While.in the.abse.ce.of HRD (the.so-calle. homologous re.ombination proficie.cy, HRp), patie.ts de.ive.minimal be.e.it from PARPi, the.use.of the.antiangioge.ic age.t be.acizumab in first line.did not re.ult in diffe.e.t e.ficacy according to the.pre.e.ce.of homologous re.ombination re.air (HRR) ge.e. mutations. Actually, in Re.ublic of Congo, rhizobia have.poorly phe.otypically and bioche.ically characte.ize.. This study aime. to characte.ize.native.rhizobia. Rhizobia strains we.e.isolate. using nodule.roots colle.te. on Milletia laurentii, Acacia spp., Albizia lebbeck, and Vigna unguiculata. The strains isolated were characterized microbiologically, biochemically, physiologically, and molecularly identified using 16S rRNA method. The results reported in this study are only for six strains of all 77 isolated: RhA1, RhAc4, RhAc15, RhAc13, RhW1, and RhV3. All native strains were positive to urease activity, negative to cellulase and pectinase activity except for one isolate that showed a positive cellulase activity. Moreover, isolates have grown at 12% of NaCl. On different effects of temperatures, isolates were able to grow up to 44°C and showed good growth at pH from 7 to 9 and the ability to use ten different carbon hydrates sources. The strains were identified as Rhizobium tropici, Rhizobium sp., Mesorhizobium sp. Bradyrhizobium yuanmingense and Bradyrhizobium elkaniie."font-fa

Thalidomide.has be.n re.orte. to downre.ulate.the.e.pre.sion of tumor ne.rosis factor α （TNF-α）, IL-12, and vascular e.dothe.ial growth factor （Ve.F）, hallmarks of inte.tinal inflammation in Crohn＇s dise.se.（CD）. Me.HODS： Male.Wistar rats we.e.divide. in five.groups of te. animals e.ch. Four groups re.e.ve. a re.tal infusion of TNBS in e.hanol. The.first group was sacrifice. 7 d afte. colitis induction. The.se.ond and third groups re.e.ve. e.the. thalidomide.or place.o by gavage.and we.e.sacrifice. at 14 d. The.fourth group re.e.ve. thalidomide.6 h be.ore.TNBS administration, and was sacrifice. 7 d afte. induction. The.fifth group acte. as the.control group and colitis was not induce.. Histological inflammatory score. of the.colon we.e.pe.forme. and lamina propria CD4＋ T ce.ls, macrophage., and Ve.F＋ ce.ls we.e.de.e.te. by immunohistoche.istry. TNF-α and IL-12 we.e.quantifie. in the.supe.natant of organ culture. by e.ISA. Re.ULTS： Significant re.uction in the.inflammatory score.and in the.pe.ce.tage.of Ve.F＋ ce.ls was obse.ve. in the.group tre.te. with thalidomide.compare. with animals not tre.te. with thalidomide. Both TNF-α and IL-12 le.e.s we.e.significantly re.uce. among TNBS induce. colitis animals tre.te. with thalidomide.compare. with animals that did not re.e.ve.thalidomide. TNF-α le.e.s we.e.also significantly re.uce. among the.animals re.e.ving thalidomide.prophylaxis compare. with untre.te. animals with TNBS-induce. colitis. Inte.tinal le.e.s of TNF-α and IL-12 we.e.significantly corre.ate. with the.inflammatory score.and the.numbe. of Ve.F＋ ce.ls. CONCLUSION： Thalidomide.significantly atte.uate. TNBS-induce. colitis by inhibiting the.inte.tinal production of TNF-α, IL-12, and Ve.F. This e.fe.t may support the.use.of thalidomide.as an alte.nate.approach in se.e.te. patie.ts with CD.

The.purpose.of this study was to compare.the.in vivo corrosion re.istance.of the.implante. titanium, nitinol annular occlusion de.ice.to a control de.ice. i.e. an implantable.de.ice.containing nitinol, approve. by the.FDA and curre.tly on the.marke.. Me.hods: The.annular occlusion de.ice.is a se.f-closing, implantable.clip. Thre. canine. unde.we.t place.e.t of de.ice. on the.le.t and right atrial appe.dage.. Two Vnus U-clips we.e.se.ure. to e.the. atrium. On post-ope.ative.day 95, animals unde.we.t e.-bloc cardiac re.e.tion via the.pre.ious le.t thoracotomy incision. The.annular occlusion de.ice.and U-clips we.e.disse.te. fre. from the.atria. The.polye.te. fabric and tissue.ingrowth we.e.re.ove. from the.de.ice. and we.e.se.t for corrosion analysis.
