Background:Biliary atresia is a rare congenital bile duct disease that is the leading cause of liver fibrosis in *** colony-stimulating factor(GCSF)is a potential therapy for hepatocellular diseases,but data on GCSF for cholestatic conditions remain *** and methods:The current study examines the role of GCSF in improving bile duct obstruction in *** doses were administered:10.0 mg/kg/day and 61.5 mg/kg/day,which is the animal equivalent dose of 5.0 mg/kg in *** days(D7)after bile duct ligation(BDL),Swiss mice were treated with phosphate buffered saline or GCSF for 5 *** intrahepatic adaptive response of BDL mice was evaluated on postsurgical days D12,D19,and ***:Treatment with 61.5 mg/kg of GCSF resulted in a significant increase in circulating leukocytes and neutrophils on *** of liver injury,as shown by reduced aspartate aminotransferase levels,increased albumin levels and survival rate,as well as reduced intrahepatic inflammation and hepatic myeloperoxidase expression,downregulated ductular proliferation,periportal fibroblast activation,and fibrosis,enhanced expressions of hepatocyte growth factor,peroxisome proliferator-activated receptoralpha,and ki67,and suppressed expression of cleaved caspase-3 protein,was noted after treatment with 61.5 mg/kg of ***,GCSF treatment was associated with an increased number of intrahepatic cd3-Sca1tc-Kitt bone marrow cells.

Dynamic Power Transmission Using Common RF Feeder with Dual Supply

This paper proposes the design concept of a dynamic charging system for electric vehicles using multiple transmitter coils connected to a common radio frequency(RF)feeder driven by a pair of two power *** a common RF feeder for multiple transmitter coils reduces the power electronic redundancy compared to a conventional system,where each transmitter coil is individually driven by one switched-mode power ***,wireless charging of electric vehicles is recommended to operate in the frequency range of 85 kHz and *** this frequency range,the signal wavelength is shorter than about 3.5 ***,a charging pad longer than several hundred meters is subject to the standing wave *** such a case,the voltage significantly varies along the RF feeder,resulting in a variation in the received power level when the receiver ***,the received power significantly deteriorates when the receiver is nearby a node of the voltage standing *** this paper,we employ a pair of two power sources which are electrically separated by an odd-integer number of the quarter wavelength to drive the RF *** a result,the voltage standing wave generated by one power source is complemented by that of the other,leading to stable received power and transmission efficiency at all the receiver’s positions along with the charging *** results at the 85 kHz frequency band verify the output power stabilization effect of the proposed *** is worth noting that the proposed concept can also be applied to simultaneous wireless information and power transfer(SWIPT)for passive radio frequency identification(RFID)tags by raising the operation frequency to higher industrial,scientific and medical(ISM)bands,e.g.,13.56 MHz and employing similar modulation methods as in the current RFID technology.

Genome-wide association study identifies QTL for eight fruit traits in cultivated tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.)

Genome-wide association study(GWAS)is effective in identifying favorable alleles for traits of interest with high mapping resolution in crop *** this study,we conducted GWAS to explore quantitative trait loci(QTL)for eight fruit traits using 162 tomato accessions with diverse genetic *** eight traits included fruit weight,fruit width,fruit height,fruit shape index,pericarp thickness,locule number,fruit firmness,and *** variations of these traits in the tomato collection were evaluated with three replicates in field trials over three *** filtered 34,550 confident SNPs from the 51K Axiom®tomato array based on5%of minor allele frequency for association *** 162 tomato accessions were divided into seven clusters and their membership coefficients were used to account for population structure along with a kinship *** identify marker-trait associations(MTAs),four phenotypic data sets representing each of three years and combined were independently analyzed in the multilocus mixed model(MLMM).A total of 30 significant MTAs was detected over data sets for eight fruit traits at P<*** number of MTA per trait ranged from one(brix)to seven(fruit weight and fruit width).Two SNP markers on chromosomes 1 and 2 were significantly associated with multiple traits,suggesting pleiotropic effects of ***,16 of 30 MTAs suggest potential novel QTL for eight fruit *** results facilitate genetic dissection of tomato fruit traits and provide a useful resource to develop molecular tools for improving fruit traits via marker-assisted selection and genomic selection in tomato breeding programs.

