Innate and adaptive T cells in influenza disease

Influenza is a major global health problem, causing infections of the respiratory tract, often leading to acute pneumonia, life-threatening complications and even deaths. over the last seven decades, vaccination strategies have been utilized to protect people from complications of influenza, especially groups at high risk of severe disease. While current vaccination regimens elicit strain-specific antibody responses, they fail to generate cross-protection against seasonal, pandemic and avian viruses. Moreover, vaccines designed to generate influenza- specific T-cell responses are yet to be optimized. During natural infection, viral replication is initially controlled by innate immunity before adaptive immune responses （T cells and antibody-producing B cells） achieve viral clearance and host recovery. Adaptive T and B cells maintain immunological memory and provide protection against subsequent infections with related influenza viruses. Recent studies also shed light on the role of innate T- cells （MAIT cells, y~ T cells, and NKT cells） in controlling influenza and linking innate and adaptive immune mechanisms, thus making them attractive targets for vaccination strategies. We summarize the current knowledge on influenza-specific innate MAIT and γδ T cells as well as adaptive CD8＋ and CD4＋ T cells, and discuss how these responses can be harnessed by novel vaccine strategies to elicit cross-protective immunity against different influenza strains and subtypes.

this paper deals with h_(∞) control problem for nonlinear conformable fractional order systems. The authors first derive new sufficient condition for exponential stability of nonlinear conformable fractional order systems based on Lyapunov-like function method for conformable fractional order systems and linear matrix inequalities(LMIs) approach. Then, by introducing a new concepts of h_(∞) control problem for nonlinear conformable fractional order systems, the authors study h_(∞) performance analysis and h_(∞) state feedback controller design problems for the considered systems. In terms of LMIs, a sufficient condition is proposed to ensure the nonlinear conformable fractional order systems are not only exponentially stable, but also satisfy h_(∞) performance γ. An explicit expression for state feedback controllers is also designed to make the closed-loop system is exponentially stable with h_∞performance γ. Finally, numerical examples are given to illustrate the validity and effectiveness of the proposed results.

Nowadays,web systems and servers are constantly at great risk from *** paper proposes a novel approach to detecting abnormal network traffic using a bidirectional long short-term memory(LSTM)network in combination with the ensemble learning ***,the binary classification module was used to detect the current abnormal ***,the abnormal flows were fed into the multilayer classification module to identify the specific type of *** this research,a deep learning bidirectional LSTM model,in combination with the convolutional neural network and attention technique,was deployed to identify a specific *** solve the real-time intrusion-detecting problem,a stacking ensemble-learning model was deployed to detect abnormal intrusion before being transferred to the attack classification *** class-weight technique was applied to overcome the data imbalance between the attack *** results showed that our approach gained good performance and the F1 accuracy on the CICIDS2017 data set reached 99.97%,which is higher than the results obtained in other research.

Emotion Recognition with Capsule Neural Network

For human-machine communication to be as effective as human-tohuman communication, research.o. speech emotion recognition is *** the models and the classifiers used to recognize emotions, neural networks appear to be promising due to the network’s ability to learn and the diversity in configuration. Following the convolutional neural network, a capsuleneural network (CapsNet) with inputs and outputs that are not scalar quantitiesbut vectors allows the network to determine the part-whole relationships thatare specific 6 for an object. this paper performs speech emotion recognition basedon CapsNet. The corpora for speech emotion recognition have been augmented byadding white noise and changing voices. The feature parameters of the recognition system input are mel spectrum images along with the characteristics of thesound source, vocal tract and prosody. For the German emotional corpus EMoDB, the average accuracy score for 4 emotions, neutral, boredom, anger and happiness, is 99.69%. For Vietnamese emotional corpus BKEmo, this score is94.23% for 4 emotions, neutral, sadness, anger and happiness. The accuracy scoreis highest when combining all the above feature parameters, and this scoreincreases significantly when combining mel spectrum images with the featuresdirectly related to the fundamental frequency.

Effect of heating time on the structural,morphology,optical,and photocatalytic properties of graphitic carbon nitride(g-C3N4)nanosheets prepared at 550℃in Ar atmosphere is *** investigations are carried out by using x-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),UV-vis absorption,and photoluminescence(PL).At a heating temperature of 550℃,g-C3N4 nanocrystals are formed after 0.5 h and become more orderly as the heating time *** surface area of the g-C3N4 nanosheets significantly increases as the preparation time *** g-C3N4 prepared in 2.5 h shows the highest photocatalytic performance,decomposing completely 10 ppm RhB solution under xenon lamp irradiation for 2.0 h.

Rainfall data with an appropriate spatial resolution is a key input to hydrological ***,networks of rain gauges are often sparsely and unevenly distributed in large catchments,especially in developing ***-resolution rainfall datasets,such as the Asian Precipitation highly Resolved observational Data Integration Towards Evaluation of Water Resources(APh.o.ITE),the Climate Forecast System Reanalysis(CFSR),the Climatic Research Unit Time Series(CRUTS),the Global Precipitation Climatology Centre(GPCC)and the Tropical Rainfall Measuring Mission(TRMM),have become available to overcome such *** objective of this study was to evaluate the impacts of four land-based rainfall products(APh.o.ITE,CFSR,CRU-TS,and GPCC)and a satellite-based rainfall product(TRMM)on streamflow of the upper catchment of Tri An reservoir in Vietnam using the hydrological Modeling System(hEC-hMS).In addition,the available rain gauges data were used for comparison *** indicates that the TRMM and GPCC data show their best match to rain gauges data in simulating the streamflow in the period 1999–***,the results indicate that the TRMM and GPCC data could be alternative solutions.

A Simple Approach to the Fabrication of Graphene-Carbon Nanotube hybrid Films on Copper Substrate by Chemical Vapor Deposition

In this study,graphene-carbon nanotube（CNT） hybrid films were directly synthesized on polycrystalline copper（Cu） substrates by thermal chemical vapor deposition（CVD） *** films were synthesized on Cu substrate at 1000 ℃ in mixture of gases:argon（Ar）,hydrogen（h2）,and methane（Ch4）.Then,carbon nanotubes（CNTs） were grown uniformly on the surface of graphene/Cu films at 750 ℃ in mixture of Ar,*** acetylene（C2h2） *** salt FeCl3solution deposited onto the surface of graphene/Cu substrate by spin coating method was used as precursor for the growth.o. the *** density and quality of the CNTs on the surface of graphene/Cu films can be controlled by varying the concentration of FeCl3salt catalyst.

this study assessed the quality and biological activity of Vietnamese single-bulb black garlic(SBG)by investigating the effect of different temperatures(60,65,70,and 75℃)on physicochemical properties during the heat treatment *** optimal treating conditions accounted for the highest concentration of antioxidants were 70℃for 42 *** SBG.70 had a higher content of reducing sugar,protein,flavonoid,and polyphenol in comparison with the white garlic and the *** activity of single-bulb white garlic and SBG were measured via DPPh,phosphomolybdenum,and h.o. radicals,as well as a reduction *** antimicrobial activity was assessed by the multi-concentration dilution method;the sample treated at 70℃displayed the strongest activity against four microbial strains with MIC values for ***,***,***,and *** of 64,128,128,and 64μg/mL,***,only two SBG samples aged at 70℃and 75℃were bacteriostatic to *** with MIC values of 32 and 64μg/mL,respectively.
