this paper distinguished hydrogen roles to improve electron mobility and carrier concentration in Zno and Al doped Zno sputtered *** combining experimental evidences and th.o.etical results,we find out that hydrogen located at oxygen vacancy sites(h_(o))is the main factor gives rise to increase simultaneously mobility and carrier concentration which has not been mentioned *** appropriate hydrogen content during sputtering not only results in crystalline relaxation but also supports doping Al into Zno,increasing carrier concentration and electron mobility in the *** principles calculations confirmed hydrogen substitutional stability for oxygen vacancy,significantly reducing electron conductivity effective mass and hence increasing electron *** particular,0.8%hydrogen partial pressure ratio achieved 61 cm^(2)V^(-1)s^(-1)maximum electron mobility,optical transmittance above 82%in visible and near-infrared regions,and 2×10^(20) cm^(-3)carrier concentrations for h-Al co-doped Zno *** values approach ideal electrical and optical properties for transparent conducting oxide *** presence of one maximum electron mobility was attributed to competition between increasing mobility due to restoring effective electron mass and hydrogen passivation of native defects,and decreased electron mobility due to electron-phonon scattering.

Aim:Lung metastasis is a leading cause of death in patients with.o.teosarcoma(oS).No effective therapy exists that improves the five-year overall survival rate of oS patients with ***,finding novel therapeutic targets will help develop new treatment strategies for oS patients with lung ***:Based on analysis of gene expression profiles between sublines of the Dunn oS LM8 cell line with high(LM8-h)and low(LM8-L)metastatic ability,we have identified Wnt signal-related genes that play an important role in lung metastasis of *** of the genes was investigated by establishing sublines of gene knockout and assessing their metastatic ability using a mouse lung metastasis *** molecular mechanism underlying the function of the genes was further investigated by in vitro ***:We have identified that receptor tyrosine kinase-like orphan receptor 2(RoR2),a receptor of the non-canonical Wnt signaling pathway,was involved in oS cell survival in lung capillaries during ***8-h knocked out of Ror2(h/Ror2-Ko)significantly reduced lung metastasis by decreasing the viability in lung capillaries 48 h after intravenous *** vitro study revealed that RoR2 increased anoikis resistance th.o.gh AKT *** of RoR2 expression in h/Ror2-Ko cells restored their metastatic ability and viability in lung ***:The results demonstrate a novel RoR2 function in oS lung metastasis and may inform new treatment strategies for oS patients.

The roughness of the model function f（x） to the basis functions has been identified. When the model function is continuous segment, its roughness does not depend on the behavior of the first segment, but depends on ＂h＂, the shift in the slope of two consecutive segments. If the distribution of design is uniform, f（x） is continuous segment function, and h is constant, then the maximum roughness is h2/192 obtained at the midpoint of the observations. Suppose that we have a sequence of designs {Pn（x）} then its corresponding distribution {Fn （x）} converges weakly to some distribution F（x）. Let D（f） be a set of discontinuous points off（x）, it is possible to take the limit of the roughness if D（f） has zero （dF）-measure. The behavior of maximum roughness of the discontinuous segment function has been studied by using grid points.

We investigate a new numerical procedure based on a bubble-enriched finite element formulation in combination with the implicit backward Euler scheme for nonlinear analysis of strip footings and stability of *** soil body is modeled as a perfect plastic Mohr-Coulomb *** displacement field is approximated by a 4-node quadrilateral element discretization enhanced with bubble *** loads and failure mechanisms in cohesive frictional soil are determined by solving a few Newton-Raph.o. *** results of the present approach are verified by both analytical solutions and other numerical solutions available in the literature.

Acute fatty liver of pregnancy (AFLP) is a rare disease in Vietnam. Diagnosis by recorded literature is often difficult to distinguish from viral hepatitis, paraplegia, or bile duct disease, so AFLP diagnosis is often delayed. The prevalence of hepatitis B in Vietnam in pregnant women is estimated at 10% REF _Ref494526757 \r \h [1], preeclampsia is estimated at 0.2% REF _Ref494526760 \r \h [2]. A case pregnant woman has 35.5-week gestational age with AFLP, who was safely delivered both mother and infant at hung Vuong hospital, Vietnam. A careful history and physical examination, in conjunction with compatible laboratory and ultrasound imaging results, are often sufficient to make the diagnosis, and liver biopsy is rarely indicated. Intensive adjuvant therapy and rapid birth control are essential for maternal and fetal outcomes.

Tin-doped Indium oxide （ITo） has been successfully prepared via solvothermal method with a mixture of Indium（Ill） acetylacetonate and Tin（IV） bis（acetylacetonate）dich.o.ide in oleyamine solvent under the condition of the different reaction time from 12 h to 48 h for the first time. The morphology, phase composition and particle size of the ITo powder were characterized by TEM and XRD. Two significant properties required for ITo samples to become noncarbon support for Pt in PEMFCs including specific surface area and electrical conductivity were studied.

Spore germination and appressorium formation of Magnaporthe oryzae spores was completely suppressed by an ethyl acetate extract of the culture filtrate from the h921 isolate (h921-EAE-CF). Production of antifungal substance(s) in the h921-EAE-CF began to increase up to 3 days after isolate h921 incubation. Furthermore, heat treatment (105°C or 121°C) of h921-EAE-CF did not alter its inhibitory effect on M. oryzae spore germination compared to non-heat-treated h921-EAE-CF. Blast lesion formation inhibition by h921-EAE-CF was dose-dependent. Internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region sequence analysis indicated that this isolate shared similarities with species of the genera Trichoderma. this study suggests that h921-EAE-CF contains some antifungal substances that could be promising candidates for control of rice blast disease.

The male and female reproductive tracts are complex microenvironments that have diverse functional demands. The immune system in the reproductive tract has the demanding task of providing a protective environment for a fetal allograft while simultaneously conferring protection against potential pathogens. As such, it has evolved a unique set of adaptations, primarily under the influence of sex hormones, which make it distinct from other mucosal sites. here, we discuss the various components of the immune system that are present in both the male and female reproductive tracts, including innate soluble factors and cells and humoral and cell-mediated adaptive immunity under homeostatic conditions. We review the evidence showing unique phenotypic and functional characteristics of immune cells and responses in the male and female reproductive tracts that exhibit compartmentalization from systemic immunity and discuss how these features are influenced by sex hormones. We also examine the interactions among the reproductive tract, sex hormones and immune responses following hIV-1 infection. An improved understanding of the unique characteristics of the male and female reproductive tracts will provide insights into improving clinical treatments of the immunological causes of infertility and the design of prophylactic interventions for the prevention of sexually transmitted infections.
