An increase in t.e const.uct.on of wind farms has also been wit.essed in Brazil. t.is calls for different.act.vit.es, such as t.e design and const.uct.on of infrast.uct.re. t.is art.cle focuses on t.e design of int.rnal medium volt.ge dist.ibut.on grids for wind farms. t.e purpose is t. find a radial configurat.on t.at.connect. a set.of wind generat.rs t. t.e subst.t.on, in an opt.mum way, minimizing operat.onal and const.uct.on cost., reducing loss and t.erefore cont.ibut.ng t. sust.inabilit.. In large farms, t.e project.design consist. of a large combinat.rial opt.mizat.on problem, given t.e large number of possible configurat.ons t. be deployed. Finding t.e best.solut.on for t.e int.rnal grid depends on t.e crit.rion adopt.d for t.e object.ves pursued. t.is art.cle analyzes t.e different.crit.ria t.at.can be adopt.d in t.e design of t.e wind farm’s int.rnal grid using a met.odology based on genet.c algorit.m (GA). It. aim is t. ident.fy t.eir influence on t.e solut.on of t.e problem and help decision-making by finding t.e most.adequat. crit.rion for t.e object.ves pursued. t.e result. show t.at.t.e design of t.e int.rnal grid is sensit.ve t. t.e crit.ria adopt.d for t.e object.ve funct.on. In addit.on, t.e degree of sensit.vit. is analyzed, showing t.at. in some cases, t.e solut.ons are not.economically at.ract.ve and do not.cont.ibut. t. t.e reduct.on of losses.

Key findings： C. sylvest.is decreased t.e inflammat.ry process during t.e experiment.l period in diabet.c and non-diabet.c animals which has been demonst.at.d by MPO, NAG quant.ficat.on, and t.F-β1 expression. C. sylvest.is also increased blood vessels and decreased VEGF expression during t.e st.died period in non-diabet.c animals. Fibroplasia and collagenase were increased in all experiment.l periods in t.e DM-G group by means of de hydroxyproline quant.ficat.on, collagen I, collagen III and glycosaminoglycans. t.lerogenic dendrit.c cells （DCs） are widely st.died for t.eir possible use in t.e t.eat.ent.of inflammat.ry disorders, such as aut.immune diseases. One of t.e obst.cles for t.e use of t.is cell-based t.erapy is t.e charact.rizat.on of drugs t.at.are able t. modulat. DCs. We have previously shown t.at.chloroquine （CQ）, an ant.malarial agent. has t.e abilit. t. modulat. DCs t.wards a t.lerogenic phenot.pe.1 t.ese t.lerogenic DCs are able t. suppress t.e development.of experiment.l aut.immune encephalomyelit.s （EAE）, a t.cell-driven mouse model of human mult.ple sclerosis. In addit.on, several st.dies have proposed t.at.nit.ic oxide （NO） plays a major role in t.e dif- ferent.at.on of regulat.ry t.cells （t.egs） and t.e suppression of t.l/t.17 cells.2＂3 However, lit.le is known about.t.e role of DC-derived NO in t.e modulat.on of inflammat.ry aut.- immune responses. t.us, we aimed t. evaluat. whet.er NO plays a role in t.e t.lerogenic act.vit. of CQ-t.eat.d DCs （CQ- DCs）. We found t.at.CQ induces DC product.on of NO and expression of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase （IDO）, as well as inducible nit.ic oxide syrt.hase （iNOS）.