在国际关系领域，文化外交是制定一国外交政策的重要工具。传统社会中，文化被看成是一个次要因素，因而很少有利用文化来影响国际关系的情况。但是在全球化的今天，它已经变得越来越重要。文化在影响国家关系方面扮演着重要的角色。文化外交是一种软外交。它通过软实力赢得其他国家的认可，或者在不使用武力及威胁的情况下简单地以一种“吸引和说服”的力量达到其想要的结果（约瑟夫·奈）。由于文化外交是当代国际关系领域的新概念，因此在外交政策和国际关系方面对其影响所做的研究还较少。本文尝试分析越南文化外交是如何发挥作用的，并试图探索一条提升和发展越南文化外交的道路。本文所论述的内容包括：（1）越南外交政策中的文化外交;（2）强调外交部的重要作用;（3）总结目前越南文化外交的实践活动;（4）立足于越南文化外交长远的发展，提出一些切实可行的政策选择。本文采用定性的个案研究方法来分析越南的外交政策。通过搜索网络资料、文献著作、图书馆资料以及其他方式来收集资料和数据。在国际关系中，文化外交是一个新的领域，因此在搜集关于越南文化外交的数据时也难免存在局限性。第一章文化外交的定义及其作用本章着眼于探讨文化外交的概念及重要作用。首先，在总体上对文化外交及其相关的概念予以解析，包括文化、外交、文化交流和文化外交。与政治和经济外交一样，文化外交的重要作用体现在：（1）文化外交有助于改善对外关系;(2)文化外交将为经济和政治外交充当催化剂和粘合剂;（3）文化外交旨在提升越南的实力;(4)文化外交活动是通过联合国教科文组织中有形和无形的文化遗产来加以识;（5）文化外交有助于丰富一国的文化积淀。本章同时探讨了最近几年文化外交在其他国家的作用，尤其是从发达和发展中国家来看——例如美国和中国，两国也都注重文化外交战略的使用。这些事例的研究将给越南的文化外交提供一种发展框架。这里将文化外交定义为一个国家对外政策中重要的软实力工具，通过发挥吸引力和说服力在国际上树立积极的国家形象。第二章越南文化外交的发展及政策的制定本章从总体上阐述了越南文化外交的发展和政策的制定。文化因素在越南外交政策的制定上发挥着重要的作用。在国家保护期内，文化外交是通过和平谈判来实现的，在和平发展时期,文化外交则与政治外交、经济外交一道成为外交的三个支柱，其内容和实现方法也被丰富和多样化。然而，制定文化外交遵循的原则包含国家利益至上，避免发生文化冲突，加强部门、产业和地方之间的合作，促进文化外交的社会化等等。本章还将探讨作为越南外交的一部分，文化外交政策的制定怎样受制于政党政策的实行。为树立一个平和的国际形象、促进地区的稳定和经济的发展，越南执政党认为，只有经过深思熟虑后的文化外交政策才能发挥有效作用。第三章越南文化外交的实践本章阐述了越南文化外交的具体实践情况。在越南提升地区、国际社会形象，促进国家发展的外交政策中，文化外交已经成为其重要的组成要素。作为树立积极形象和促进国家发展、提高国家利益外交政策的一部分，越南已经将文化外交付诸实践。一些较为成熟的文化外交计划在外交实践中已显得卓有成效。本章第一部分探讨越南实践文化外交的方式。第二部分重点介绍文化外交方面最新的实践和计划。可见，越南在运用文化外交树立国际形象和促进地区发展方面的表现十分活跃，已经设计和部署了很多方案和计划，并且得到了国际社会的认可，促进了国家经济的发展。作为2010年新战略计划中的一部分，正在实行的新计划中也运用了文化外交战略。越南希望通过使用这一战略来进一步增强计划的实施效果。第四章越南文化外交的前景本章主要阐述了越南文化外交的未来前景，并探讨文化外交在越南外交政策上取得的成就以及在应对挑战时如何推进文化外交。在国际一体化进程中,创建有效的文化外交政策将为越南文化外交创造更多的动力，有助于国家发展目标的实现。因此，越南必须加强在文化外交方面的投资和研究，以便提出在国际环境下能够有效部署的文化外交战略。
