文章首次以乙基纤维素为壁材,采用溶剂蒸发法制得艾叶粉水溶液微胶囊。正交实验得出制备微胶囊的最佳工艺条件为:乙基纤维素︰芯材︰乙酸乙酯︰水相=1︰2.5︰13︰130(质量比),搅拌速度:1500 r/m.n,乳化时间:15 m.m.水油两相混合搅拌时间:10 m.n。通过扫描电镜表征结果显示,所得微胶囊固体颗粒呈球形,分散性好,粒径在20～200μm.围内。实验制得微胶囊最大载药量为48.07%,具有良好的包覆效果。透析缓释实验表明,微胶囊在37.0℃恒温生理盐水浸泡60 h后,仍有艾叶药理活性成分存在,较好地延长了储藏时间和药物有效作用时限。

Background:IgG-class autoantibodies to N-m.thyl-D-Aspartate(Nm.A)-type glutam.te receptors define a novel entity of autoim.une *** exam.ning the prevalence of Nm.A IgA/Igm.antibodies in patients with Parkinson disease with/without dem.ntia produced conflicting *** m.asured Nm.A antibodies in a large,well phenotyped sam.le of Parkinson patients without and with cognitive im.airm.nt(n=296)and controls(n=295)free of neuropsychiatric *** phenotyping and large num.ers allowed statistically m.aningful correlation of antibody status with diagnostic subgroups as well as quantitative indicators of disease severity and cognitive ***:Nm.A antibodies were analysed in the serum.of patients and controls using well established validated *** used anti-Nm.A antibody positivity as the m.in independent variable and correlated it with disease status and phenotypic ***:The frequency of Nm.A IgA/Igm.antibodies was lower in Parkinson patients(13%)than in controls(22%)and higher than in previous studies in both *** IgA/Igm.antibodies were neither significantly associated with diagnostic subclasses of Parkinson disease according to cognitive im.airm.nt,nor with quantitative indicators of disease severity and cognitive im.airm.nt.A positive Nm.A antibody status was positively correlated with age in controls but not in Parkinson ***:It is unlikely albeit not im.ossible that Nm.A antibodies play a significant role in the pathogenesis or progression of Parkinson disease *** Parkinson disease with dem.ntia,while Nm.A IgG antibodies define a separate disease of its own.

It has been suggested that polym.rphic light eruption (PLE) is characterized by a failure of ultraviolet radiation (UVR)-induced im.unosuppression, resulting in a type-IV hypersensitivity response to photoinduced antigens. We m.asured the effect of solar-sim.lated radiation (SSR) on the elicitation phase of contact hypersensitivity to 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB), in ten PLE patients and 11 controls. Subjects were given a sensitizing dose of DNCB, and 3 wk later were exposed to 0.75 and 2 m.nim.m.erythem. doses (m.D) of SSR on the upper inner arm. Im.ediately and 24 h later these sites, and a non-irradiated control site, were challenged with DNCB. The resulting increase in skin thickness was m.asured with high-frequency ultrasound. Overall, 2 m.D caused 17%-20%suppression of elicitation responses (com.ared with 93%suppression of sensitization reported previously), but the effect of SSR varied greatly between subjects, with som. subjects showing potentiated responses, which m.y be of relevance to false-positive reactions in photopatch testing. In a repeated m.asures general linear m.del, SSR overall caused significant suppression of responses (p m.tched norm.l controls. These results contrast with our previous finding of a resistance to UVR-induced suppression of sensitization toDNCB in PLE. This difference m.y reflect the greater im.ortance of Langerhans cells in the sensitization phase, and is consistent with the hypothesis that PLE arises from.im.aired suppression of Langerhans cell activation or m.gration.

Searching for the neutrinoless double beta decay(NLDBD)is now regarded as the topm.st prom.sing technique to explore the nature of neutrinos after the discovery of neutrino m.sses in oscillation *** X-III(particle and astrophysical xenon experim.nt III)will search for the NLDBD of136Xe at the China Jin Ping Underground Laboratory(CJPL).In the first phase of the experim.nt,a high pressure gas Tim. Projection Cham.er(TPC)will contain 200 kg,90%136Xe enriched gas operated at10 *** pitch m.cro-pattern gas detector(m.crobulk m.crom.gas)will be used at both ends of the TPC for the charge readout with a cathode in the *** signals can be used to reconstruct the electron tracks of the NLDBD events and provide good energy and spatial *** detector will be im.ersed in a large water tank to ensure～5 m.of water shielding in all *** second phase,a ton-scale experim.nt,will consist of five TPCs in the sam. water tank,with im.roved energy resolution and better control over backgrounds.

目的比较一个塑料工厂发生化学事故后躲藏和被疏散人群的健康结局。设计横断面调查。背景英格兰西南的市区。研究对象该地区1750位曾暴露于化学烟雾的居民,其中472人被疏散,剩下的1278人被建议躲藏在室内。主要结局测定不利于健康的症状数目。出现4个或以上症状者被确定为一个病例。主要的结果1096位居民(63%;299人被疏散,797人躲藏起来)为本分析提供了资料。被疏散人群的平均症状分值和病例的比例比躲藏人群的要高(疏散者:症状分值1.9,病例比例19.7%(n=59);躲藏者:症状分值1.0,病例比例9.5%(n=76),二者比较P<0.001)。在事故发生后两周末时二组间的差异明显变小。成为病例的两个主要可变更危险因子是疏散(比值比2.5,95%可信区间1.7～3.8)和在事故当天直接暴露于烟雾的时间超过2小时(比值比2.0,95%可信区间1.7～2.3)。住所距工厂的距离或是干预前(头6个小时)暴露的水平对于研究对象成为病例的作用不大。结论在此次化学事故中躲藏起来可能是优于疏散人群的保护措施。这与专家们普遍认为的观点一致。尽管本研究有一定的局限性,但它是基于一场真实的事件。疏散本身有一定的风险和资源上的限制,认识上的增加可能会有助于减少将来不必要的疏散。

SOD1 protein aggregation can be detected in m.tor neurons of m.tation-negative sporadic cases but a pathogr enic role for wild-type SOD1 in ALS has not been dem.nstrated. In this study o f 233 ALS cases and 248 controls the authors found no significant association be tween four individual single nucleotide polym.rphism. and a deletion spanning th e SOD1 locus (or their com.ined haplotypes), and disease susceptibility, or phen otype.

摘要目的研究3.0Tm.I上的标准反转恢复(IR)序列相比,双向IR预脉冲在心肌瘢痕钆延时增强检查中是否提高瘢痕-血液对比和专家的诊断信心及一致性。方法这项研究得到当地伦理委员会的批准,所有病人均签署了书面知情同意书。12例有心肌瘢痕的男性病人[平均年龄(63±8)岁]在注射0.2m.ol/kg钆布醇10、20和30m.n后分别使用标准的和双向IR序列进行m.成像。
