We describe a new species of Rhacophorus based on two adult specimens collected from Hoa Binh Province, northern Vietnam. Rhacophorus hoabinhensis sp. nov. is distinguishable from its congeners on the basis of a combination of the following morphological characters： size small （SVL 31.1-32.5 mm in males）; head slightly longer than wide; vomerine teeth absent; snout short （SNL/SVL 0.16）; dorsal skin smooth; forearm and tarsus with dermal fringes; dermal appendage at vent present; webbing formula on fingers I12/3-12/3II1-2III1-1IV and on toes I3/4-1II1/2- IIII1/2-1IVI-1/2V; dorsal surface grey yellow with brown spots; lower jaw region dark grey, throat, chest and belly cream; anterior and posterior thighs, as well as ventral surface of tibia orange. The interspecific uncorrected genetic distances （16S rRNA gene） between the new species from Hoa Binh and other analyzed congeners varied from 9.8% to 17.4%. In the phylogenetic analyses, the new species revealed to be a representative of Rhacophorus and was nested within the R. hoanglienensis-orlovi species group.

The goal of this paper is to study a mathematical model of a nonlinear static frictional contact problem in elasticity with the mixed boundary conditions described by a combination of the Signorini unilateral frictionless contact condition,and nonmonotone multivalued contact,and friction laws of subdifferential ***,under suitable assumptions,we deliver the weak formulation of the contact model,which is an elliptic system with Lagrange multipliers,and which consists of a hemivariational inequality and a variational ***,we prove the solvability of the contact ***,employing the notion of H-convergence of nonlinear elasticity tensors,we provide a result on the convergence of solutions under perturbations which appear in the elasticity operator,body forces,and surface tractions.

A new species of the agamid genus Japalura is described based on three specimens from southern part of Central Vietnam. It is distinguished from remaining congeners by the following combination of characters： adult size （SVL females 68-69 mm）, tail length/SVL ratio 226%-239%, HW/SVL ratio 17%-18%; FLL/SVL ratio 41%43%; HLL/SVL ratio 72%-73%; 7-9 supralabials, 7-9 infralabials, 54-56 middorsal scales, 20-22 lamellae under finger IV, 24-26 lamellae under toe IV, 1 scale between nasal and supralabials; tympanum concealed; absence of transverse gular fold. The geographical distribution of Japalura genus in general and of a new species in particular is discussed.

The Study of Influencing Factors of Vietnam’s OFDI in ASEAN

The thesis provides an analysis of the influencing factors of Vietnam’s outward foreign direct investment in other ASEAN *** was formerly known as the recipient of foreign direct *** has boldly invested in other countries recently,gaining significant *** thesis investigates the situation of Vietnam’s outward foreign direct investment in ASEAN countries over the period *** particular,the thesis intends to analyze the influencing factors of Vietnam’s outflow investment for the period in each ASEAN *** major findings reveal that Vietnamese enterprises’ foreign investment are largely dependent on state capital,and that the project number is limited and has not been highly effective due to elements from both the home government of Vietnam and the host ***,the thesis has applied the Investment Development Path model to assess the impact of some macro factors on the Vietnam outflow investment propose policy *** main findings point out that the proportion of expenditure on science and technology over state expenditure and the inflow of direct investment will contribute to increase Vietnam’s outward direct investment（spillover effect of foreign direct investment）.Meanwhile,the impact of GDP per capital growth on the amount of outward capital is ***,suggestions have been proposed to increase Vietnam’s opportunities to invest in different countries,which is essential the government’s strategic initiative to diversify its economy and minimize its dependence on natural resources.

The single prefrontal configuration has historically been used as an important diagnostic character for many natricine taxa. For example, the genus Trimerodytes Cope, 1895 was long been regarded as a junior synonym of Opisthotropis Günther, 1872 for their similar prefrontal configurations and the type species, T. balteatus Cope, 1895, has been assigned to the genus Opisthotropis. However, as the number and arrangement of prefrontal vary frequently both at species and generic level, it is questionable whether the synonymization of Trimerodytes reflects their evolutionary relationships. On the basis of recently collected specimens of O. balteata, the generic status of the species was assessed using both molecular and morphological data. Opisthotropis was recovered as polyphyletic with reference to O. balteata, because O. balteata is nested within the genus Sinonatrix Rossman and Eberle, 1977 and is the sister species of the type species of Sinonatrix. Consequently, we herein resurrect the long-overlooked synonym Trimerodytes from Opisthotropis and synonymize the junior generic nomen Sinonatrix with Trimerodytes. In addition, based on morphological similarities between the monotypic genus Paratapinophis Angel, 1929 and Trimerodytes, we doubt about the validity of Paratapinophis. Following taxonomic changes in this work, the taxonomic account of the genus Trimerodytes, updated descriptions of its type species, and diagnostic key to Trimerodytes species are provided.

Sphenomorphus incognitus is recorded for the first time outside of China. The new locality record is from the Tay Yen Tu Nature Reserve in Bac Giang Province, northeastern Vietnam at elevations between 200–450 m. Based on the newly collected specimens, we present an expanded description and provide data on the natural history of this species in northern Vietnam.

Reservoir engineering is the term used in quantum control and information technologies to describe manipulating the environment within which an open quantum system operates. Reservoir engineering is essential in applications where storing quantum information is required. From the control theory perspective, a quantum system is capable of storing quantum information if it possesses a so-called decoherence free subsystem （DFS）. This paper explores pole placement techniques to facilitate synthesis of decoherence free subsystems via coherent quantum feedback control. We discuss limitations of the conventional ＇open loop＇ approach and propose a constructive feedback design methodology for decoherence free subsystem engineering. It captures a quite general dynamic coherent feedback structure which allows systems with decoherence free modes to be synthesized from components which do not have such modes.

In response to the evolving challenges posed by small unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs),which have the potential to transport harmful payloads or cause significant damage,we present AV-FDTI,an innovative Audio-Visual Fusion system designed for Drone Threat ***-FDTI leverages the fusion of audio and omnidirectional camera feature inputs,providing a comprehensive solution to enhance the precision and resilience of drone classification and 3D ***,AV-FDTI employs a CRNN network to capture vital temporal dynamics within the audio domain and utilizes a pretrained ResNet50 model for image feature ***,we adopt a visual information entropy and cross-attention-based mechanism to enhance the fusion of visual and audio ***,our system is trained based on automated Leica tracking annotations,offering accurate ground truth data with millimeter-level *** comparative evaluations demonstrate the superiority of our solution over the existing *** our commitment to advancing this field,we will release this work as open-source code and wearable AV-FDTI design,contributing valuable resources to the research community.

Distributed multi-robot sweep coverage for a region with unknown workload distribution

This paper considers the scenario where multiple robots collaboratively cover a region in which the exact distribution of workload is unknown prior to the *** workload distribution is not uniform in the region,meaning that the time required to cover a unit area varies at different locations of the *** our approach,we divide the target region into multiple horizontal stripes,and the robots sweep the current stripe while partitioning the next stripe *** propose a distributed workload partition algorithm and prove that the operation time on each stripe converges to the minimum under the discrete-time update *** conduct comprehensive simulation studies and compare our method with the existing methods to verify the theoretical results and the advantage of the proposed *** experiments on mini drones are also conducted to demonstrate the practicality of the proposed algorithm.
