Objective:To evaluate hepatitis B virus(HBV)vaccine coverage and its associated factors among health science students in ***:This cross-sectional study involving 459 health science students at Tra Vinh University was conducted between April and June *** were collected using a structured questionnaire with items on sociodemographic characteristics,knowledge and attitude about HBV,and vaccination status.A multivariable logistic regression model was used to explore the factors associated with vaccination ***:The majority of participants were female(65.8%)and enrolled at the medical school(56.2%).A total of 30.3%participants received the full dose of the HBV *** percentages of participants with sufficient knowledge and positive attitudes toward HBV infection were 75.2%and 43.4%,*** was 11.8 times higher in sixth-year medical students than any healthcare student in their first-year[adjusted odds ratio(aOR)11.8,95%CI 3.1-45.1,P<0.001],and the coverage was also significant higher in those who had sufficient knowledge(aOR 2.0,95%CI 1.1-3.9,P<0.05)and positive attitudes(aOR 3.0,95%CI 1.9-4.8,P<0.05)than in their ***:The majority of students were not fully vaccinated against HBV,indicating they were vulnerable to the *** and authorities should reinforce health education messages aimed at encouraging all students to get vaccinated with the HBV vaccine,enhance their awareness and knowledge of HBV,and improve attitudes toward HBV infection prevention.

This paper distinguished hydrogen roles to improve electron mobility and carrier concentration in ZnO and Al doped ZnO sputtered *** combining experimental evidences and theoretical results,we find out that hydrogen located at oxygen vacancy sites(H_(O))is the main factor gives rise to increase simultaneously mobility and carrier concentration which has not been mentioned *** appropriate hydrogen content during sputtering not only results in crystalline relaxation but also supports doping Al into ZnO,increasing carrier concentration and electron mobility in the *** principles calculations confirmed hydrogen substitutional stability for oxygen vacancy,significantly reducing electron conductivity effective mass and hence increasing electron *** particular,0.8%hydrogen partial pressure ratio achieved 61 cm^(2)V^(-1)s^(-1)maximum electron mobility,optical transmittance above 82%in visible and near-infrared regions,and 2×10^(20) cm^(-3)carrier concentrations for H-Al co-doped ZnO *** values approach ideal electrical and optical properties for transparent conducting oxide *** presence of one maximum electron mobility was attributed to competition between increasing mobility due to restoring effective electron mass and hydrogen passivation of native defects,and decreased electron mobility due to electron-phonon scattering.

