Biomass seaweed Cladophora sp. (BSC) included Cladphora socialis, Cladophora prolifera, Cladophora crupila, which was hydrolysised in dilute sulfuric acid and enzymatic hydrolysis of cellulase. BSC was treated by dilute sulfuric acid at concentration of 0, 0.5%, 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%, 6% (v/v) (v volume) in autoclave respectively at 121 °C at time 20, 40 and 60 minute, with the rate between seaweed and solution acid of 1/10(w/v) (w weight). Beside, BSC was pretreated in dilute sulfuric acid at 0.5%(v/v) at 121 °C in 20 minute, after it was treat at concentrations 0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1 ml/g with the enzymatic hydrolysis consisted of cellulase in control (50 °C, pH 5.0, 24 h). The results showed that, total sugar contents of two methods are the same, but sugar content was varied by treatment time of heat. Rates of acid 4%; 5%, 6% (v/v) and 0.8; 1 ml/g have high sugar content within the range of 42.38-48.51 mg/ml. 400 ml of hydrolysis solution was fermented by Saccharomyces cerevisiae at 30 °C for 72 h. After fermentation, 5% ethanol solution was identified for the first 100 ml evaporate solution. BSC is easily hydrolyzed and fermented to ethanol, this shows excellent prospects as a potential feedstock for the production of bioethanol.

语言是民族文化的载体,也是反映该民族文化的一面镜子。通过分析一个民族的语言特点,或多或少我们能了解到这个民族人民的生活方式和思维方式。不同的民族会使用不同的语言,不同的民族会有不同的文化背景,所以两种不同的语言就会反映出两个国家不同民族文化的不同。汉语作为中国人所使用的语言与作为越南人所使用的语言——越南语也不例外。因此,就汉语与越南语进行的对比工作有助于揭示中越两国之间的文化差异。

Relationship between Hydrogeological Structure and Groundwater Exploitation Capacity in Aquifer of the Basin of Cai phan Rang River, Ninh Thuan Province, Viet Nam

this article presents the results of dividing the hydrogeological structure zones in aquifer of Cai phan Rang river basin, Ninh Thuan province, Viet Nam, and the relationship between parameters of hydrogeological structure zones with water storage capacity of hydrogeological structure. Research results divided hydrogeological structure of Cai phan Rang River Basin into four zones, including three zones with depression bedrock and one zone with slope bedrock, and the results assessed：（1） specific discharge of exploitation well is proportional to zone area of hydrogeological structure; （2） specific discharge of exploitation well is inversely proportional to slope of bedrock surface, slope of water level in zone and area of drainage surface of hydrogeological structure zone; （3） water level fluctuation in zone is proportional to slope of bedrock surface, slope of water level in zone and inversely proportional to distribution area of zone; （4） total mineralization of water is proportional to bedrock surface slope and water level slope in zone, and inversely proportional to drainage surface area of zone and volume of structural depression. Research results are practical significance in solutions proposal to increase exploitation capacity for various water use purposes.

Entrepreneurship is one of the popular choices for students after graduation from higher *** study focuses on proposing a model to identify the factors affecting the entrepreneurial intention of students at Tan Trao University by researching some typical models in the *** quantitative research methods based on a survey of 391 students,the study has shown that there are 5 factors affecting the entrepreneurial intention of students at Tan Trao University,including opportunity,motivation,perception of behavioral control,skills and resources for ***,the study proposes a number of solutions for the students,the university and other related parties to promote students’entrepreneurial intentions.

The result of the study contributes to enhancing and sustaining future livelihoods and food security in Vietnam vis-a-vis climate change. An innovative strategy based on marker-assisted backcrossing (MABC) was used to transform popular rice variety AS996 into the one can tolerate submergence while maintaining its original characteristics preferred by farmers and consumers. The submergence tolerance QTL SUB1 counts for up to 70% of the submergence tolerant and provides a marked improvement of submergence tolerance in all genetic backgrounds and environments tested so far. Parental diversity was carried out with 460 markers. Of which, 53 polymorphic markers were used for assessment on BC1F1, BC2F1 and BC3F1 generations. The best BC1F1 plant was P422 with highest recipient allele was 87.5%, while the additional chosen plants were P412, P428, P215 and P39 (81% - 84%). All these plants were used to develop BC2F1 generation. The six BC2F1 plants were used to develop BC3F1 and BC2F2 were the plants number P422-11 and P422-14 having 93.75% recipient alleles and P422-12, P422-3, P39-17, P39-25 having 92.25% recipient alleles. Total of 445 BC3F1 plants were confirmed the introgresion of SUB1 using ART5 and SC3. After three generations of backcrossing, application of MABC resulted in the best BC3F1 individual P422-14-177 with 100% of recipient alleles based on the number of 53 markers used with only the introgression size of SUB1 was 0.3Mb between ART5 and SC3. Phenotyping was carried out on BC3F1 and BC2F2 of the selected lines. The survival ratio of these selected lines and IR64SUB1 were the same. It convinced the successfully introgress SUB1 into AS996 rice variety. The breeding line BC4F1 having 100% genetic background of donor variety is ready for develop new submergence tolerant rice variety ASS996-SUB1 to cope with climate change.

To assess the peripheral refractive changes that occur when eye growth decelerates in *** We measured peripheral refraction and on-axis vitreous chamber depth on a total of 53 marmosets;36 treated monocularly for 12 weeks 9 hrs/day(26 with-5 D contact lenses,10 with+5 D)and 17 untreated *** the 26 marmosets treated with-5 D,10 wore contact lenses 9 hrs/day without interruptions and were mea-sured at the end of 10 weeks of treatment(T10)and after 4 weeks of recovery(R14).Eight had both contact lenses removed for 30 mins twice/day(mid-morning and mid-afternoon)during the first four weeks of treatment(early interruption group)and eight had the lenses removed during the second four weeks of treatment(late interruption group).The two interruption groups were measured after 4,8 and 12 weeks of treatment only(T4,T8,T12).
