A photovoltaic(PV)-rich low-voltage(LV)distribution network poses a limit on the export power of PVs due to the voltage magnitude *** defining a customer export limit,switching off the PV inverters can be avoided,and thus reducing power *** on this,this paper proposes a mixed-integer nonlinear programming(MINLP)model to define such.o.timal customer *** MINLP model aims to minimize the total PV power curtailment while considering the technical operation of the distribution ***,a nonlinear mathematical formulation is ***,a new set of linearizations approximating the Euclidean norm is introduced to turn the MINLP model into an MILP formulation that can be solved with reasonable computational *** extension to consider multiple stochastic scenarios is also *** proposed model has been tested in a real LV distribution network using smart meter measurements and irradiance profiles from a case study in the *** assess the quality of the solution provided by the proposed MILP model,Monte Carlo simulations are executed in openDSS,while an error assessment between the original MINLP and the approximated MILP model has been conducted.

Mobilization of Arsenic in Groundwater in the Southern hanoi City (Vietnam) as Studied by Isotopic and Related Techniques

Sixteen samples of surface and groundwater from the most southern part of the hanoi city (Vietnam) has been taken and analyzed for the soluble major ions, namely Na+, K+, , Ca2+, Mg2+, Cl-, , and arsenic as well as molybdenum content along with isotopic composition of deuterium and oxygen (δ2h and δ18o), tritium activity, and δ13C in DIC. The stable isotopic composition of groundwater indicates the water in that area is recharged from the local meteoric and theRed River’s water sources. The mean residence time of the groundwater should be before 60-ies of the past century as its 3h activity ranged from LoD of the analytical technique (0.4 TU) to 2.1 TU only implying that As would not be related to its recent application. The concentrations of As in the water samples is weakly correlated with those of Fe2+ (R2 = 0.08) but it strongly did with the concentrations of bicarbonate (R2 = 0.80). Thus, bicarbonate seems to liberate As adsorbed on hydrous ferric oxides (h.o. into water th.o.gh the displacement mechanism. The surface adsorption-desorption of As could be proven by a strong correlation between As and Mo concentrations (R2 = 0.77). The bicarbonate formation in groundwater was thought to be, partly, due to the bio-mineralization of natural organic matter (NoM) by bacteria followed by the dissolution of calcite and/or dolomite present in the sediments. Evidence for the NoM bio-mineralization was found in the close relationship between δ13C and the concentration of bicarbonate in water. Therefore, the mobilization of As in groundwater of bicarbonate type in the southern part of hanoi city seems to be not only due to the reductive dissolution of the h.o.but the bicarbonate displacement also should be considered.

Sorption of Water-Extractable organic Carbon in Various Clay Subsoils: Effects of Soil Properties

Clay-rich subsoils are added to sandy soils to improve crop yield and increase organic carbon （C） sequestration; however, little is known about the influence of clay subsoil properties on organic C sorption and desorption. Batch sorption experiments were conducted with nine clay subsoils with a range of properties. The clay subsoils were shaken for 16 h at 4 ℃with water-extractable organic C （WEoC, 1 224 g C L-1） from mature wheat residue at a soil to extract ratio of 1：10. After removal of the supernatant, the residual pellet was shaken with deionised water to determine organic C desorption. The WEoC sorption was positively correlated with smectite and illite contents, cation exchange capacity （CEC） and total organic C, but negatively correlated with kaolinite content. Desorption of WEoC expressed as a percentage of WEoC sorbed was negatively correlated with smectite and illite contents, CEC, total and exchangeable calcium （Ca） concentrations and clay content, but positively correlated with kaolinite content. The relative importance of these properties varied among soil types. The soils with a high WEoC sorption capacity had medium CEC and their dominant clay minerals were smectite and illite. In contrast, kaolinite was the dominant clay mineral in the soils with a low WEoC sorption capacity and low-to-medium CEC. however, most soils had properties which could increase WEoC sorption as well as those that could decrease WEoC sorption. The relative importance of properties increasing or decreasing WEoC sorption varied with soils. The soils with high desorption had a low total Ca concentration, low-to-medium CEC and low clay content, whereas the soils with low desorption were characterised by medium-to-high CEC and smectite and illite were the dominant clay minerals. We conclude that WEoC sorption and desorption depend not on a single property but rather a combination of several properties of the subsoils in this study.

this paper presents an adapted stabilisation method for the equal-order mixed scheme of finite elements on convex polygonal meshes to analyse the high velocity and pressure gradient of incompressible fluid flows that are governed by Stokes equations *** technique is constructed by a local pressure projection which is extremely simple,yet effective,to eliminate the poor or even non-convergence as well as the instability of equal-order mixed polygonal *** this research,some numerical examples of incompressible Stokes fluid flow that is coded and programmed by MATLAB will be presented to examine the effectiveness of the proposed stabilised method.

this paper presents a streaming system using scalable video coding based on h.264/AVC. The system provides a congestion control algorithm supported by channel bandwidth estimation of the client. It uses retransmission only for packets of the base layer to disburden the congested network. The bandwidth estimation allows for adjusting the transmission rate quickly to the current available bandwidth.o. the network. Compared to binomial congestion control, the proposed system allows for shorter start-up times and data rate adaptation. The paper describes the components of this streaming system and the results of experiments showing that the proposed approach works effectively for streaming video.

The corrosion behavior of spheroidal graphite and flake graphite cast irons was studied in oxidizing and sulfidizing atmospheres between 600 and 800℃ for 50 h. The corrosion rate in the sulfidizing atmosphere was faster than that in air above 700℃, due to the formation of the Fe0.975S sulfide. The corrosion rate of the spheroidal graphite cast iron was similar to that of the flake graphite cast iron.