茶树(Camellia sinensis)是我国重要的木本经济作物。环境胁迫如干旱、盐、高温和低温胁迫等严重影响茶树生长发育、茶叶产量和品质。褪黑素在植物生长发育和胁迫应答过程中发挥重要作用。咖啡酸氧甲基转移酶(Caffeic acid Omethyltransferase,COMT)是参与植物褪黑素生物合成过程的关键酶类。然而,目前COMT参与调控茶树褪黑素生物合成的分子机制尚不清楚。在本研究中,我们利用生物信息学技术从茶树基因组中共筛选鉴定到25个CsCOMT基因,并分析了CsCOMT基因家族成员的系统进化关系、染色体定位、基因结构、启动子顺式作用元件和基因组密码子的偏好性,同时还分析了CsCOMT家族成员的蛋白质结构(如蛋白质保守基序、信号肽预测、空间结构特征等)、基因与蛋白质甲基化位点,以及蛋白质磷酸化位点,这些信息为进一步研究CsCOMT基因家族成员的生物学功能提供了重要线索。此外,通过转录组数据分析和q RT-PCR验证分析了CsCOMT在茶树不同组织器官以及茶树应答激素与非生物胁迫过程中的表达模式。利用VIGS基因沉默技术和HPLC分析技术,发现基因沉默CsCOMT19导致茶树褪黑素含量显著下降,表明CsCOMT19在茶树褪黑素生物合成过程中可能发挥重要作用。这些结果为深入解析CsCOMT参与茶树褪黑素生物合成的分子机制提供了重要信息,同时也为选育优良茶树品种提供了可靠的理论依据。主要研究结果如下:(1)利用生物信息学分析技术从茶树基因组中共筛选鉴定到25个CsCOMT基因。通过进化关系分析将这些CsCOMT基因家族成员分为3个亚家族,相同亚家族成员具有相似的基因结构。CsCOMT基因启动子主要含有与植物生长发育、光响应、胁迫响应和激素响应相关的顺式作用元件。(2)生物信息学分析表明CsCOMT家族成员具有相似的蛋白质保守基序以及二级和三级结构,所有成员的蛋白质序列中都不含信号肽序列。CsCOMT蛋白质的磷酸化修饰位点主要位于丝氨酸和苏氨酸残基上,少数成员具有甲基化修饰位点和Cp G岛。CsCOMT4、CsCOMT5、CsCOMT6、CsCOMT9、CsCOMT17、CsCOMT18、CsCOMT19和CsCOMT25之间存在蛋白质相互作用关系。(3)茶树CsCOMT基因家族成员在茶树不同组织中的表达模式存在差异。CsCOMT3、CsCOMT11、CsCOMT19和CsCOMT25在8种茶树组织中的表达水平都相对较高;CsCOMT6、CsCOMT7、CsCOMT12和CsCOMT24在至少5种组织中的表达水平相对较高。CsCOMT20仅在花中高表达;CsCOMT1、CsCOMT2、CsCOMT4、CsCOMT9、CsCOMT17和CsCOMT18的表达水平仅在根中相对较高。(4)茶树CsCOMT基因家族成员在应答激素与非生物胁迫过程中的表达模式存在差异。其中,茉莉酸甲酯处理12 h和24 h导致CsCOMT7、CsCOMT10和CsCOMT24的表达水平显著下降,茉莉酸甲酯处理48 h导致CsCOMT18上调表达;盐胁迫处理导致CsCOMT6表达水平下降,但盐胁迫处理24 h和48 h时,CsCOMT13和CsCOMT20的表达水平上升;干旱处理导致CsCOMT6表达水平下降,CsCOMT25表达水平上升;这些结果表明上述CsCOMT基因可能参与调控茶树应答激素与非生物胁迫。(5)利用VIGS技术沉默CsCOMT19基因导致茶树褪黑素含量显著下降,表明CsCOMT19在茶树褪黑素生物合成过程中具有重要作用。

This paper uses isogeometric analysis(IGA)based on higher-order shear deformation theory(HSDT)to study the dynamic response of bio-inspired helicoid laminated composite(B-iHLC)plates resting on Pasternak foundation(PF)excited by explosive *** takes advantage of non-uniform rational Bspline(NURBS)basic functions to exactly represent the structure geometry models and the attainment of higher-order approximation *** method also ensures a C1 continuous function in the analysis of transverse shear deformation via ***,IGA eliminates the requirement for correction factors and delivers accurate *** foundation with two stiffness parameters:springer stiffness(k_(1))and shear stiffness(k_(2)).The derivation of the governing equations is based on Hamilton's *** proposed method is validated through numerical examples.A comprehensive analysis of the impact of geometrical parameters,material properties,boundary conditions(BCs),and foundation stiffness on dynamic response of B-i HLC plates is carried out.

Fundraising Capacity of HIV/AIDS Community-Based Organizations in 3 Years (2017-2019) in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

HIV/AIDS is still an important public health issue in Vietnam and other developing countries. In Vietnam, Community-based organizations (CBOs) were officially considered as the key partners to approach vulnerable groups at high risks of HIV infection since 2010. Funds for HIV/AIDS prevention and control are facing difficulties due to rapid reduction by international organizations, while domestic funding has not yet met the demand, especially funding for prevention and communication activities. Our study aimed to assess the fundraising capacity of several CBOs in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and analyze the challenges that they are facing now and in future in their work of HIV/AIDS management for community. The 03 typical and representative CBOs (G3VN, Smile and Strong Ladies) were chosen in our cross-sectional descriptive study. The electronic questionnaire was about fundraising reports over 3 years (2017-2019), organization structure (staff, mission, strategies) and the advantages and disadvantages in fundraising. Funds received over the year increased in total, but unstable in each projects. To have more funds, CBOs must invest time and money to have professional staff in fundraising and writing proposals. To meet requirement and survive, some CBO shifted to social enterprises and faced many difficulties in laws when being treated like profit companies. In Vietnam context, the key challenges which affect the role of funding are including: 1) Legal status;2) Small scale;3) Capacity of fundraising (finding calls, writing competence proposals);4) Fewer funds on HIV/AIDS. In future, we should pay attention in scaling up and building fundraising capacity for CBOs in order to help them in applying for international funds in community projects or even in HIV/AIDS research for CBOs, social enterprises in the context of funds for nation-level phased out of Vietnam.

