and sex differentiation in maize,laying the foundation for identifying new regulators and pathways for maize hybrid breeding and improvement.

Subtyping Animal Influenza Virus with General Multiplex RT-PCR and Liquichip High Throughput (GMPLex)

This study developed a multiplex RT-PCR integrated with luminex technology to rapidly subtype simultaneously multiple influenza viruses. Primers and probes were designed to amplify NS and M genes of influenza A viruses HA gene of ill, H3, H5, HT, H9 subtypes, and NA gene of the N1 and N2 subtypes. Universal super primers were introduced to establish a multiplex RT-PCR （GM RT-PCR）. It included three stages of RT-PCR amplification, and then the RT-PCR products were further tested by LiquiChip probe, combined to give an influenza virus （IV） rapid high throughput subtyping test, designated as GMPLex. The IV GMPLex rapid high throughput subtyping test presents the following features： high throughput, able to determine the subtypes of 9 target genes in H1, H3, H5, H7, H9, N1, and N2 subtypes of the influenza A virus at one time; rapid, completing the influenza subtyping within 6 hours; high specificity, ensured the specificity of the different subtypes by using two nested degenerate primers and one probe, no cross reaction occurring between the subtypes, no non-specific reactions with other pathogens and high sensitivity. When used separately to detect the product of single GM RT-PCR for single H5 or N1 gene, the GMPLex test showed a sensitivity of 10-5（= 280ELDs0） forboth tests and the luminex qualitative ratio results were 3.08 and 3.12, respectively. When used to detect the product of GM RT-PCR for H5N1 strain at the same time, both showed a sensitivity of 10-4（=2800 ELD50）. The GMPLex rapid high throughput subtyping test can satisfy the needs of influenza rapid testing.

3D core-shell nanofibers framework and functional ceramic nanoparticles synergistically reinforced composite polymer electrolytes for high-performance all-solid-state lithium metal battery

Satisfactory ionic conductivity,excellent mechanical stability,and high-temperature resistance are the prerequisites for the safe application of solid polymer electrolytes(SPEs)in all-solid-state lithium metal batteries(ASSLMBs).In this study,a novel poly(m-phenylene isophthalamide)(PMIA)-core/poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO)-shell nanofiber membrane and the functional Li_(6.4)La_(3)Zr_(1.4)Ta_(0.6)O_(12)(LLZTO)ceramic nanopar-ticle are simultaneously introduced into the PEO-based SPEs to prepare composite polymer electrolytes(CPEs).The core PMIA layer of composite nanofibers can greatly improve the mechanical strength and thermal stability of the CPEs,while the shell PEO layer can provide the 3D continuous transport channels for lithium *** addition,the introduction of functional LLZTO nanoparticle not only reduces the crys-tallinity of PEO,but also promotes the dissociation of lithium salts and releases more Li^(+)ions through its interaction with the Lewis acid-base of anions,thereby overall improving the transport of lithium ***,the optimized CPEs present high ionic conductivity of 1.38×10^(−4)S/cm at 30℃,signifi-cantly improved mechanical strength(8.5 MPa),remarkable thermal stability(without obvious shrinkage at 150℃),and conspicuous Li dendrites blocking ability(>1800 h).The CPEs also both have good com-patibility and cyclic stability with LiFePO_(4)(>2000 cycles)and high-voltage LiNi_(0.8)Mn_(0.1)Co_(0.1)O_(2)(NMC811)(>500 cycles)*** addition,even at low temperature(40℃),the assembled LiFePO4/CPEs/Li bat-tery still can cycle *** novel design can provide an effective way to exploit high-performance solid-state electrolytes.
