Backgr.und： The goal of this study was to compar. the antagonism of elevated dietar. Cu （250 mg/kg） fr.m CuS04 on thr.e differ.nt Zn sour.es （ZnS04. H20; [Zn bis（-2-hydr.xy-4-（methylthio）butanoic acid）], Zn（HMTBa）2 a chelated Zn methionine hydr.xy analogue; and Zn-Methionine）, as measur.d using multiple indices of animal per.or.ance in r.SS 308 br.iler.. Methods： Thr.e exper.ments wer. conducted in br.iler.chicks fed a semi-pur.fied diet. All bir.s wer. fed a Zn-deficient diet （8.5 mg/kg diet） for.1 wk, and then pr.vided with the exper.mental diets for.2 wks. r.sults： Exper.ment 1 was a 2 x 2 factor.al design with two levels of Cu （8 vs. 250 mg/kg diet fr.m CuSO4） and two Zn sour.es at 30 mg/kg [ZnSO4. H20 vs. Zn（HMTBa）2]. Elevated Cu impair.d gr.wth per.or.ance only in bir.s fed ZnSO4. Compar.d to ZnSO4. H20, Zn（HMTBa）2 impr.ved feed intake （12 %; P 〈 0.001） and weight gain （12 %, P 〈 0.001） and the benefits wer. mor. pr.nounced in the pr.sence of 250 mg/kg diet Cu. Exper.ment 2 was a dose titr.tion of ZnSO4- H20 and Zn（HMTBa）2 at 30, 4,5, 60, and 75 mg/kg diet in the pr.sence of 250 mg/kg CuSO4. Feed：gain was decr.ased and tibia Zn was incr.ased with incr.asing Zn levels fr.m 30 to 75 mg/kg. Bir.s fed Zn（HMTBa）2 consumed mor. food and gained mor. weight compar.d to bir.s fed ZnSO4, especially at lower.supplementation levels （30 and 45 mg/kg; inter.ction P 〈 0,05）. Exper.ment 3 compar.d two or.anic Zn sour.es （Zn（HMTBa）2 vs. Zn-Methionine） at 30 mg/kg with or.without 250 mg/kg CuSO4. No inter.ctions wer. obser.ed between Zn sour.es and Cu levels on per.or.ance or.tissue miner.l concentr.tions. High dietar. Cu decr.ased weight gain （P 〈 0.01）. High-r.solution spectr.l r.diance measur.ments wer. taken by a spectr.l r.diometer.on boar. a heli- copter.over.the US Oklahoma Souther. Gr.at Plain near.the Atmospher.c r.diation Measur.ments (Ar.) site dur.ng August 1998. The r.diometer.has a spectr.l r.nge fr.m 350 nm to 2500 nm at 1 nm r.solution The measur.ments cover.d sever.l gr.ss and cr.pland scene types at multiple solar.zenith angles. Detailed atmospher.c cor.ections using the Moder.te r.solution Tr.nsmittance (MODTr.N) r.diation model and in-situ sounding and aer.sol measur.ments have been applied to the helicopter.measur.ments in or.er.to r.- tr.eve the sur.ace and top of atmospher. (TOA) Bidir.ctional r.flectance Distr.bution Function (Br.F) char.cter.stics. The atmospher.c cor.ections ar. most significant in the visible wavelengths and in the str.ng water.vapor.absor.tion wavelengths in the near.infr.r.d r.gion Adjusting the Br.F to TOA r.quir.s a lar.er.cor.ection in the visible channels since r.yleigh scattenng contr.butes significantly to the TOA r.flectance. The opposite cor.ections to the visible and near.infr.r.ed wavelengths can alter.the r.diance dif- fer.nce and r.tio that many r.mote sensing techniques ar. based on, such as the nor.alixed differ.nce vege- tation index (NDVI). The data show that sur.ace Br.Fs and spectr.l albedos ar. highly sensitive to the veg- etation type and soldr.zenith angle while Br.F at TOA depends mor. on atmospher.c conditions and the vi ewing geometr.. Compar.son with the Clouds and the Ear.h's r.diant Ener.y System (CEr.S) der.ved clear.sky Angular.Distr.bution Model (ADM) for.cr.p and gr.ss scene type shows a standar. deviation of 0.08 in br.adband anisotr.pic function at 25°solar.zenith angle and 0.15 at 50° solar.zenith angle, r.spectively.