Objective:To characterize viral co-infections among representative hospitalized measles cases during the 2014 Hanoi ***:Throat swabs were collected from 54 pediatric patients with confirmed measles,and molecular diagnostics performed for 10 additional viral respiratory pathogens(Influenza A/H1N1pdm09;A/H3N2 and influenza B;Parainfluenza 1,2,3;Respiratory Synctial Virus,RSV;human Metapneumovirus,hM PV;Adenovirus and Picornavirus).Results:Twenty-one cases(38.9%) showed evidence of infection with other respiratory viruses:15 samples contained measles plus one additional virus,and 6 samples contained measles plus 2 additional *** was detected as a predominant cause of co-infections(13 cases;24.1%),followed by RSV(6 cases;11.1%),A/H1N1pdm09(3 cases;5.6%),PIV3(3 cases;3.7%),Rhinovirus(3 cases;3.7%) and hM PV(1 case;1.96%).Conclusions:Viral co-infections identified from pediatric measles cases may have contributed to increased disease severity and high rate of fatal *** treatment of measles cases may require control of multiple viral respiratory pathogens.

Flash floods are one of the most dangerous natural disasters,especially in hilly terrain,causing loss of life,property,and infrastructures and sudden disruption of *** types of floods are mostly associated with landslides and erosion of roads within a short *** of Vietnamis hilly and mountainous;thus,the problem due to flash flood is severe and requires systematic studies to correctly identify flood susceptible areas for proper landuse planning and traffic *** this study,three Machine Learning(ML)methods namely Deep Learning Neural Network(DL),Correlation-based FeatureWeighted Naive Bayes(CFWNB),and Adaboost(AB-CFWNB)were used for the development of flash flood susceptibility maps for hilly road section(115 km length)of National Highway(NH)-6 inHoa Binh province,*** the proposedmodels,88 past flash flood events were used together with 14 flash floods affecting topographical and geo-environmental *** performance of themodels was evaluated using standard statisticalmeasures including Receiver Operating Characteristic(ROC)Curve,Area Under Curve(AUC)and Root Mean Square Error(RMSE).The results revealed that all the models performed well(AUC>0.80)in predicting flash flood susceptibility zones,but the performance of the DL model is the best(AUC:0.972,RMSE:0.352).Therefore,the DL model can be applied to develop an accurate flash flood susceptibility map of hilly terrain which can be used for proper planning and designing of the highways and other infrastructure facilities besides landuse management of the area.

越南在近年来逐渐成为东南亚极具发展潜力的国家,尽管受新冠肺炎疫情影响增速下滑,但仍是世界上实现经济正增长的国家之一。目前,越南依然是一个中低收入的国家,所以国家的发展还必须依靠朝阳产业的发展。由于政府的资金有限,所以朝阳产业发展的过程中很大程度需要依靠外商直接投资来促进行业的发展。外商直接投资会对国内居民的收入造成影响,而且这种影响在各行业、各地区均存在差异。本文主要研究外商直接投资规模对越南重点行业、重点省份的外资企业的从业人员的收入水平的影响。首先,本文通过越南外商直接投资发展现状、越南六大重点行业发展现状进行阐述,然后通过实证分析研究外商直接投资对越南六大代表行业(电力行业、交通行业、制造业、软件与信息技术服务业行业、建筑行业及房地产行业)的影响。为使得研究更加深入,本文还对越南国六大省份展开实证研究,以六大省份(北部选取河内(H(?)N(?)i),海防(H(?)i Ph(?)ng),北宁(B(?)c Ninh)三大省份,南部选取胡志明(H(?)Ch(?)Minh),铜奈((?)ng Nai),平阳(B(?)nh D(?)ng)三大省份)的居民收入水平为样本,研究其是否受到外商直接投资的影响以及该影响的地区差异。结论认为,从行业、地区整体来看,外商直接投资能促进工资收入水平,但结构性差异也是存在的。其中,对于不同行业来说,外商直接投资提高了电力行业、交通行业、软件行业、建筑业的工资收入水平。而制造业的工资收入与外商直接投资呈现反方向变动关系。此外,外商直接投资在房地产行业并不能促进工资收入的提高,二者间无关系。对于越南不同地区来说,南部省份收入水平受到外商直接投资的贡献作用大于北部省份。最后本文得出实证分析的结果,提出具有针对性的政策建议。
