BACKGROUND Preterm birth(PTB)is one of the main causes of neonatal deaths globally,with approximately 15million infants are born *** from the Black,Asian,and Minority Ethnic(BAME)populations maybe at higher risk of PTB,therefore,the mental health impact on mothers experiencing a PTB is particularly important,within the BAME *** To determine the prevalence of mental health conditions among BAME women with PTB as well as the methods of mental health assessments used to characterise the mental health *** A systematic methodology was developed and published as a protocol in PROSPERO(CRD420-20210863).Multiple databases were used to extract relevant data.I2 and Egger's tests were used to detect the heterogeneity and publication bias.A trim and fill method was used to demonstrate the influence of publication bias and the credibility of *** Thirty-nine studies met the eligibility criteria from a possible *** prevalence rates of depression among PTB-BAME mothers were significantly higher than full-term mothers with a standardized mean difference of 1.5 and a 95%confidence interval(CI)29%-74%.The subgroup analysis indicated depressive symptoms to be time *** within the very PTB category demonstrated a significantly higher prevalence of depression than those categorised as non-very *** prevalence rates of anxiety and stress among PTB-BAME mothers were significantly higher than in full-term mothers(odds ratio of 88%and 60%with a CI of 42%-149%and 24%-106%,respectively).CONCLUSION BAME women with PTB suffer with mental health *** studies did not report on specific mental health outcomes for BAME ***,the impact of PTB is not accurately represented in this population,and thus could negatively influence the quality of maternity services they receive.

Robust Finite-Time Stability and Stabilization of a Class of Fractional-Order Switched Nonlinear Systems

This paper deals with the problem of finite-time boundedness and fin计e-time stabilization boundedness of frax?tional-order switched nonlinear systems with exogenous *** constructing a simple Lyapunov-like function and using some properties of Caputo derivative,the authors obtain some new sufficient conditions for the problem via linear matrix inequalities,which can be efficiently solved by using existing convex algorithms.A constructive geometric is used to design switching laws amongst the *** obtained results are more general and useful than some existing works,and cover them as special cases,in which only linear fractional-order systems were *** examples are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed results.

Development Trend of Small Island District in Tropical Monsoon Region (Case Study: Ly Son and Phu Quy Island Districts, Vietnam)

Ly Son (Quang Ngai province) and Phu Quy (Binh thuan province) are two island districts in Vietnam that have similar natural characteristics;both are facing the issues of sustainable economic development. This research applied Man-Kendall model to estimate the trend of some socio-economic elements in these two island districts that have been collected during the period of 2002-2018. In general, socio-economic factors showed a tendency to increase recently. Ly Son island district has faster growth rate than that of Phu Quy because Phu Quy is farther from the mainland, more difficult to access and this island district does not own distinct local products. However, with the current development speed, Ly Son is facing several consequences such as insufficient water sources to meet the water demand and security instability due to the increasing number of visitors to the island. This research also proposed that, in order to sustainably develop the two island districts, there should be a specific structure for economic development orientation among sectors based on phased schedule. More importantly, tourism development planning should take capacity into consideration. Fishing practices should pay attention to methods and fishing equipment. Infrastructure investment for environmental protection as well as advocacy program to minimize the use of plastic bags should be done on a regular basis.
