This work describes the construction and the evaluation of the general performance of new ampicilli-nate-selective electrodes based on manganese (III) tetraphenylporphyrin [mn(III) TPP-Cl] as ionophore, incorporated in both PVC and sol-gel membranes and directly applied onto a conductive graphite/epoxy resin support. The units were constructed without inner reference solution adopting conventional configuration and in the case of PVC membrane the tubular configuration was also adopted. The good working characteristics of these electrodes, made possible its application to the determination of ampicillin in pharmaceuticals formulations, both in conventional batch analysis and in flow conditions, when the electrodes were coupled to a SIA system. In the last case the potentiometric sensors presented linear response towards ampicillin concentration between 5.0 × 10–4 and 5.0 × 10–2 mol?l–1 with slopes of –57.4 and –63.5 mV?dec–1 for the PVC and sol-gel membranes, respectively. The developed procedures enable mean relative standard deviations better than 3% for all the samples analysed. The obtained results do not statistically differ from those furnished by applying the HPLC reference method.

The stomatognathic system (SS) is a functional unit of the body that depends on the balance of several tissues. It consists of various structures, including the temporomandibular joint. Temporomandibular disorder (TmD) can occur due to alterations in the SS. The Fonseca Anamnestic Index (FAI) is a scale used to evaluate and to characterize the TmD Type: no DTm, mild, moderate and severe. The aim is to evaluate the prevalence of signs and symptoms related to TmD in university students of the Parque das Rosas Campus, Universidade Estácio de Sá that practice sports. This investigation was approved (CAAE number 325678413.9.0000.5284). Two hundred eighth students (110 male and 98 female, aged 19 - 35 years) accepted to be in this investigation. All the participants answered a General Questionnaire (GQ) and the FAI. The GQ had questions about the age, sex and the presence of TmD. The FAI was used. A statistical difference (p > 0.05) was not found about the presence of TmD. Among the female, an elevated number of the students with signal or symptoms related to the temporomandibular with statistic significance (p mD, the prevalence of this disorder is higher between male than female. Considering the FAI, among the female students, there is a prevalence of the mild Type. Considering the evaluation of the type of TmD among the male and female students no difference was found between male and female to the types mild and moderate, however, the prevalence of the severe Type is higher in female than in male with statistical significance. In conclusion, TmD is a relevant clinical condition with an important prevalence among the university students. moreover, the type of the TmD could be considered due to prevalence of the Type Severe among the women.

葡萄牙产有三个铀矿床（Urgeirica、Bica和cunha Baixa）的花岗岩的其特点是铀含量高,含量变化大,地表含量为4-17ppm,钍含量为20-37ppm。含铀、钍的副矿物主要有:晶质铀矿（含有少量ThO;）、磷钇矿、独居石、锆石,磷灰石也含少量铀和钍。在脉型铀矿脉壁上,强烈的绢云母化蚀变是由含盐度较低的（相当于氯化钠重量的1.1-5.8％）含水溶液造成的,它的温度可达200-250℃。对白色云母的详细分析能区分出几个世代:岩浆期的、岩浆期后的和矿脉边缘多硅白云母。铀矿脉的周围环境明显看出溶液演化复杂,这说明原生铀矿化的热液成因。

With an increase in the number of cases of autism spectrum disorder(ASD),dental professionals need to be aware of the different techniques required to ensure safe dental treatments for affected patients. The concerns and preferences of the parents and the medical and dental history of each patient should be considered. The aim of this article was to provide a comprehensive update on the medical and dental health of patients with ASD. A detailed search of the electronic database Pubmed/medline/Lilacs was performed for the terms"Autism", "Autistic", "Autism Spectrum Disorder", "ASD", "Dentistry" and"Dentist", in the period between 2006 and 2017. Systemic reviews, research articles, and literature reviews were included. Expert opinions, case series, and case reports were excluded from the search. A detailed family-centered approach based on the preferences and concerns of parents is an important foundation for appropriate individualized dental treatment of patients with ASD. In addition,the knowledge of disruptive behaviors and patient′s challenges may guide dental practitioners in improving treatment planning, oral management, and the overall oral health of patients with ASD.

JUNO is a multi-purpose neutrino observatory under construction in the south of *** publication presents new sensitivity estimates for the measurement of the △m_(31)^(2),△m_(21)^(2),sin^(2)θ_(12),and sin^(2)θ_(13) oscillation parameters using reactor antineutrinos,which is one of the primary physics goals of the *** sensitivities are obtained using the best knowledge available to date on the location and overburden of the experimental site,the nuclear reactors in the surrounding area and beyond,the detector response uncertainties,and the reactor antineutrino spectral shape constraints expected from the TAO satellite *** is found that the △m_(21)^(2) and sin^(2)θ_(12) oscillation parameters will be determined to 0.5%precision or better in six years of data *** the same period,the △m_(31)^(2) parameter will be determined to about 0.2%precision for each mass ordering *** new precision represents approximately an order of magnitude improvement over existing constraints for these three parameters.
