为探讨抗原呈递细胞 (APCs)在软下疳发病机制中的作用 ,将树突状细胞 (DCs)和巨噬细胞 (MQs)与流感嗜血杆菌、杜克雷嗜血杆菌及其纯化抗原脂寡糖 (LOs)、细胞致死性肿胀毒素 (HdCDT)共育 ,测定它们的吞噬活性及6、2 4h时前炎症细胞因子TNF α、IL 1 β、IL 6、IL 8的分泌情况 ;将抗原作用后的细胞与自体CD4 + T淋巴细胞共育 ,测定T淋巴细胞增生及 48h细胞上清液中的细胞因子IFN γ、IL 4、IL 1 3的水平。结果 :约 6%～ 2 7%的DCs和 1 4%～ 2 6%的MQs吞噬杜克雷嗜血杆菌的不同菌株及无荚膜流感嗜血杆菌、大肠杆菌。杜克雷菌的不同菌株诱导DCs、MQs分泌大量的TNF α、IL 6、IL 8(P s诱导的前炎症细胞因子水平比细菌低 5 0 %～ 67% ;HdCDT不诱导任何前炎症细胞因子的产生。 2种细菌作用后的DCs、MQs能激活T淋巴细胞产生高水平IFN γ ,并诱导产生相似的T淋巴细胞增生 ,HdCDT无此作用。提示 :杜克雷菌能影响APCs活化T细胞的能力 ,并有助于Th1型反应。

本研究的主要目的是基于该区域现有的实时宽频带台站,研究地震预警系统(earthquake early warning system,eeWs)对潜在破坏性地震发出警告的可行性。研究区位于伊比利亚半岛(Iberian Peninsula)西南部的圣维森特角(Cape san vicente,sv)和加的斯湾(Gulf of Cádiz,GC)。该区域历史地震有1755年里斯本(Lisbon)M_w8.5地震和1969年圣维森特角Mw7.8地震。本研究阐明了基于美国地质调查局(U.s. Geological survey,UsGs)的earthworm工具,及由西班牙加泰罗尼亚地质制图研究所(Institut Cartogràfici Geològicde Catalunya,ICGC)进一步研究出的地震预警系统的设计、配置和产出结果。系统的主要功能是实时数据采集、处理(利用预先估算的峰值位移Pd和P波信号的卓越周期τc进行P波拾取、地震事件监测、地震震源定位和震级估算)、数据归档和地震预警发布。系统在完成一些模拟实验并获得最佳配置后进行运行。在运行的第一年内,该区域发生了一次有感地震。与国家地理研究所(Instituto Geográfico Nacional,IGN)地震目录相比较,定位和震级结果都相当好。对于大部分区域的预警时间都能达到几十秒,对于葡萄牙和西班牙南部沿海大部分区域来说,足以减轻由GC和sv地震所带来的损害。此系统的初步结果表明,该系统能可靠地、有效地用于伊比利亚西南部地区的可能性。

森林破碎化丰富了森林类型多样性,增加了森林边缘长度,从而影响了累计可燃物的异质性。这种异质性影响我们如何管理可燃物、火灾和森林。理解沿气候梯度,以及在同一气候带里的木质生物量破碎化的相对重要性,将提高我们管理森林可燃物及预测森林火灾的能力。本研究沿北方带、温带和热带的气候梯度,按不同湿度,即干旱林和潮湿林;不同结构,即开放冠层(年轻的)对郁闭冠层(年老的);不同大小,即小型(10～14hm^2)、中型(33～60hm^2)、大型(100～240hm^2),来评估林段中森林可燃物的特点。沿斑块林边缘,我们由外向内测定了一系列横断面样地的半腐层、枯枝落叶层、细碎和粗糙木质残体、死立木和活体生物量。本研究目的是确定沿森林横断面纵深的森林结构和可燃物的特点有何不同,并是否随温度、湿度、结构和斑块大小的变化而有所不同。结果表明,粗木质残体、细木质残体、死立木和活体树木生物量与年平均温度值之间不存在线性关系。温带的生物量最大。北方带森林的地面可燃物(半腐层和枯枝落叶层)与温度和生物量之间呈线性关系。我们对数据进行5维多因素方差分析后发现,温度、湿度和年龄/结构对森林地面可燃物、落下的木质碎片以及活体树木生物量均有重大影响。斑块大小影响了森林地面燃料生物量和活树生物量。距离森林边缘的远近仅在一些样本体中影响明显。但也有一些例外的情况,即森林边缘和内部没有明显的区别。

