Give. graphs G and H, an H-de.omposition of G is a partition of the.e.ge.se. of G such that e.ch part is e.the. a single.e.ge.or forms a graph isomorphic to H. Le. Ф(n,H) be.the.smalle.t numbe. Ф, such that, any graph of orde. n admits an H-de.omposition with at most Ф parts. The.e.act computation of Ф(n,H) for an arbitrary H is still an ope. proble.. Approximate.y 80% of the.road ne.work in Brazil is unpave. and shows e.ide.ce. of a high e.osion pote.tial. In the.se.i-arid Caatinga Biome.in the.northe.st of the.country, a monitoring programme.has be.n done.for two ye.rs in orde. to analyze.runoff and se.ime.t production from unpave. rural roadways and from e.bankme.ts. Se.ime.t production range. from 0.30 to 0.92 Mg/ha yr, highe. than in undisturbe. are.s, but ge.e.ally lowe. than that re.orte. for unpave. roads in othe. re.ions. Howe.e.,this is a se.i-arid are. with low rainfall and runoff and, he.ce. with a limite. hydrological conne.tivity and se.ime.t production. Se.ime.t production on an e.bankme.t with no ve.e.ation was around te. time. highe. than on an e.bankme.t with ve.e.ation. On the.road surface. annual se.ime.t production(normalize. for gradie.t) in a se.tion with traffic was thre. time. highe. than for a road surface.without traffic. In addition, e.e.ts that occurre. afte. roadway mainte.ance.activitie. ge.e.ate. pe.ks of se.ime.t conce.tration of ove. 5000 mg/L. e.fe.tive.final irrigation re.ime. is an important ste. in orde. to achie.e.be.te. disinfe.tion and e.sure.re.idual antimicrobial e.fe.ts afte. root canal pre.aration. The.aim of this study was to compare.the.re.idual antimicrobial activity of 0.2% ce.rimide. and 0.2% and 2% chlorhe.idine.in root canals infe.te. with e.te.ococcus fae.alis. Biofilms of e. fae.alis we.e.grown on uniradicular roots for 4 we.ks. Afte. root canal pre.aration, root canals we.e.irrigate. with 17% e.hyle.e.iamine.e.raace.ic acid （e.TA） to re.ove.the.sme.r laye.. The.roots we.e.randomly divide. into thre. e.pe.ime.tal groups （n=26） according to the.final irrigating solution： Group I, 5 mL 0.2% ce.rimide. Group II, 5 mL 0.2% chlorhe.idine. and Group III, 5 mL 2% chlorhe.idine. Sample. we.e.colle.te. for 50 days to de.ote.the.pre.e.ce.of bacte.ial growth. The.proportion of ungrown spe.ime.s ove. 50 days was e.aluate. using the.nonparame.ric Kaplan-Me.e. survival analysis. Diffe.e.ce. among groups we.e.te.te. using the.log-rank te.t and the.le.e. of statistical significance.was se. at P〈0.05. The.highe.t survival value.was found with 2% chlorhe.idine. showing statistically significant diffe.e.ce. from the.othe. two groups. (Te.PS) are.an e.fe.tive.risk stratification tool. The.purpose.of this study is to de.cribe.a minimially invasive. e.fe.tive.ane.the.ic te.hnique.to e.ploy during transe.ophage.l e.e.trophysiology studie.. Me.hods: A re.rospe.tive.re.ie. of ane.the.ic te.hnique.utilize. during Te.PS. Inclusion crite.ia;WPW on e.G;age.e.rs;and no history of tachycardia, palpitations, or syncope.and patie.t had Te.PS unde. monitore. ane.the.ia care.(MAC). Midazolam, Fe.tanyl, and Propofol we.e.use. in various combinations. Se.oflurane.was use. during induction pe.iod in all GA case. and discontinue. 10 minute. prior to initiation of Te.PS. Re.ults: Inclusion crite.ia we.e.me. by 20 patie.ts with an ave.age.age.of 11.9 ye.rs, ave.age.we.ght of 48.9 kg and ave.age.he.ght of 149.2 cm. IV se.ation was pe.forme. on 15%, MAC on 10% and GA in re.ainde.. Airway manage.e.t te.hnique. include. 13.3% LMA, 20% e.dotrachae. tube.(e.T) and 66% mask. IV se.ation, the.initial ane.the.ic, was found to be.cumbe.some.and uncomfortable. Ne.t was e.T and LMA but trouble.pacing was e.counte.e. due.to positional change.of the.e.ophagus re.ative.to the.le.t atrium during ve.tilation. Mask induction was the. pe.forme. in re.aining 10 patie.ts with Te.PS probe.inse.te. through a nare.while.ane.the.iologist continue. mask ve.tilation. All mask proce.ure. we.e.succe.sful without complications. Conclusions: Induction of ane.the.ia to pe.form Te.PS proce.ure. on pe.iatric patie.ts with Wolff-Parkinson-White.syndrome.unde.we.t nume.ous atte.pts to make.the.proce.ure.e.sy, re.iable.and re.roducible.for ane.the.ia and e.e.trophysiologist.
