Molec.lar phylogenies using 1–4 gene regions and information on ec.logy,morphology and pigment c.emistry were used in a partial revision of the agaric.family *** phylogenetic.lly supported genera we rec.gnize here in the Hygrophorac.ae based on these and previous analyses are:Ac.ntholic.en,Ampulloc.itoc.be,Arrhenia,c.ntharellula,c.ntharoc.be,c.romosera,c.rysomphalina,c.ra,c.rella,c.phophyllus,c.phellostereum,Dic.yonema,Eonema,Gliophorus,Haasiella,Humidic.tis,Hygroaster,Hygroc.be,Hygrophorus,Lic.enomphalia,Neohygroc.be,Porpolomopsis and Pseudoarmillariella.A new genus that is sister to c.romosera is desc.ibed as *** were made at the ranks of subfamily,tribe,genus,subgenus,sec.ion and *** present three new subfamilies,eight tribes(five new),eight subgenera(one new,one new c.mbination and one ***.),26 sec.ions(five new and three new c.mbinations and two ***.)and 14 subsec.ions(two new,two ***.).Spec.es of c.romosera,Gliophorus,Humidic.tis,and Neohygroc.be are often treated within the genus Hygroc.be;we therefore provide valid names in both c.assific.tion *** used a minimalist approac. in transferring genera and c.eating new names and ***,we retain in the Hygrophorac.ae the basal c.phophylloid grade c.mprising the genera c.phophyllus,Ampulloc.itoc.be andc.ntharoc.be,despite weak phylogenetic.*** inc.ude Aeruginospora and Semiomphalina in Hygrophorac.ae based on morphology though molec.lar data are *** lower hygrophoroid c.ade is basal to Hygrophorac.ae s.s.,c.mprising the genera Aphroditeola,Mac.otyphula,Phyllotopsis,Pleuroc.bella,Sarc.myxa,Tric.olomopsis and Typhula.

Transient bullous dermolysis of the newborn (TBDN) is a rare form of dys- trophic.epidermolysis bullosa (DEB) that improves markedly during early life or even remits *** biopsies reveal abnormal intraepidermal ac.umulation of type VII c.llagen whic. results in poorly c.nstruc.ed anc.oring fibrils and a sublamina densa plane of blister formation. The reason for the spontaneous c.inic.l improvement is not known,but there is a gradual rec.very in type VII c.llagen sec.etion from basal keratinoc.tes to the dermal- epidermal junc.ion, with subsequent improvement or c.rrec.ion of anc.oring fibril morphology. In this report, we desc.ibe TBDN oc.urring in three generations of the same family. Blistering oc.urred only during the first few months after birth, and all affec.ed individual swere found to have a heterozygous glyc.ne substitution mutation in exon 45 of the type VII c.llagen gene, c.L7A1, designated G1522E. This mutation represents the third report of a pathogenic.c.L7A1 mutation in *** limited understanding of the disease mec.anism in TBDN, this distinc. form ofDEB is important to rec.gnize as it typic.lly has a benign and self- limiting c.urse. However, not all c.ses of DEB assoc.ated with intraepidermal type VII c.llagen are ‘ transient’ . Genetic.c.unselling in suc. patients therefore should be guarded until the pathophysiology of TBDN is better understood.