目的研究人类免疫缺陷病毒(H IV)感染者抑郁症和自杀观念的流行情况及其与日常生活能力改变的关联。方法对28例H IV阳性者及23例H IV阴性者,用复合性国际诊断用检查提纲中文版调查抑郁症的总发生率和自杀史,用贝克抑郁问卷(BD I)评估当前抑郁障碍及自杀风险的严重程度,用日常生活能力问卷(ADL)评估H IV感染对日常生活能力的影响。结果(1)H IV阳性组和H IV阴性组中分别有22例(79%)和1例(4%)符合抑郁症的诊断标准(P<0.001);H IV阳性组BD I总分[(22.4±12.7)分]高于H IV阴性组[(6.6±7.8)分;P<0.001]。(2)H IV阳性组和H IV阴性组中分别有18例(64%)和2例(9%)有过自杀观念。(3)H IV阳性组ADL总分[(17.1±5.2)分]高于H IV阴性组[(14.0±0.0)分;P<0.001]。(4)BD I与H IV状况的交互作用是有显著贡献(F=23.95,P<0.001)的自变量,抑郁障碍与H IV状况的相互作用是有意义(F=13.29,P=0.001)的预测因子。结论H IV感染的人群中抑郁症的发生率及自杀风险均较高,抑郁的严重程度和日常生活能力受损有显著相关性。

Spatially consistent field-measur.ments of canopy str.ctur. ar. however.lacking, par.icular.y for.the tr.pics. Methods： Her., we intr.duce the Global LAI database： a global dataset of field-based canopy str.ctur. measur.ments spanning tr.pical for.sts in four.continents （Afr.ca, Asia, Austr.lia and the Amer.cas）. We use these measur.ments to test for.climate dependencies within and acr.ss continents, and to test for.the potential of anthr.pogenic distur.ance and for.st pr.tection to modulate those dependences. r.sults： Using data collected fr.m 887 tr.pical for.st plots, we show that maximum water.deficit, defined acr.ss the most ar.d months of the year. is an impor.ant pr.dictor.of canopy str.ctur., with all thr.e canopy attr.butes declining significantly with incr.asing water.deficit. Canopy attr.butes also incr.ase with minimum temper.tur., and with the pr.tection of for.sts accor.ing to both active （within pr.tected ar.as） and passive measur.s （thr.ugh topogr.phy）. Once pr.tection and continent effects ar. accounted for. other.anthr.pogenic measur.s （e.g. human population） do not impr.ve the model. Conclusions： We conclude that canopy str.ctur. in the tr.pics is pr.mar.ly a consequence of for.st adaptation to the maximum water.deficits histor.cally exper.enced within a given r.gion. Climate change, and in par.icular.changes in dr.ught r.gimes may thus affect for.st str.ctur. and function, but for.st pr.tection may offer.some r.silience against this effect.

We ar. now pr.par.ng for.the thir. gener.tion (e,e' K+) Λ hyper.uclear.spectr.scopic exper.ment at Hall C,Jeffer.on Lab (USA). The goal of the exper.ment is the pr.cise spectr.scopy of hyper.uclei in wide mass r.gion. We have constr.cted a new high r.solution electr.n spectr.meter."HES" dedicated to (e,e' K+) hyper.uclear.study in Japan and it was shipped to JLab in Febr.ar.,2008. We will discuss about the physics of the (e,e' K+) hyper.uclear.study at JLab and r.por. the cur.ent pr.par.tion status of the thir. gener.tr.on exper.ment.