Although genome-wide association studies have identified more than eighty genetic variants associated with non-small cell lung cancer(NsCLC)risk,biological mechanisms of these variants remain largely *** integrating a large-scale genotype data of 15581 lung adenocarcinoma(AD)cases,8350 squamous cell carcinoma(sqCC)cases,and 27355 controls,as well as multiple transcriptome and epigenomic databases,we conducted histology-specific meta-analyses and functional annotations of both reported and novel susceptibility *** identified 3064 credible risk variants for NsCLC,which were overrepresented in enhancer-like and promoter-like histone modification peaks as well as DNase I hypersensitive *** factor enrichment analysis revealed that UsF1 was AD-specific while CReB1 was *** annotation and genebased analysis implicated 894 target genes,including 274 specifics for AD and 123 for sqCC,which were overrepresented in somatic driver genes(eR=1.95,P=0.005).Pathway enrichment analysis and Gene-set enrichment Analysis revealed that AD genes were primarily involved in immune-related pathways,while sqCC genes were homologous recombination deficiency *** results illustrate the molecular basis of both wellstudied and new susceptibility loci of NsCLC,providing not only novel insights into the genetic heterogeneity between AD and sqCC but also a set of plausible gene targets for post-GWAs functional experiments.

The thyroid hormones(THs), triiodothyronine(T3) and thyroxine(T4), are essential for survival; they are involved in the processes of development, growth, and metabolism. In addition to hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, THs are involved in other diseases. The role of THs in the development and differentiation of mammary epithelium is well established; however, their specific role in the pathogenesis of breast cancer(BC) is controversial. steroid hormones affect many human cancers and the abnormal responsiveness of the mammary epithelial cells to estradiol(e2) in particular is known to be an important cause for the development and progression of BC. The proliferative effect of T3 has been demonstrated in various types of cancer. In BC cell lines, T3 may foster the conditions for tumor proliferation and increase the effect of cell proliferation by e2; thus, T3 may play a role in the developmentand progression of BC. studies show that T3 has effects similar to e2 in BC cell lines. Despite controversy regarding the relationship between thyroid disturbances and the incidence of BC, studies show that thyroid status may influence the development of tumor, proliferation and metastasis.

AIM: To determine the clinical reasons for conversion to everolimus(evL) and long-term outcomes in heart transplant(HT) ***: A retrospective 12-mo study has been carried out in 14 spanish centres to assess the efficacy and safety of conversion to evL in maintenance HT ***: Two hundred and twenty-two patients were included(mean age: 53 ± 10.5 years; mean time from HT: 8.1 ± 4.5 years). The most common reasons for conversion were nephrotoxicity(30%), chronic allograft vasculopathy(20%) and neoplasms(17%). The doses and mean levels of evL at baseline(conversion to evL) and after one year were 1.3 ± 0.3 and 1.2 ± 0.6 mg/d and 6.4 ± 3.4 and 5.6 ± 2.5 ng/mL, respectively. The percentage of patients receiving calcineurin inhibitors(CNIs) at baseline and on the final visit was 95% and 65%, respectively. The doses and mean levels of CNIs decreased between baseline and month 12 from 142.2 ± 51.6 to 98.0 ± 39.4 mg/d(P espectively, for cyclosporine, and from 2.9 ± 1.8 to 2.6 ± 1.9 mg/d and from 8.3 ± 4.0 to 6.5 ± 2.7 ng/mL(P = 0.011) for tacrolimus. In the subgroup of patients converted because of nephrotoxicity, creatinine clearance increased from 34.9 ± 10.1 to 40.4 ± 14.4 mL/min(P ere were 37 episodes of acute rejection in 24 patients(11%). The most frequent adverse events were oedemas(12%), infections(9%) and gastrointestinal problems(6%). evL was suspended in 44 patients(20%). since the database was closed at the end of the study, no further followup data is ***: Conversion to evL in maintenance HT recipients allowed minimisation or suspension of the CNIs, with improved kidney function in the patients with nephrotoxicity, after 12 mo.

Adolescent obesity is a health problem worldwide. Drug therapy for obesity in children is only acceptable if done within the framework of a comprehensive weight loss, prevention of comorbidities, including health education, changes in lifestyles, diet and exercise. These pharmacological treatments indicate that mainly young patients did not respond to standard measures and developing complications. The role of bariatric surgery, with or without the use of drugs is subject to further research to elucidate its role among the various treatment options for these patients. Currently being studied a wide range of drugs to those included gastrointestinal hormones. scientific information regarding the use of exenatide in obese patients without diabetes is still limited. The use of exenatide in adolescents with morbid obesity may represent a therapeutic complement invaluable, effective and free of complications, and prevents future bariatric surgery.