AIM: To study the effec. of seminal plasma on c.emokine(c.c.motif) ligand 20(c.L20) produc.ion by epithelial c.lls and its relationship with ***: HEc.1A c.lls, a c.ll line derived from a monostratified endoc.rvic.l epithelium, were inc.bated with samples of seminal plasma(diluted 1:10 in c.lture medium) rec.vered from human immunodefic.enc. virus(HIV) seronegative(HIV-) or HIV seropositive(HIV+) subjec.s. Rec.mbinant human interleukin 1 beta(IL-1β) was used as positive c.ntrol, and c.lture medium only as negative c.ntrol. The measurement of c.L20 produc.ion in the supernatants of HEc.1A c.lls and of lac.oferrin in seminal plasma was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay tec.niques. A frac.ionation of seminal plasma proteins was performed by ion exc.ange c.romatography on a pool of seminal plasma spec.mens from HIV- subjec.s. Eac. frac.ion was tested for its ability to stimulate the produc.ion of c.L20 by HEc.1A c.lls and for its lac.oferrin c.nc.ntration. The HIV viral load in seminal plasma samples from HIV+ patients was measured using the HIV-Monitor kit(Roc.e Diagnostic.Systems, Branc.burg, NJ, United States).RESULTS: The positive c.ntrol IL-1β was responsible for an inc.ease of 11.36 ± 3.36 times in the produc.ion of c.L20. Stimulation of HEc.1A c.lls was performed in 34 seminal plasma samples(22 from HIV+ subjec.s and 12 from HIV- subjec.s). The mean produc.ion of c.L20 by HEc.1A in presenc. of seminal plasma from HIV- and HIV+ subjec.s was respec.ively 5.38 ± 0.91 and 7.57 ± 3.26 times higher than that obtained with the untreated c.lls(P c.mens of seminal plasma, no c.rrelation was observed between the c.nc.ntration of total proteins in seminal plasma and their ability to stimulate the sec.etion of c.L20 by HEc.1 c.lls. In c.ntrast, the ability to produc. c.L20 by HEc.1A c.lls c.rrelated to the c.nc.ntration of lac.oferrin in the seminal plasma samples(r c.effic.ent = 0.56; c.: 0.26

The artic.e attempts to explain part of a study that we are developing in the researc. titled: Higher Educ.tion andUrban and Regional Development: expressions of Public.State Universities in c.ará. For the purpose of this artic.ewe foc.s on the Teac.ing-Researc.-Extension tripod in the Vale do Ac.raú State University (UVA), in 2018, yearthat UVA c.lebrates its fiftieh anniversary. Researc. oc.ured through questionnaires sent to the graduates viaUVA’s ac.demic.system, c.eated by the Information Tec.nology c.nter (NTI). The questionnare solic.ted answersfrom 1785 graduates;Researc. also inc.uded an interview with the dean of Administration, offic. of 2014-2022 aswell as data and institutional doc.ments analysis from the university’s webpage and data c.llec.ion in severalpro-rec.ory offic.s in the University. Besides its c.ntradic.ions in the c.nsolidation proc.ss, UVA plays a relevantrole in the expansion of Public.Higher Educ.tion outside the c.pital of the brazilian Northeast region, espec.ally inc.ará, where the Federal University took fifty years to establish a c.mpus outside the state c.pital. The Institution’spioneering spirit helped to reassure the prominent regional role of the c.ty of Sobral in c.ará’s urban network,c.pturing a daily flow of students from over 55 c.unties.

机械辅助自适应牵伸康复装置对脑卒中后前臂肌群功能的影响

目的观察机械辅助自适应牵伸装置对脑卒中后前臂旋前肌群功能的影响,探讨其改善前臂旋前功能障碍、促进手功能恢复的作用。方法选取脑卒中后上肢功能障碍患者120例,依据随机数表法分为对照组(A组)、机械辅助被动牵伸组(B组)、机械辅助自适应牵伸组(c.),均给予常规康复训练。在此基础上,B组给予机械辅助被动牵伸装置治疗,c.给予机械辅助自适应牵伸装置治疗。于治疗前(M0)、治疗1个月(M1)、治疗3个月(M3)后分别采用改良Ashworth痉挛量表(MAS)、上肢Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)及改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分对三组患者进行疗效评定。结果在M0、M1时三组各项评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在M3时c.在MAS、FMA评分与B组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);c.三项评分与A组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组三项评分与A组均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论机械辅助自适应牵伸装置能够有效改善脑卒中后前臂旋前功能障碍,提高上肢运动功能。
